Bought a shell for my truck here. Great sales and install and one minor glitch wiring repair. Fast forward a couple of years and the rear hatch won't lock. I call my friends at Fuller who tell me that I cannot schedule a repair with them. Not sure what to make of this as it's clearly out of warranty and I'm a paying customer I thought in good standing. QUALITY OF WORK: I had a BakFlip MX4 bed cover (purchased through Fuller) and APS running boards (purchased on Amazon) installed on my Tacoma. The installation of both was very clean and professional. I was originally told that both jobs together would take between three-four hours to complete, but they were finished in just an hour and 45 minutes! CUSTOMER SERVICE: Very friendly, excellent communication. I was in the market for a Leer Cap for my Tacoma. I was able to easily place an order over the phone. Original delivery estimate was 8-10 weeks but only took 4. Was easily able to schedule an install within a couple of days. Install itself took 4 hours and I was able to work on my homework in their sitting area. Their wi-fi didn't work at the time but I was able to get on the neighboring business's wi-fi. There's a super friendly and fluffy white lab that walks around the business which made the experience better! The staff at Fuller were extremely friendly and professional. Really frustrated, getting angrier and angrier with each reminder of this business' work each rainy season, and still thoroughly confused by how they're still a reputable company. We commissioned Fuller to install our snugtop on Clifford, our big red truck as soon as we got him. Scheduling and communications back then were slow but it made since there was a back order of many truck-related things after pandemic. Since we've had the truck, we've noticed a ton of really small, dismissable and therefore forgivable details like stripped screws shot in crooked and in all sorts of directions (when I thought it is pretty apparent how one hole = one direction). The main and most upsetting concern is how the snug top ended up being installed with missing padding/insulation which has led to water leaking through the windows and in between what's supposed to be the snug crevice between the camper and the truck bed. We've had to rush in there to wipe down and clear out mold when it rains, and or have one person hold towels inside when car washing. We had a record rain season last year.. and we're expecting the same these coming months. Since we've caught these details, we've emailed, called, and left messages after messages for advice, assistance, or frankly, recompensable action. Recently came here on Monday 10/24 for a truck bed cover for my 05 Tundra. Was greeted with smiles from those behind the counter. They helped me find what I was looking for and demonstrated the functionality of the cover in their show room. I put just over half down as a deposit and they ordered the cover. The next day the cover came in and I scheduled for it to be installed 2 days later. Originally they said it would take 2 hours to install but it took just under one hour. The labor for installation was $70, which was $50 cheaper than American Camper Shells was going to charge me. Before leaving they demonstrated the covers functionality and how to properly use it (as it has multiple latches and folds). Really happy with my overall experience! read more

I was given the various pros and cons, chose my options and, thanks to current supply chain issues, was warned the delivery might be several months. Still, we sealed the deal. Now it's just five weeks later and I have a nicely installed, perfectly color matched SnugTop cap on my truck. It would have been a bit sooner but the phone number on file was in error, so they let me know via USPS... and we all know how expeditious the postal service is. I tried to use fuller for a broken side window in my camper shell after three months of delays they said it was finally on truck and will be here on said date. Said date came and they called and said it was not coming and they won't be getting it. I got it somewhere else 2 nd offense i then broke my rear window on shell and ordered a new one through Fuller. This one arrived in about a month. They said come in get it. I get there and it's a side window not a rear window. They apologized and said the rear window will be here in two weeks. I called in two weeks and they said they can't get the window. Then the lady tries to blame me the customer for their failures They lie all the time do not trust this company They are horrible on all levels. Do not order from them! Buying a Snug TOP shell from Fuller Truck Company that overlaps to the paint MAY SCRATCH and REMOVE YOUR PAINT. It happened to me! They do not warranty their work or the covers craftmanship. I purchased a new bed cover for my brand new 2019 RAM Limited. After 3-4 months, found the top's corner started wearing down to the metal. In September, my truck had to be repainted. I sent pictures of the shell to Becky and said I would like to get the cover's corner fixed, which showed too much buildup of glass in the corner and simply needed them to grind it down. They made an appointment for me to come in to fix, but after I was there, their technician decided NOT to grind it down and then asked me to bring it back after the bed was repainted for a 2nd time BECAUSE of the bad quality of the cover that cause the other issues. When I sent an email saying that if the bed is not fixed properly this time and after I have it painted again, then they would be liable for a 3rd part job. This was her response: "Sorry but we will not be responsible for the paint. We can not control the vibration of the lid. They do move on the truck. We will have to pass on readjusting the lid after the body shop reinstalls it when they paint your truck." This is how I was treated as a customer. 10/26/2021 read more

Really awesome customer service. I was looking for a diamond back. A tonneau cover that not everyone has or carries. I found this place because of diamondback and so I decided to check them out. I called them to see if they had it in stock and unfortunately they didn't have it specifically for my truck. A few days later My dad and I decided to go down to browse and hopefully see it on display, and if we liked it enough have them order it for us. So when we got there I talked to two ladies managing the front. I told them that I had called a few days ago about the diamond back and one of them remembered who I was. She said that she actually has an order of diamondback on its way. (I guess someone ordered it and backed out if I remember). So discussing how much it was going to be and all. They priced me very well. I mean they didn't charge me for any type of shipping or tax. Basically MSRP pricing. To me that's a really great awesome deal. I couldn't turn that down. About a month later they had called me to let me know it had arrived. When I went back down to pick it up a couple guys tried to fit it in my truck but my bed wasn't long enough. We took it out of the box but still wouldn't fit. So the ladies had told me if I wanted their crew to instal it and at first I was hesitant just because I didn't want to pay for labor and installation but the lady said she would have it done for free. So I couldn't turn it down. This place is awesome. The people are really nice and kind and they had given me such a great awesome deal I couldn't refuse it. I saved money on installation?
