One of the best Venezuelan spot I have been in Katy, we went for the burgers and they were delicious, generous size, meat cook to perfection, me and my husband always get it medium, I asked for the Mr. Burger it comes with thick crispy bacon, ham, cheddar, egg, white Venezuelan artisanal cheese (queso de mano), potato sticks and cilantro sauce. My brother kept telling me that their hamburgers were fantastic. I thought to myself that this is just a hamburger place and its just a hamburger. Boy, was I ever wrong. They have a full menu in a small but incredibly fun atmosphere. Their bartender was incredible and created concoctions you would get in a bar from the St. Regis chain at good prices. He as very knowledgeable and a gifted practitioner. Try his pistachio drink. Its addictive. They had a very good menu but I came to try the hamburger. It was the best hamburger I have ever eaten. We were there with a large party (8) and they were able to accommodate us at the last minute. Food was amazing! Service was great. Staff friendly. It's a small space but didn't feel overcrowded or too loud. One small issue came up that was quickly resolved. A 20% service charge, in addition to 20% tip,was automatically added to our online payment but had not been reflected on the physical check. It was removed. The waitresses and manager are all in kahoots. The waitress ( Victoria) that served me had a very hostile attitude, me and my friend felt like we couldn't ask her any questions, we were to the point of wanting to switch servers. Before my food came out I witnessed many server sniffing and touching my food, when I asked to talk to the manager him and fellow waitresses gaslight me into believing I didn't see what I saw and refused to take the food back. Through the whole service we felt like it was bother to ask for simple things such as a refill, ordering, and getting the bill. When we finally would get a hold of her attention she would just cut us off and walk away. Let me start by saying no one has ever forced me to give them the tip they wanted until yesterday. I think I was in such shock I did not know how to react. Visited this restaurant for my 5 year anniversary. Food was great. Best burger I have ever eaten, drinks are well crafted and delicious. When it was time to pay the bartender held out the machine and watched my husband's every move. He held the machine not giving us time to pay in private. When my husband selected custom tip, the bartender erased the amount he typed in, and stated we had to select one of the three configured amounts. A second time my husband pressed custom, and typed in a tip higher than the first. The bartender erased it again and said we had to pick from one of the three listed. Both my husband and I were speechless and had never been forced to give a certain tip at an establishment before. It makes you feel violated, like we did not have the right to tip as we felt appropriate, but how the bartender felt he did. read more

The food was amazing serving sizes are huge at first I expected the sizes to be bigger but when we got them they were smaller than pictures I had seen. But nothing wrong with that because they were pretty hearty sized like over stuffed and super-sized! You could definitely share the Mac and Cheese and French fries. My order was never entered into the system and I was looking like a fool till the guy who took my order came by and kindly offered get my meal ready in 10 minutes which was very kind of him and why I gave 2 not 1 star. I also loved the garlic fries, really good seasoning and sauce to make a great side dish (definitely to share with 2-3 people). The Nashville sandwich also looked crispy and tasted pretty good.
