Me and several workers had lunch here today and it became a mess at the end. We've been here a few times before and this is the first time they've treated us with VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. We got there around 12 and waited nearly an hour for our lunch to come and mine was the only one that didn't come out. When it got to 1 and lunchtime was over the owner gave me my sushi order in a to go bag along with a "complimentary" free coke. I was disgusted by the way she treated us at the end because she didn't even give me at least a discount or gift card since I couldn't enjoy lunch with my co-workers. Been eating here for quite a few months, as our whole office tends to order from them 1-2 times a week. Average sushi, but we will never be eating anything from this establishment ever again. Today we ordered as usual, and my coworker found a ROACH in her sushi. After looking at other reviews on Facebook it seems she is not the only one. To top it off when she called them to let them know, they showed up at the office and tried to blame her, saying she was lying. so we ordered from here all the time. Sushi is good not great but good. Then one day i ordered 2 salmon avocado roll lunch special like i have done weekly for months. When i received my order it was 1 salmon roll and 1 avocado roll. Okay no big deal, we order there all the time so i figured when i called back to have them fix order for me it would be no big deal. I was a very good customer until they sent me over a spicy fake crab meat roll instead of the $13.50 Red and White roll that's supposed to have blue crab meat in it. When I called them on it, they feigned ignorance, pretended they didn't speak English, or simply ignored my phone calls. Cindy, the manager, promised to call but never did. meh, nothing to write home about. the staff just seems to function robotically without asking you how things are or attending your table. the fish is ok, as in you're probably not going to get sick. the ambiance is lack-luster in that it has signs taped to the walls, and a menu that is printed badly. i would not choose to pick this place if i were entertaining anyone. read more

Went here for a date with my boyfriend. My first impression was that it smelled a little funky. Maybe becuase it's small inside? I ordered the sweet heart roll and it was delicious and fresh and the presentation was beautiful. I forgot what my bf ordered but he really enjoyed it. We went here around 3pm. When we walked in all of the staff was napping on the booths. They all hoped right up but it was a little awkward. They got up flustered turned on some music and seated us. We had dumplings as an appetizer which were good- your typical dumplings. My boyfriend had teriyaki chicken and chicken fried rice it was okay- nothing special. Went there on a Friday night. Not too busy, which was great. The place is "okay." Kind of dumpy-looking. Wait staff was nice. Extensive menu. Shumai appetizer was very good. My friend ordered a special roll, which was large. I ordered two regular rolls, and they were very small. More like an appetizer size. I called and they claimed I never put the order through even though I have an order confirmation and receipt from them. They also asked if I was sure I had ordered. Used to love this place and I used to order lunch here a lot. They have since increased prices significantly which just doesn't make it worth while anymore. I'm also vegetarian and used to change the non vegetarian sides of the shumai and California roll to vegeterian options (similar or lower price items) and they started charging extra for it. so a 9$ great deal is now an over priced $13 low quality option. Good sushi with nice presentation. Many interesting choices on the menu. My only gripe, and the reason I'm only giving this place 3 stars, is the service. They were just too overwhelming coming up to the table every 5 minutes asking us if we wanted to order anything else. We weren't done with the dinner and they were already asking about the dessert. When we did order and get the dessert, the check arrived on the table before we were able to begin the ice cream! I love Fusha and can't believe that such a great little place is nestled in a kind of sketchy Quik Check strip mall. I have gone numerous times and am always satisfied with the sushi. It is fresh and delicious. The presentation is fun, with light up displays on the platters. The miso soup is flavorful and the salad is standard sushi joint quality. The decor makes it feel like Manhattan and I really enjoy the jazz combo they have on Saturday nights. This is my go to restaurant for a night out with a friend or for a satisfying lunch with my kids. read more
