It is spacious with a large, clean waiting area. It has 3 large dress rooms with mirrors. Among all the tailor shops I have visited in Westminster, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, this is the best. The receptions and the owner are courteous and professional. My Callaway golf pants were hem perfectly, and the price is very competitive $10. Other cleaners, small filthy tailor shops, in Westminster, charge the same or more without courtesy service at all. It has stretch stitch sewing machine to hem my Callaway golf pants with elastics fiber. Most of tailors in Westminster do not have such machine.

My only complaint is that when they promise to have my shirts laundered and pressed by the end of the day, they should have ALL of my shirts finished by the end of the day... Unfortunately, there is always one shirt not ready, and I have to come back after five the next day to pick it up. This happens EVERY time... Not just once in a while. This really irks me... If you can't do it by the promised time, don't make the promise. Their employees are always very friendly. Bobby, you deserve 5 stars, for always greeting me by name as I walk through the door... Even when I don't come in for months sometimes... I've had such bad experiences with other cleaners in the past, that I don't dare go anywhere else. I called Meadowlark ahead of time to find out if they work on such a problem and the guy (with an accent) said he would "have to see it". I said 'no problem' I'll bring in one of the pieces for you to see. Well today I brought in a piece, a Donna Karen blouse that I paid about $800 for. When I asked the man behind the counter if he was the man I spoke to on the phone about the damaged designer items, he said he 'didn't know'. I replied 'no problem', and explained the issue with the damaged clothing and showed him the blouse. He didn't say much, or offer any suggestions, so to move the conversation along, I gave him two choices: 1. I can remove the white spots myself then bring the items back for normal dry cleaning. Or 2. They could remove the white spots along with the dry cleaning. He said "what ever I want". I replied, "Well have you seen this type of problem before?", and he said "yes". I then asked, "So how would you remove the spots?", and he replied "I'm not going to tell you". I was stunned. It appears I am not allowed to know what chemicals they would be using on my (expensive) items. This has to be the worse customer service experienced I have ever had and I am 59 years old. This guy MUST be a relative of the owner because there are a LOT of other people, even teenagers, that could provide a far superior consumer experience. If one of my employees ever said those words to one of our clients, and I don't care in what capacity, they would be fired on the spot. I will NEVER go back here. There is no way I wouldn't let this guy touch any of my valuables, no way. Attached is a pic of the two racks of designer clothes that need dry cleaning. A big order that will now go to their competitor who I see has over 200 five star reviews. There's my silver lining!
