Portion sizes are terrible. Seems like almost every time I go in the people at the counter or in kitchen have an attitude. Pay extra to add meat, guac, avocado, etc and you get minuscule portions. We've been to other fuzzy taco locations and this one was just as good. We got 2 enchilada plates, 2 taco plates, a nacho and 3 stand alone tacos, it was roughly $57 and change with 5 souvenir cups. So not a bad price for 6 people, oh and queso. The food was good and I loved seeing a vegetarian option with the grilled veggies. They have 6 beers on tap with frozen drinks and a full bar. We ordered to pick-up using the App. We love Fuzzy's, and we were looking forward to our dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. The Service: The reason for this low rating. The serving staff was openly unfriendly. We proceeded to the pick-up area and the woman behind the bar acted so inconvenienced to get the order for us. We had a beverage with our order, and when we inquired the server shoved a cup towards us, pointed across the restaurant, and rudely said, "It's over there. Get your own drink." I have no problem getting my own beverage. What I do have a problem with is being spoken down to in a tone that is extremely rude. Due to the service alone, we will NOT be back to this location. Very disappointing visit to the new Fuzzy's in Lake Worth. There is a stigma about quality and service in this town, and I am sad to report that this place is no different. SERVICE - Primary reason for poor rating. As we were walking away from the counter after signing the credit card receipt, I heard the order taker say OUT LOUD, with a deep sigh, "Arggghhhh, NO TIP!" I almost couldn't believe my ears. Do I expect this from a 16-year old kid who doesn't know any better? Sure. Should I accept it from this middle-aged woman in tattoos and no discernible uniform? Absolutely not. Am I supposed to tip at an order counter? I've never tipped any fast food counter - am I missing something? FOOD - I get the Baja fish tacos at every Fuzzy's. Here, the fish wreaked. It smelled so bad that we couldn't finish them. CLEANLINESS - Overall, pretty good outside of the hot sauce bottles, which desperately need to be cleansed. They're disgusting. I worked in food service and we cleaned the glass BBQ sauce bottles after every shift. These are gross. Other notes - seems really early in operation for the Jack and Coke machine to be broken and I'm not a fan of the hand-written notes taped to the menu for new items and other things. Just a personal preference, but it's super unprofessional. You don't see wildly-successful company-owned fast food locations doing this, so Fuzzy's shouldn't either. We called an order in to pick up. Contacted them for curbside pickup when we arrived and were told our order would be ready in approximately 10 more minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes we called again and the person on the phone was incredibly confused, couldn't find our order, etc. When our order was found and brought out only one of our drinks had been made. I usually really love Fuzzy's so I was super excited for one to open up near to where I live, but unfortunately they just aren't living up the hype. I've been on three separate occasions, and the 3rd was not the charm. The first visit went well enough. I went later in the evening with my boyfriend, and they weren't very busy, so service was reasonable and we got our food pretty quickly. The second visit I went with my mother on the weekend, and they were enormously busy, which I expected since it's a newer restaurant in the area, plus everything is crowded on the weekend in Lake Worth. The problem was that by the time the buzzer went off notifying us to pick up our food, our food was cold. Also, there seemed to be some confusion on the staff's part on even giving me my food. I had my receipt, and buzzer in hand, but she chose to ignore me? It was weird all around. The third visit was on 04/23/18 at 7:00 pm according to my receipt. I walked up to the counter with my boyfriend, ready to order, but the hostess appeared to be changing out a margarita syrup/fruit mix. She just stared at us blankly, which was odd. I didn't want to interrupt if she was that busy, but maybe say something to your customers? She also didn't leave room in the very brief, curt acknowledgement of our order to customize anything. I also ordered a margarita and instead of confirming if I wanted salt or sugar on the rim, she just gave me nothing at all. At that point it wasn't worth bringing up. She obviously didn't want to be there, and the situation wasn't going to improve, and there were now more people in line behind us. At least this time around our food was warm, even if we weren't given the opportunity to order exactly what we wanted. You'd think a new establishment would be a bit more concerned with customer service. Unless ordering to go, we'll be going elsewhere from now on. Sure like their patio. They are the only outdoor patio in Lake Worth that serves breakfast, every day starting at 7AM. Sure wish the food was better. Their best items are the whole beans (baracho, but very salty), brisket tacos, and breakfast chicken tacos. Skip the Huevos Rancheros, its really an HR taco, admitting that Fuzzys IS a taco shop. I've been here so many times and always had good service and food. The nachos are always good and layered with all the yumminess. Today was just not the same. I ordered from door dash in the middle of the day and my nachos were basically a pile of chips with half the normal items just sitting on top...nothing in layers at all. So I just paid full price for basically chips and queso with a little chicken. Quite disappointing..but hopefully it's a one time occurrence. read more

