This place is OK but it is really expensive it is always busy staff is OK place was clean.

Horrible tacos. Too much meat. Taco shell ripped apart. Rice was too dry. Don't waste your money.

Tonight is apparently bring your boyfriend to work night and bartenders drink with the customers night. This is my second time here and both nights were equally bad as far as service and employees go. I haven't seen anyone in charge either time. read more

Their food is decent, but I think they've gone downhill since the chain first became popular. Used to eat here all the time with my friends, we'd order like 20 tacos all together and just go to town. However, they've removed some of our favorite items, such as the crawfish tacos, and the prices have gone up to the point it's quite expensive just to get a decent meal. I am not normally the one to complain but during my visit the bartenders were rude and the least bit attentive. I normally love Fuzzy's margaritas and drink them very often but this margarita was by far the worst margarita I have ever had. I asked the bartender politely to fix it or make a new one. She poured it out and made a new one that was equally if not worst then the first one. I would suggest that you have more training behind the bar. I work at a bar and know a bad drink when I taste one and I wasn't pleased at all. read more

The food is good, the people are nice, but the service is lacking. It appears that they still have staffing issues as it seems to take longer to get food than it really should and they rarely have enough people to take orders. Today I ordered via phone to keep my wait short when I arrived but they had a full queue of folks and only one person to take orders. Even that person had to make a couple of trips to the back to get questions answered. I would have "assumed" that someone in management or a supervisory role would have seen this and jumped in to help. It seems to be a coin flip if you get great Fuzzy's or meh Fuzzy's. read more

Fuzzy's Taco Shop is delicious. I personally love the quesadillas and you can't go wrong with an order of their amazing chips and queso. Another plus is that the breakfast food is served all day, they make some delicious breakfast burritos! I love coming to this location! The staff is incredibly friendly! The restaurant is very clean and the food is served hot and fresh. Definitely a favorite of mine. read more

Food has gone way downhill!! Huge salad bowl with very little salad, nachos with crushed chips and no meat!! Best thing on the menu is beer- all though they are out of cold mugs :( We would not be here if it was not for the music. read more

Very bad and unexceptional service at this location. Came in and made to-go order around 6pm. Ordered around 10 tacos for 4 different people. Waited about 20 minutes and nothing. We couldn't even ask the girl that was taking orders because she was off somewhere else, so there was nobody to talk to. Then 10 minutes later she came back and I asked about our order and she went to find out. They didn't even start making it yet. Another 20 minutes later we asked her again and she went to ask again. She said they were still making it. 15 minutes later I walked around and went by the shelf where they sit the "Waitr, Doordash, Uber eats" orders and found my order !! It had been sitting there for 15 minutes and nobody let me know that it was ready. It was all cold, missing hot sauce and they didn't even get our tacos right. This location looks like it it being ran by teenagers that do not know what the hell they are doing. I will probably never come back to this Fuzzys location. DO NOT COME HERE !!! Pretty poor experience here, unfortunately. Placed our order before our friends, who showed up 10 minutes after us. 15 minutes later our friends get served with their order (with their food and some other random persons food, which got sent back). 15 minutes after this (some 35ish minutes after we ordered), I go to check on my food, only to find out the pager I got didn't have an associated ticket printed with it. They apologized and told me they would re-print the ticket and get it right out. They were nice enough to bring free chips and queso (after I asked cuz I was starving). Finally, almost an hour into our stay, they bring the food, and it was all wrong! Thankfully, they got the kids orders correct. We still had to wait another 10 minutes so they could redo our tacos. Once we got them, they weren't even that good. Tacos were mostly lettuce and tomatoes. Very disappointing. It would have made it better if they offered us a partial refund or voucher or something for such a long delay, although I did not ask. Frankly, I was too mad to ask for some kind of consideration, knowing if I did, I would have been beyond rude and likely embarrassed my wife, so I kept my mouth shut. read more

On a June weekend, we hosted a family reunion in Midlothian. 38 hungry family members to feed for 4 days. Fuzzys sent me a practical catering menu and I easily made my selections. We ordered breakfast tacos for a breakfast. They were fresh, hot, and ready on time. Rave reviews from our guests. Two nights later we had a taco bar set up on the patio. The patio was shaded and had a perfect breeze on this hot summer night. The taco bar, queso, chips, and fixings made for a perfect party on the patio. We provided the musician and it was deemed a big success. The success started with prompt attentiveness by the local owner and ended with a caring and accommodating manager. read more

Do not like food, I have tried multiple times. My kids do not like it either. They do have good alcoholic drinks.

Fuzzy's is generally Fuzzy's wherever you go and is one of my favorite restaurants. This particular location in Midlothian has let me down, though. The food and flavors are consistent with other locations...as so are the prices. The difference, however, is the portions here are markedly smaller even though they are charging the same prices. I usually get the grilled shrimp salad and the size of it here was VERY noticeably smaller. My advice, either lower your price or make your portions consistent with every other location. read more

We went a couple of weeks ago and it was awesome. Last night we went and unfortunately something was really off. The cheese was orange and thick instead of the normal light yellowish color and creamy consistency. The drinks are always good and it's a fun atmosphere. Now I'm typically a person that is easy to please, but I felt the need to write this review because of how bad my service here was. This is the second time they've messed up my order. I went to go get breakfast with a friend, and only a few people were there so I assumed we would be in and out. I ordered one breakfast burrito and I went to go sit with my friend. 10 minutes later, my friends order-also a breakfast burrito- comes out and she starts eating. We wait patiently for about another 10 minutes and she has already finished her order. By now we're both concerned as to why I've been waiting so long. I walk over to get a to go bag because now there's no reason for me to sit down and eat it, as I'm already late for a personal meeting and making my friend wait on me. A worker asks me what I'm waiting on and I tell them I've been waiting on a breakfast burrito. He tells me they have no record of my order. The lady who took my order walks over and talks to him for a minute, and then apologizes for the inconvenience. (Keep in mind the two people who ordered after me have already come and gone.) I walk out, probably 5-10 minutes later, unsatisfied and late for my meeting. read more
