Insurance was covering, so price really wasn't an issue dor me. They aren't cheap, but they do amazing work. Turn around time was laid out in front of me, and they met the goal. It was a LONG process (read 1.5 months); if I didn't have a provided rental it may have affected my rating, but I did have one. Everything with the insurance process, getting me to/from the rental location, communication with me and the adjustor, and workmanship were all top notch. Ran into some issues on first attempt at a pick up, but they rectified it with fixing the issue, as well as transportation and delivery to the Irvine location. I then had wheels installed at the performance shop in Irvine. Again, it wasn't cheap, but they met all expectations. Shout out to Issa, Luis, Josh and all the of the SSR team that worked on my vehicle. If owners of high end luxury cars and supercars trust SSR, you should to. He booked me for the next morning and by the end of the day I was able to pick up my ride. He runs a clean cool looking shop. The prices were very reasonable and they did great work! Yesterday, while driving on the freeway, a vehicle in front of me ran over a piece of tire debris that flew back and hit my bumper. Thank God I had the additional PPF protection--it helped protect my bumper from what could have been serious damage. My seat was a pain in the ass (literally) to work with and they worked hard on my seat and went above and beyond for me. I have a Chevrolet Bolt EUV with a set of tires that practically nobody makes anymore, and one of them had started leaking air. I was worried I was in for an expensive replacement. I'm so thankful ChatGPT directed me to Tire Outlet. The moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted with smiles and employees who were eager to help. The manager personally took care of me, and from the very beginning, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The speed of service really impressed me. About a year ago, I brought my car to a different tire shop in Fullerton for another leaky tire and ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before anyone even looked at my car. Today's experience couldn't have been more different. While I relaxed in Tire Outlet's clean, comfortable waiting lounge and got some work done on my laptop, they had everything taken care of in about 15 minutes. Then came the biggest surprise of all. They told me my tire didn't need to be replaced after all--they were able to fix it easily by hand. And when I went to pay, they insisted on not charging me anything. Seriously... who does that these days?! I was blown away. That level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare. They could have easily sold me a new tire, especially since my tires are difficult to find, but instead they fixed the actual problem and sent me on my way. From now on, Tire Outlet will be the only place I take my car for tire service. I was about two hours from home, and ended up with a hole in my tire that needed fixing before I could drive back. They told me to arrive by 6:30 p.m. since they closed at 7, and I got there just in time. While the actual replacement process was smooth and the tires look fine, I only found out from the paperwork afterward that they were supposedly "balanced". Unfortunately, the car hasn't been driving right since. The steering feels off, it's jerky, and turns are more difficult than they should be. Clearly, something is wrong with the balancing or the installation. I'm concerned that because I arrived so close to closing time, the job may have been rushed. If they can't do a thorough job that late in the day, they really should stop taking new customers earlier rather than rushing through the work. In short, while the staff was accommodating in terms of timing, the end result was that my car doesn't drive properly now. For that reason, I wouldn't go back.

I had no idea what i wanted but the two ladies in the front I believe Sara and Steph are their names helped me out so much and explained everything to me , made everything clear . On what different shells their is, made it so easy for me to chose !!! Most of all I enjoyed the customer service and patience they had with me! Not did I purchase a nice convenient shell , but I l also purchased some steps for my truck. I can not believe how wonderful and delightful I was on choosing this truck accessories location ! I came in looking for a weather guard tool box. I needed one immediately for work , they had one in stock, lucky for me ! The installers were already about to go to lunch , but they made time and pushed back their lunch time and installed the box for me , which I thought that was very thoughtful of them to actually do that . Over the years I have bought several lids and bed rugs for my trucks at FTA. I keep going back to Fuller Truck Accessories because they beat every ones price, and Snug top lids are great and the color matching is perfect. The left hinge on my lid started to give me problems, with not closing property. I bought it in Dec 2014. I took the truck in, and Diego looked at it and said it was bent. He replaced it and the right hinge he said was acting up and he also replaced that one. He said he would cover them under warranty, and no cost for installation!! Thank you Fuller Truck Acc. Just bought a new shell for my Tacoma, wanted something a little more tough so I went with the Overland by A.R.E. I have yet to have the experience as stated in the 1-star reviews since I did go ahead and place my order for the shell which will take approx. 4 weeks to come in (which is standard). Sarah and the gentleman up front have been easy to deal with and you can tell they know their business. I purchased my SnugTop Super Sport for my 2005 Tundra about 5 years ago from Fuller Truck. Not only did they give me the best price, their service and attention is unmatched. I live in LA and will drive down to the OC just to work with them. Unfortunately, over the years, some SnugTop parts have worn down, but this weekend I worked with Sarah and Stephanie to order new parts. Bought a brand new F-150 In 2006 had fuller install a bed rug and a snug top tonneau cover, perfect match to color, 11 years later, I had some clear coat pealing on cover, brought it back to fuller and snug top repainted under warranty no charge, not only did they make my tonneau cover look brand new, they replaced the lock, uninstalled and reinstalled at no cost. Straight up SHITSHOW. Ordered suspension components for my…read moreson's truck. Checked the tracking number provided, saw that they were arriving Thursday. I work from home so I was there when the envelope, yes envelope, containing what so far amounts to a $400, sticker was placed into my hand. Am I supposed to add water and the pieced appear before my eyes? Asked postal worker if there were any large packages and he said no. Go back to the comp. click on tracking number provided...DELIVERED. Promptly call this craptastic outfit and after 2 hours of robo-dialing someone finally picks of the phone. Good ol' phonslap said there should have been 2 packages and then puts me on hold to "find out" what happened. Slap gets back on the line and said when we ordered, that parts were out of stock but are now on site and will go out that evening (Thursday). I ask if I can get a tracking number when they are shipped and slap said to call back in the morning, someone will certainly be here at 8am. Call the next day and of course nobody picks up the entire day. They have also not to responded my emails. So, here we are, a week AFTER initial "shipment" of my components and delivery of a very expensive sticker. Still no hard parts or communication from them. Ghosted. If you value your time AND money, go elsewhere.

The price itself is reasonable and the parts seem to be good quality. The low scoring review is largely due to the fact that while installing the parts, I had some questions and they NEVER answered the phone. I called many times over two days during business hours and I left 2 voicemails. No one ever got back to me. I was left to guess and figure it out on my own. SIDE NOTE - IF you run 37" tires on an a 2wd f250, just know you will not be able to get your camber correct without fabrication. All in all this company was local and seemed legit so I gave them a shot but it wasn't the best experience.

I bought new front and back suspension that cost over 15k and I had Camburg do the install. I…read morenoticed about 6 months after the install that one of my rear shocks was hanging an not attached to lower mount. I took it back to Camburg to fix explaining that they were the last to touch the truck and that I hadn't gone off road either. Never in my 35 plus years of driving countless cars did I have a shock not get attached or come lose like that. They told me they couldn't take responsibility and I was on my own. After I expressed my frustration and with their service they agreed to fix it at my expense. I love their parts but their installation service/customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. Flat out scary that they make racing trucks.