Horrible! During these times, we have been trying to support our local economy but will never come back here. First, ordered the large queso and chips and the queso provided for the nachos in a smaller container had more queso in it. The shredded cheese for the nachos was melted but hardly any in the container. There wasn't much brisket in the container for the nachos. The 8oz. Salsa tasted like stewed tomatoes and nothing like salsa. The side of refried beans had like 3 individual pieces of cheese, like really! And paid 30.00 for horrible cold food! read more

This place is close to where I live, so I go here every so often. I know some of the other reviews mention a lack of service, but I have never experienced any issues. you go up and order at the register and get a buzzer while you wait for you food. You can either order a drink (alcoholic or not) at the register while you order, or you can go to the full bar in the back. We sat out on their nice patio underneath a fan while we enjoyed a margarita and waited on our food. I ordered a california heat with grilled shrimp (my personal favorite), a chicken and a brisket taco. The one thing I would not is that the taco's are a little on the smaller side, so you might want to grab an extra one, just in case. read more

Fuzzy's is USUALLY amazing and I have left great reviews (Hudson Oaks recently). I do not like for employees to HOVER over the table. Really frustrating for a diner to not feel relaxed. This location NOT BUSY at noon. The food was COLD (normally my tacos are served hot). The garlic sauce was THICK and like glue and it tasted strange. This place is an absolute mess and it seems to be the result of poor leadership. After picking up my 4th grade daughter from school we decided to grab a quick bite to eat. Our problems started with the bartender...she was on a very loud FaceTime call while slicing limes (without gloves during a viral pandemic) and touching multiple other surfaces. The call went south and she began dropping the f bomb much like she'd dropped several limes and picked them back up for use. After the 5th f bomb I asked if she could stop cursing and she dropped another one saying that this was a bar! I corrected her that this in fact was a restaurant with a bar and that it was 3:30pm and no reason for anyone to expect such verbiage at this time of day especially with a minor present. She returned to her cell phone and loudly complained about my request to the person in the phone at which point I asked to speak to a manager. She yells from across the bar that her manager was in the restroom and I should holler at her when she gets out!?! After being yelled at the manager came to the table and I explained what happened. The manager said "yeah we have problems with our bartenders" at which point I asked for the general manager's information...she couldn't provide it but told me that they were on vacation and probably wouldn't respond...this was a terrible experience and I'm very disappointed. read more

I love Fuzzy's, but I explicitly said I have to have a corn tortilla and cannot have a flour tortilla. The woman taking my order was great and kind, but I still ended up with flour tortillas on my tacos. If I was sitting in, it wouldn't have been a problem. But I was picking them up to go for work. This place must be new because they are a little on the slow side. It is an outstanding location and we are thrilled to have a Fuzzy's so close to us. Every time we visited another location you get your chips and dip with lighting speed as an appetizer. We asked the lady at the service window and she said they come with the meal. Hmm that's different but okay, we waited and waited -now to be fair this place was busy but come on this is Fuzzys they sling tacos out for a living- finally our buzzer went off and it was our turn to chow down. I went to This location on a Saturday. I attempted to place a pick-up order but this was unavailable. I went in and paid for a to go order at 1240pm and received my food at 125pm. The ladies in the kitchen were clearly working hard, but the restaurant is either understaffed or inefficient. The restaurant was less than half full including outside seating. The person taking orders was having to leave the register to serve drinks at the bar making the line deceptively long. The amount of time to receive the order was unacceptable. read more
