Fuse's Customer Service, Scheduling and Technician were top-notch! Over the years I have paid multiple people who claimed to know how to fix my undercounter icemaker. I finally gave up after faulty repair results continued (i.e. leaking, lack of ice production, etc), and purchased a new unit. Home Depot delivered and "installed" my new icemaker, but water ended up leaking all over my floor after they left. They didn't install the drain pump kit I purchased!! Based on all the great reviews, I reached out to Fuse, and they were very responsive and communicative out of the gate. They assured me their technician had experience installing icemakers. For added peace of mind, they even texted a photo of Stan, the assigned technician, before his arrival. Stan was amazing! I had an air exchanger ventilation fan that was not working. Went through yelp for an estimate and Fuse HVAC & Electric sent their technicians to check if it could be fixed or replaced. It was part of the 25yr old condo I had and a few other companies had already said they never heard of an air exchanger fan and didn't do that work. Lucky for me Stan looked at it and took with him to see what he could do. I received a good estimate to fix it and agreed to have them do the work. Fuse was great, kept me up to date on getting the parts and Stan did an excellent job on fixing it and reinstalling it into the sofit. Just had my panel upgraded for single family home in SSF and I am very pleased with the service from Fuse. The technicians have been friendly and answered all my questions. The work was done relatively fast and they have been very accommodating to my schedule. They even made some cost-saving suggestions that make me want to work with them more. They handled the permit process with PG&E which made the process so much easier. Estimated cost for it was around $5800 for our two story single family home. It ended up being about the same price as other electricians we called but they included the permit process where as other places we called did not but charged the same price.
