    Would give 0 stars if I could. Replaced windshield came with more headache than good. Full story: Got hit. Needed collision repairs. This was the nearest shop so no choice. Don't even get me started on the wait time to even get your repair started. Also needed windshield replacing so I inquired while I left the vehicle in for collision repair. Turned out windshield replacement was more expensive here than Dublin so I said no thanks just the collision repair. I go to pick up the car they tell me they mistakenly replaced the windshield so it's free. I said sweet thanks. Drove it home. Turns out there's grease/oil/finger marks all over the inside trim of the windshield. See pics. They said I could come in and they'd clean it for free. That's at least an hour drive there and another hour back, plus waiting there while they clean. Got there, they did a crap job at cleaning the first time around so I pointed out all the spots again and guy takes it back to the detailer. This time the detailer comes out with a can of maguires upholstery cleaner and asks me to point out all the marks. Honestly I'm not even a car guy so I'm not being picky here. You have eyes, you can see where they are. Felt like they just didn't wanna do the job. Anyways I pointed them out to the tech and he rapidly sprays and scrubs, spends less than 3 seconds on them. At that point I said screw this. Already wasted so much time. Honestly if I knew they were just gonna be using a can of maguires upholstery cleaner, I would have opted to do it myself and save time energy money. Tesla service feels like McDonald's drive through. That's the quality you're getting.

    Repair service came out good but they have a limited amount of rental cars available so you have to call/come back if theres not one available when you drop off. Also they can be kinda hard to get ahold of at times over the phone, but i appreciated that the car was cleaned up before they returned it to me, and that the charging tolls etc for the rental they provided were free. Overall still recommend taking your Tesla to a certified shop over 3rd party.

    I brought my model 3 here for an estimate. Rudy was not very responsive and wouldn't answer questions. I declined the repair and turns out they have already been working on the repairs without my authorization. I was very clear I only wanted an estimate. His manager Tai? said "they keep it moving" because they have a lot of cars waiting. So they don't wait for authorization before they start working on your vehicle. And now they want $3000 for storage since I dropped the vehicle off 9 days ago and work that they started that did not authorize.

    Geraldo and Jasmine are great! They are very responsive, easy to talk to, and understand! I got into a car accident that wasn't my fault. Dealing with the insurance and rental was a total nightmare! But when I had to communicate with Tesla, I knew I had nothing to stress about because Geraldo and Jasmine were on my team! They really help you understand the process and do their best to work with you and the insurances. Geraldo helped me out a lot and was able to accommodate the pick up times for me based on my busy schedule. He is very responsive as well and you can tell he cares about his clients! Even when I had issues with the insurances, Geraldo gave me tips to help me out! Yes it's true that the appointments are far out, but quite honestly it's the same everywhere. So that's not really something to complain about to be honest. I personally am okay waiting longer for my appointment if I know I'm getting it done at this shop. Because I know Geraldo and Jasmine will be there for any questions or concerns I may have. I also know the work that will be done on my car is good quality work. Honestly, I had a previous bad experience here that when I made my appointment I was nervous I was going to have the same experience. However it seems like this Tesla repair shop has really upped their customer service skills, and as mentioned Geraldo and Jasmine were a huge part of that great experience! Now if I do have anything that needs to be done for my car, I know I could come to this repair shop and say with confidence I will be taken care of. Thank you for all you do team members Tesla Collision Center of Mabury Rd! And a special thanks for Geraldo and Jasmine for giving me piece of mind during a stressful time! (:

    I took my car in October 21st for a repair since there was damage at the lower car door frame when making a right turn. I didn't get to pick up my car until December 16th which was almost 2 months. The wait time was pretty long and at that point I was thinking of almost giving up my car. The office people that checked me in were nice and professional, and even the one that was in charge of overseeing my repairs. But this review is mainly for the people that worked on my car. Upon pick up, my car was dirty, there were smudges everywhere and the floor at the driver side was covered in dirt. My screen protector on the display screen was scratch and I just installed that prior to bringing it in for repairs. Also, I noticed a new scratch on the lower right side of my rear bumper. I brought in my car to be repaired, not to have more damage on it. Now I will have to bring it in again to get it fixed. I've only have this car for 2 months before it needed repairs, but the amount of time it's taken for it to get repaired is now longer.

