Now I typically do not care as long as I really want the cards and i love supporting businesses with good ethics. But when I had asked the woman to see my cards, she had already passed a look to me. I told her that I wanted to see my cards, we could move to the side and that she could help the next customer behind me. I guess she had a hard time understanding what I meant, because she caught even bigger attitude when she asked "did you mean weren't ready when you wanted to look at your cards" in a very condescending tone. Okay, cool you finally understand me! I laughed out loud at the audacity, but I said to her again, "well i did say you could take the next customer so we could look at the cards" and she threw whatever was in her hands on the counter and called for the next customer. At that point I felt gross from her attitude so I just dropped everything and said "you know what, we're good I'm not getting shit here we're leaving" and yes, before I left I told my cousin that "no i'm not getting anything anymore, the lady is being a bitch" out loud so she could hear. not nice, no, but felt justified considering I was being judged for triple checking some overpriced cards. Never going back here and nor am i ever recommending anyone to come again. I had issues with attitude by this repeat woman but I always brushed it off. Nah, never again.

I advised him of my issue and he stated he could not help me, in a patronizing way. I was stunned by the sheer bluntness. No help, no solutions, no direction to maybe get my issue fixed. After he just stood there with a blank expression, I decided against it. I was thinking it over, I was going to buy a Nintendo Switch that they had for sale, and maybe some Pokemon cards. I figured I would spend my money elsewhere. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

They're always friendly, welcoming, remember their regulars, and truly make you feel like part of the community. Customer service here is second to none. The selection is excellent, from new releases and back issues to graphic novels, collectibles, and statues, all at very fair prices. My son has a pull list here, and they always let him know when his books arrive or when there are great deals or promotions. The store has an awesome vibe with great music, a clean layout, and even a retro gaming area in the back where you're encouraged to hang out and play. Snacks and drinks are only $1, which is a nice touch. Their apparel is also fantastic, with unique designs inspired by comics, Vegas sports, and pop culture that you won't find just anywhere. Great hours, great prices, incredible people, and a store that truly cares about its customers. Maximum Comics has earned our business for years to come. Highly recommended!

Upon entering the new store, I immediately noticed the vast amount of space within. The entire store felt well organized, allowing you to easily browse their many items including comic books, graphic novels, collectibles, and action figures. While interacting with the employees at the new Centennial Hills store, I found them to be extremely friendly and willing to assist with any questions I may have asked! They were offering free comics on the day we stopped by and ended up getting a Sonic, Spidey, Avengers, and Lego Batman comic! The store had an extensive amount of inventory! Each time I believed I had viewed every item available, I discovered an additional shelf, display, or section to view. Whether you are a serious collector or just interested in learning more about comics, there will likely be some type of product that interests you at MaximuM comics! The new Centennial Hills store is a fantastic addition to the area. It recently moved from the Walmart shopping area, now over to Tenaya next to Starbucks and a few local restaurants. I understand that no offense may have been intended, but remarks about a person's size are inappropriate, especially in a setting where members are preparing to make sacred covenants. Members of every body shape and size wear temple garments and temple clothing. No one should feel singled out, labeled, or made self-conscious because of their body. I would also encourage greater attention to the availability of larger sizes. Accessing temple garments and clothing should be a simple and welcoming experience for every member. These items are sacred necessities, not optional purchases, and members should be able to obtain them with dignity and respect. I share this feedback because I believe the Church strives to make everyone feel welcome. I hope this experience can serve as a reminder that words matter and that all members, regardless of size, deserve kindness, sensitivity, and respect as they prepare for temple worship.
