I had a fantastic experience with this group. Firstly, they were very, very thorough when they came over to take a look at my furnace to setup my heat pump and AC. They went through every single vent in the house, inspected every single nook and cranny to determine what would be needed, including the furnace itself. Secondly, they were very patient in revising their estimates several times after every unnecessary question that I asked them with requests for revisions. Thirdly, they came over exactly at the time specified, got to work right away, were very friendly, and didn't ask for anything. Our furnace was squealing like it was losing a bearing. Fuse was able to come out the same day and take a look. The technician identified a failing draft inducer assembly and within a minute I had a digital quote sent to me with a breakdown of the fix cost. I electronically approved the work and the tech was able to verify they had the part in their warehouse and he could come back with it and install it later the same day. So the repair was fast, I don't think I paid too much, and, and the billing and estimate process was exceptionally pain free. What's not to like? read more

I had an issue with the hvac unit in my apartment (no hot/cold air). They were very timely in getting the diagnostic scheduled and the person who performed the diagnostic was friendly, professional, and found the issue. He said the office would be able to give me quotes for the two options of repairing the unit or replacing it, and that if I proceeded with either option the cost would be discounted by the amount I paid for the diagnostic, which sounded great. This was 2 weeks ago. I have asked for updates a couple of times and they have been very unresponsive. Still no quotes. Update: I received the quote. The delay was due to the setup in my apartment being uncommon, but more visibility during the waiting period would have been appreciated. I am changing the review to 4 stars. read more

They asked for more information via messaging that saved us a diagnostic visit and then fixed our thermostat within 48 hours whereas other businesses could only get us a diagnostic appointment (with a fee) over 1 week out. This company gets worst. After I posted my review a rep from the company called me and I did not pick up as I was driving. Since I did not pick up, they proceeded to call me 3 times back to back. I figured they would leave me a vm but none. Then I received a text asking me to take down my review and they will credit me $50. Wow!! Just wow!! Now I understand why so many 5 star reviews. As I dug further I found out that the part missing is the water inlet valve which is available on Amazon max $60. When I thought Alex was nice by offering me to pay for the quick delivery which would cost $200 or $160 next day delivery. He was not nice because on top of the $240 for 15 min labor charge he also added an additional $100 markup for the water inlet valve. This is predatory business practice. Folks are absolutely entitled to earn a living but over charging folks like this is a CRIME!! Buyer BEWARE!! read more
