He was able to come out a few days later, take measurements and get me a quote. He was also able to source the door and trim which saved me a lot of guesswork. As soon as the doors came in, he reached out to schedule and he had the doors hung within a couple of hours. His attention to detail is what really stood out to me. He was able to source the exact doors, trim and handles I have so it looks like this came installed from the builder. Everything is level and looks great. They came in at a fraction of the price of every other company I received quotes from. They were professional, straightforward, never pushy, and just genuinely kind people to work with. They even stopped by my office instead of my home to complete the documents we needed. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the customer service after the sale: About a year after my installation, the window frames that are exposed to the brutal Nevada sun started to yellow. I called Window World, and even though it had been a year, they immediately offered to make it right. They sent out a representative named Alex (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly, kind gentleman in a truck and ties is hair back) and he was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain what had happened and walked me through a few different solutions. We decided to have the frames repainted with a specialty paint designed for the issue and within just a few days, a painter was at my house completing the work. The painter was also great. The only hiccup was that while removing my screen door, one of the handles came off without either of us noticing. There were also a few small spots of white paint left behind on my walls. I called Window World, explained the situation, and they immediately sent Alex back out. Once again, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. He looked over my concerns and assured me they'd be fixed. Then he noticed that my screen had been absolutely destroyed by my dogs. I never even asked about it but he volunteered to replace the screen on the spot. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. From the initial sales experience to standing behind their product long after installation, Window World has been outstanding. They earned my trust and they've earned a customer for life. It took them a week after the email arrived to contact me for an installation date & time.  1:00pm to 3:00pm Thursday, July 22nd. Had they arrived at 1:00 things would have been fine but a sudden thunderstorm at 2:00 (monsoon with 60MPH winds) caused them to cancel. Rescheduled for the next day, 11-noon to avoid any possible afternoon storm. Installer did not get here until 3:30.  He had called around 1:45 to let me know he had been sent to the other side of town with another assignment. The screen door was installed quickly, but it did not latch. He drilled some more holes for the magnet, and finally got it. It looked fine from inside the house. But the next morning when I was on my way out, I could not lock the door, and it took a contortionist move to reach behind the screen door handle and turn the door knob to get back inside. They installed the door backwards. (see photos) A phone call to their answering machine was not returned until Monday morning. They fixed the problem Monday afternoon, so 3 stars instead of just 1.

They did things I know most other companies wouldn't have done without charging extra, and they really cared about getting it done right.
