So me and my girlfriend get delivery for a large cheese steak and mozzarella wedges. To my up bringing of coming here, I've heard lots of great things about Gaetano's, but only the one in Willingboro. Anyways we give it a try next thing I know, fast delivery. We start eating and the food was such a disappointment to what my standards had imagined. Not only that but after eating the food, both of our stomachs hurt, I even start to go over the toilet and try to gag this awful food out but no luck. Not only that but I also left a 25% tip to the delivery boy. I call there and tell them about this hoping to at least get some type of refund but no the only thing I get is a pitty party from the person I call, him telling me that there's nothing he can do for me. Worst place I have ever had, I got the whiz steak with fried potatoes ( charged me an extra 90cents) it had 3 little strands of "potatoes" hardly any steak even on it mostly onions. Ordered the cinnamon and sugar knots worst thing I have ever tasted and the icing that comes with it I couldn't even began to start with the awful taste it left in my mouth. Wow! My hubby and I just finished eating at Gaetanos in Cherry Hill, NJ. We both had cheesesteaks and OM freaking G they were amazing! We have had cheesesteaks from all over, Jim's in Philly, Cheesesteak joints on Long Island and in New York City and I can honestly say these are the best ones we have ever had. Let's start with the foundation of any sandwich, the bread. It's obviously freshly made as its incredibly soft, yet sturdy enough to hold up to the cheesesteak. The steak its self is well seasoned and expertly prepared, moist without being overwhelming greasy. We got the 11 inch sandwich and it was huge!! Way more than we could consume in one sitting. My advice is get the 7 inch, you'll be more than satisfied. For sides we sampled the curly fries and the onion rings and they were very tasty too. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the extensive menu, making us feel welcome and even joking with us. The service combined with the excellent food make this place a win. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely pay them another visit. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up! read more

It's the Customer Service that needs the most work. Are they "nice", yes, do they do right by a mistake...ABSOLUTELY NOT! My Boss and I were on a Gaetano's tear and thought it was our next place to order from. He ordered 2 days in a row, I did only today. I did my order online and my instructions were very clear. I ordered buffalo chicken tenders (5-$11.45) and asked for an EXTRA hot sauce. What they delivered was chicken tenders with 2 hot sauces. I sent a message that my Boss was waiting for the buff chick and he gets regular chicken. I get a call over an hour later and was told "you asked for extra sauce so to be safe, we put it on the side. That's not what he wanted, I was told it's the same thing except the sauce on it. Well that is what makes it different. And instead of offering my Boss an free order the next day, he insist on "they are the same" I said, well ok if that's they stand you want to take, fine. He asked what I meant! Clearly, they made a mistake and instead of offering a solution of the CORRECT order at a later date, he kept claiming they are the same. NOT ONE TIME did he apologize for the mistake. No offer, no refund, no apology! Such a shame because they have good food, when it's made right! Shame losing a customer for bad service doesn't mean much to anyone! Your food isn't cheap, so when someone orders something that's what they expect to get and when you make a mistake, you make it right! I was lazy after a long day at work and ordered for the first time for Gaetano's on Burnt Mill Rd. - The food was delivered so fast - and, the meal was incredible. I ordered the fried butterfly shrimp - huge shrimp - very tasty. The side salad was great too. Very fresh with dressing on the side. Definitely will order from this place again!
