Worst management. Stood in line for 45 minutes, with a full line behind us, and manager said she was not taking any more orders when we got to the order counter. No attempt to close off or block the line, or communicate the closure at the door. She said bar would stay open but you couldn't order food there. I too was excited about them opening from 2 yrs prior when it was announced. That being said with the subsequent openings and repeated disappointments in Lake Worth I wasn't getting my hopes up. I figured I'd give them a good month or so to work out the kinks. They had the Camp Bowie location bar to reach at the very least. Their quality is usually better, than worse. First visit was take out. I actually prefer to eat in but did not have the time. Order was incomplete, and beans were slightly warm at best. I live a mile from the location so the delay to table was minimal. I couldn't finish my meal. Second visit was dine in. Now, I like my food HOT temperature wise. This was not even in the arena as passable in that area. The beans werent seaaoned properly as well. I am basing this off of their standard, not mine. I know they use a special seasoning packet you cant buy. It tasted like they forgot that step. I spoke to the manager after we completed the meal to express my concern. He went and tasted some and agreed.. Been there twice in the AM for breakfast tacos. First time took quite a bit to get my order. One thing I noticed odd on the way out was a two (what looked like employees) were having breakfast in the booth by the front door closest to the bar having a couple large beers (this was before 8:30) in the morning. Nice... lookes like I found a place for a brew on the way to work. Yesterday was the second breakfast trip. I called them to place the to go order and was put on hold. After about 5 minutes, I headed out the door still on hold. I called them on my second phone and was also put on hold. I wondered which they would answer first. They dropped my second call and finally took my order as I was pulling into the parking lot. They werent busy. Since it was going to be at least 10-15 before my order was ready, i waited in my truck for 8 minutes. I then went in and stood at the cashier for 7 minutes with no one on the floor other than two customers in booths. (One eating, one waiting) Finally a service person came from the back and didnt even look at the cashier area. Isabel was clearly wrapped up in listening to her music from her headphones. I paid and was not given a pager. Basically it was up to me to expedite items left at the window. Funny, you would have thought that me being on hold was becasue there were other in line customers or someone placing an order to go. I was the only one waiting for a to go order. I sincerely hope management reads the reviews. They clearly have a training opportunity with Isabel. read more

Taco shells were stale. Rice is worse than the just add water rice packs from the grocery store. A river of orange grease everywhere. Only reason for two stars is because the people were ok and the margarita was good. read more

We will not be back. The food was bland, salad out of a bag and not fresh topped off with "chips" that looked like the leaving from the bottom of a generic tortilla bag. Thought I would try a churro... don't bother awful greasy, gummy things I did not finish any of my food. The restaurant itself was filthy and I was nervous to eat the food prepared for us. There was piles of food on the floor, dust covering the unused tables, sticky food covering the used tables, and paper towels and dirty gloves all on the floor of the restroom. Went in to order chips and guacamole plus salsa to take to a party. Since it was a simple order we didn't feel like it was necessary to call ahead. I have never had such Terrible service at any Fuzzy's. We placed the order at 7:20 pm and did not receive it until 8:05. After waiting 20 minutes we asked nicely about our order and they said there were two orders ahead of us. After watching several orders get filled ahead of us, we asked again. We were then told that they were working on it. They proceeded to fill a different to-go order ahead of ours. All we ever heard was "I'm sorry, I'm new." "We had two cashiers not show up tonight." We never raised our voice, or had a bad attitude. I hate to think that we would have had to be ugly to get decent service. If you want to eat at Fuzzy's Taco, I highly recommend ANY other location. read more

Love love this place. It's a great in between of fast food Mexican and a fancy Mexican restaurant. They have great nachos, tacos, and margaritas. I love their ground beef nachos. My only issue that I've had with them is that the food can sometimes be inconsistent. Sometimes there's a ton of cheese and beef on the nachos and sometimes you have a bunch of dry chips left over. They're nice and good about fixing it if you need to though. It's a great place to hang out with friends and have a couple drinks and I go here very often. Love it! read more

I've eaten at this place a couple times and each time I leave disappointed. Every time I get food here my order is messed up. The food is okay, but this time we ordered take out, got to the restaurant to pick it up before it was even ready, got home and I had a soggy quesadilla with everything I specifically asked to not be included, included. There tocos and burritos are tasty but there sides are usually warm to cold. The peas always, always look like they are two weeks old, never fresh. Even though they do a good job with their tocos it seems like their sides are an afterthought or no thought at all. read more

I wish I could give the place less stars. The food tends to be cold when ready. The workers are cold and unfriendly. They even charge you the wrong amount for the food. I went tonight to order some to go. The price that rang up was different than the price on the menu. I mentioned it to the cashier and she said it was because I got chicken. No where does it say that chicken is extra. She said she couldn't fix it, it's what was in the computer. Both of us were staring at the menu. I wanted the meal but didn't want to pay the extra amount. I wanted to pay what the menu price stated. I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. I asked how she was going to fix the problem. She said there was nothing she could do. I was flabbergasted. I asked to speak to someone else and she said no one else could help. I just couldn't believe she was charging the wrong price and couldn't do anything to do to fix it. I shook my head and walked out. If you don't have any other options, or are willing to deal with unfriendly service and cold food, you'll love this place. Otherwise, pick one of the other 15 restaurants that are nearby. After a few visits to this location and receiving the same experience, I'm finally leaving a review. The teenagers behind the counter are terrible at their job. I stood at the counter for a couple minutes while one girl looked at me multiple times and went back to what she was doing. Another girl walks out and said "she can help you down here." (At the online/ pick up register, where the other girl was ignoring me from.) this girl in particular gives the "what do you want?" type of service. She wears a mask and speaks very quietly to which you can't hear her but gets annoyed that she has to repeat herself. As I said before this is the usual counter service I receive here. There's no hot sauces on the tables, when asked for some, I was told there's no bottles but was given packets. I'm not sure if that's a true statement or they just didn't want to deal with me using a bottle? My tacos were great, no complaints on the food. Just don't expect a warm welcome from the counter girls. read more

