The biggest concern I had when coming to repairing the damages is "Will it truly look the same as before the incident?" B2 Perfection answered that question through their work and attention to detail. Marco was my advisor at B2 for the 2 most recent incidents and he is probably one of the best repair advisors I've worked with. Bob gave me a realistic quote, but more importantly, he took the time to genuinely guide me instead of just trying to sell me on expensive work that didn't make financial sense for my situation. Even though I'm probably not going through the full body shop route, he still went out of his way to explain my options, educate me on the differences between body work vs PDR, referred me to someone he trusted, and even personally vouched for me and texted the guy on my behalf trying to help me out.