I got quotes from 2 local body shops that were insane. Not only were the quotes over 5 times what I ended up paying, they wanted to do full disassembly and keep the truck for "at least a week." So, I found Raymond Quadros and The Professionals. I sent him pictures first, but he said he really needed to see the truck, so I drove from Gilroy to San Jose. After looking at it, he explained how he would do the job, gave me an estimate on the spot and we set up a date for the work. He is very experienced and professional - after years of working in body shops, he's been on his own for 10 years. He showed up on time in his well-equipped van and proceeded to set up and get to work in our driveway. I have a little body work experience, and he was very detailed and thorough - taping, sanding, filling, sanding, sealing, priming, sanding, painting and clear coat. He was here for 9 hours. He mixes the color himself - the color match is perfect and the truck looks great! He only works mobile, so you have to have a place for him to do the work (he mentioned that apartments are out). He also doesn't have all the equipment of a body shop to disassemble vehicles and do extensive body work, but for minor body work and paint, he does an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

    Big shoutout to Marco!…read more I've been in a few unfortunate situations such as hit and runs and hitting flying debris on the freeway in the past 4 years since buying the car new. The biggest concern I had when coming to repairing the damages is "Will it truly look the same as before the incident?" B2 Perfection answered that question through their work and attention to detail. My car looks brand new after coming out of repair every time and a big reason why I keep coming to B2 for my repairs is because of their team. Marco was my advisor at B2 for the 2 most recent incidents and he is probably one of the best repair advisors I've worked with. Super communicative throughout the process, giving me updates throughout in terms of the repair process, and being very responsive to answer any questions I had. He'll be 100% transparent if there's any delays and the reasoning behind them. His goal is to try to get you back in your car as soon as possible without rushing the repair. Prices are average to maybe a little higher than other shops but it makes up for it with quality and detail. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know who needs a repair shop!

    I got into a car accident 9/25/25 and I use Geico as my insurance. The car was received by Michael…read moreJ's 9/26/24. This repair was done by Michael J's starting October. The damage was on front right side of my car which stemmed from the bumper all the way to the passenger side door. Front window and door was not damaged and there are more details for the repair but I wanted to mention the general idea of the work done. Another thing to note is I drive a 2022 Toyota Rav4 Prime which is relevant because its a recent car and no customizations so the parts should be easily available. Michael J's is also an approved repair shop by Geico so this process should have been seamless. The summary of this negative review is this: The repair took almost 60 days to be completed from dropping my car off at Michael J's lot to driving my car off. I had to pay over an additional month for my car rental which was over $1000. Many things to note but here are some highlights: -My car was in their lot for over 2 days and when the Geico adjuster finally made it onsite, they couldn't find the car which pushed back the adjuster to come back onsite. -I receive 3 calls about signing paperwork to start the work which was difficult since this was my only car. This took 2 days and by the 2nd day, I found out they could have just emailed me instead of have me sign it in person (the first calls they did not tell me this was an option) -I get a total of 2 calls back from Michael J's -I called 6 times asking for status checks -Michael J's had to submit 5 Supplemental estimate requests to Geico I've talked with 2 random shops around San Jose with 4+ star ratings about how much time the work should have taken and just focusing on the time alone, 4-6 weeks was the turnaround time. That's with a buffer for waiting for parts and some adjustments to the estimate. I did my due diligence as well calling the adjuster FOR the repair shop because the repair shop sent in a supplemental estimate that hasn't been addressed for days, I talked with both Geico and Michael J's to see if they can help with car rental or discounts, and I asked them for status checks 1-2 times a week after the first month of not receiving my car. AFTER all of this, I sent an email to both the representative handling my repair for Michael J's and Geico clarifying what happened throughout the whole process to determine if there was someone truly at fault and if so, which party. I sent this email on December, and as of today I have not received any replies from either parties. If anyone is curious about the whole endeavor and wants to know more details, you can ping me and I can send you the email I sent out to them. Overall, the 4.8 star rating for Michael J's is misleading and I will not return to do any repairs with them and would caution anyone planning to work with them to. P.S. I don't want to leave anything out but the person in charge of my repair offered 3 free detailing work for my car to offset the cost I paid for the rental car which I don't need.