I couldn't agree more with the rest of the reviewers. The environment has the potential but I was greeted with two blank faced employees gossiping at the front upon arrival. I tried joking around with the girl ringing me up and she was in la la land-no smile or laugh. Two tacos came out fast. A little too fast as the fajita steak was cold and chewy. The tacos were loaded with lettuce. The brisket was warm but the tortilla was over cooked. Asides from the poor food, all the employees besides one young man seemed to be in a terrible mood. I watched a guy sweep the same spot for 5 minutes. If the chef (or so it seemed based on the outfit) in baggy parachute pants and a flat bill were more focused on making better food rather than jumping the line, grabbing a franchise plastic cup and filling up a large soda in front of customers... maybe they would bring in more business. My boyfriend and I have been going to this Fuzzys since he purchased his house over the summer. We come in at least 2 or 3 times a week very regularly. We have always had the best service and experience until Saturday. All of the staff members know us and always know how to make us feel welcome and take very good care of us with the exception of one server. Lexi who works the bar is extremely rude and lazy. Multiple times would she walk by our empty glasses and offer to refill them instead she would just walk by and ignore us when we asked for a refill and would continue to talk to her friend or another patron. One time specifically I asked her for a refill and instead she walked outside so she could take a puff on her e cigarette and stayed outside for at least 15 minutes when multiple people needed refills. I have never encountered such poor service and such rude behavior from a waitress at this establishment. Side note Ashlyn is a fantastic waitress and bartender and Lexi needs to find a new occupation if she can't learn the importance of keeping your regulars happy. read more

The food was good but the place is PACKED with tables! It's ridiculous. Everyone is just on top of each other. This lady at a bar table like 3 inches from us just interjected herself into our conversation. Yup! It looks like owner is putting profit way above customer comfort. And the tiny little drink area is right by the cash registers. There is hardly any room to move. Unsweet tea was out and I had to tell 3 people before anyone brewed more. I feel like I spent more time trying to get someone to brew tea than I did eating. Also, this is the only location I've ever been to that didn't have the mango tea but I guess there wouldn't be room for it on the tiny drink table anyway. read more

I have to agree with other reviewers this particular Fuzzy's misses the mark. Third visit will be my last. Ordered the brisket salad and fish salad. Got chicken salad which was very bad chicken old rewarmed flavor, returned for the brisket I ordered and they really skimp on the brisket here, as well as the fish. We love the Fuzzy's in Decatur, Weatherford and Abilene just not here. read more

I've been to other Fuzzy's Taco shop.. this is the WORST one. I will not go back. I ordered nachos and it looked like a $2 thing of nachos.. not the $7.99 taco that it was suppose to be. They didn't put Pico de Gallo and it only had like a tablespoon of shredded cheese.. and 1/4 of a cup of fajita meat (that was cold and dry.. they probably just microwaved the meat). So this building is awesome better than any other fuzzys I like ( liked ) it so much I was going out there from the West side of fort Worth a few times a week lots of TV's .I don't know what happened but in the last three weeks it's taken a dive in service their is some new staff I noticed and their very poorly trained and the two encounters I've had with a certain gentlemen manager shows me where the problem is he doesn't care and the place is suffering today which will be my last visit I came at 1130 maybe five tables in the place ordered a bowl took the girl way to long to ring it in then it took 25min ( unacceptable ) and came out way wrong I told the manager he never apologized just shook his head and seemed put out over it he said he would reimburse me but never followed up with me I ate noticing other guests waiting too long for their food hopefully they can get their act together but they've lost my business read more

I've been going to the Camp Bowie location for years and love it, the food the service, everything. This isn't even close. We went when it first opened, lots of kinks to work out, understandable. We went back a month later, same issues. They got the orders wrong but it also had a lot to to with cleanliness and attitude. A couple of weeks ago we went to the Camp Bowie location and I was loving Fuzzy's again. My shredded chicken salad was awesome, my husbands Fajita bowl was delicious. The service was great, an employee came out to ask us how everything was, all good. So today I decided to give the Lake Worth location another try. I ordered the same thing that I got 2 weeks ago at the other location. NOT even close. The chicken was gummy and tasteless. The lettuce was soggy. There was a glob of shredded yellow cheese but very little feta. I think the employees or at the very least the manager of this location should go eat at one of the other locations, watch how they do it and improve their service. read more

I love Fuzzy's but I will no longer go to this location even though it is so close to home! I went to Fuzzy's last Friday and ordered a couple of tacos and nachos. My total came out to $13 and some change and I left the cashier a $1 tip. Well come Sunday I check my back account and I have a $104 charge from Fuzzy's. I called Monday to figure out why I was overcharged, and was not given an answer but was promised a call back. Tuesday comes around and I still don't have an answer. So I call them back, only to be told to call back later because they're busy. So I decided to go up there so I could get an answer as to why I was overcharged. Turns out the cashier decided to tip herself $90! The only thing the managers could tell me is that they were sorry and that they would reimburse me the $90 that I had been overcharged and that they would talk to their cashiers. This is not ok! So sad because this location is new, but I will not be going back. read more
