    Floor After garage busters
    Rob P.

This is a long overdue review. Garage Busters did my garage epoxy floor earlier this year and the whole experience was excellent. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were easy to communicate with, explained everything up front, and payment was clear with no surprises.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The work turned out very clean and professional, and they had plenty of color options. I also had several large cracks running from the middle of the floor, and he made them disappear like they were never there. Highly recommend them if you're considering an epoxy garage floor.

Take note of how precisely measured the cabinets were, which allowed for every inch of wall space to be utilized. Epoxy flooring also seen

Used garage busters to put down epoxy, as well as to install custom cabinets and hanging storage racks in our garage. All in all, they were great. Product was exactly as promised and Shawn was very good with scheduling. Not the cheapest in the game, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

    How we started

Good Quality work and excellent communication. Shawn is a hard worker and stays with the project until completed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Shawn gave us a quote and options for the work very quickly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The project took two days and our garage floor is immaculate. I would highly recommend Garage Busters for your work. You will not be disappointed.

    Epoxy flooring

Shawn recently completed the flooring in my parents' garage, and we couldn't be more impressed with the results. He was highly professional, efficient, and delivered quality workmanship with exceptional attention to detail. The finished product looks fantastic, and we are extremely pleased. We've included a "before video" to show the dramatic transformation. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommended for epoxy or garage shelving as he did both for me. He has many epoxy colors to choose from and he also has various shelving options. Extremely professional and he gets the job done right.

Owner's response to my review. Looks like they have time to respond after all.

Updating my initial review from 2 stars to 1 stars after getting the response from the owner Shawn this morning after I posted my review. Looks like he mistakenly sent the text (see attached pic) intended for Carol to me this morning. Very classy of him to call me an asshole after ignoring my numerous requests. Just shows the caliber of this person. Original review: I always choose to support small businesses, but what do you do when that small business doesn't support you back. Initial communication was great when I was asking for a quote. The owner, Shawn, came to my property personally to check the site and provide samples for the Epoxy finish. When I opted to go with them I sent the photo of the sample picture of the finish that I've selected but referenced the wrong material name as the website provided seems to indicate a different sample look than the one I was showed in person. The owner didn't correct me and agreed on a project start date. They arrived on the appointed day, and we found out that the sample pic of the finish I sent them was not what what they brought, stating I referenced a different sample name. If you are the business owner and your customer sent you a picture of a sample that is referencing a different model, would you inform your customer or just feign ignorance? He could have at least confirmed with me when we were communicating that the picture of the sample I chose is not the same one that I incorrectly referenced. To his credit he offered if I wanted to change it but I told him I made the mistake and I would like this project finished ASAP, so I'll settle for the material that he had brought. The project was finished and I was reassured that it comes with a lifetime warranty. Paid the owner and asked for a receipt for my records. I was told that he'll send me a receipt as soon as he gets home. I didn't get a receipt after 24 hours, so I sent a follow up message to remind them of this request. Haven't heard anything even after several attempts. I finally reached out to his office and I was reassured that they will reach out to the owner for a receipt and that he will get back to me that day. A day passed and still nothing. Finally I got a text from the owner asking for my info so he can send me the receipt ASAP but still had not received the bloody receipt end of day. I had to message the owner and his office again the next day but still nothing... I know things can get busy, but the least you can do as a business owner is to acknowlege your customers ' requests All it takes is 10 seconds of your precious time to let them know you are working on it instead of wasting everyones time and have your office call you to remind you of your obligation to your customer. I have several of my neighbors asking who I used for this project, but I will not be referring them to this business. If this business can't have the decency to give you the receipt after they received payment, what assurance will I get if I have to contact them for a "lifetime" warranty work? Probably a lifetime of silence as they can't even pick up the phone to respond, much less do any warranty work. If you got this far, choose a different epoxy installer for your garage and save yourself the after sales headache!

Joe and Shawn did an amazing job on my new epoxy garage floor! They were responsive and did the job on time. Highly recommend!

A huge recommendation to Gustavo Guzman and his family. They completed laying LVP, baseboards and…read moresome carpet in our home, while we were living it, no small task. They were very methodical about how they approached it so that we had access to sleeping areas, kitchen, etc., before they left at the end of the day.Their experience was quite evident, I never worried that they were doing sub- par work. They arrived on time, worked together as a team and got it all done ahead of time. We had a moisture problem too that they had to deal with, very tricky but again they are experienced and did what needed to be done. we're happy with how it was laid, no worries about repeating patterns close to eachother. They're great communicators, worked hard, all with smiles and a sense of humor. Allen at the Floor Store was great too. We went in wanting a Cortec product, he also showed us alternative brands that he felt were good too. We never felt pressured to purchase just Cortec. he worked with us for about six months before we finally purchased, we never felt any pressure to hurry up. Matt & Margie W.

Francine is one of the least helpful salespeople I've ever encountered. From the moment we entered…read morethe store, it was difficult to get her attention. Once we connected, we were upfront about our budget, but she repeatedly steered us toward higher priced options and was not transparent about individual product costs. She encouraged us to apply for store credit through Wells Fargo, and I was approved for significantly more than the cost of the flooring we were considering (probably a red flag warning that they will attempt to take you for more than you want to spend). Later that week, she came to our home for a site assessment. While friendly during the visit, she remained vague about installation costs. As she left, she promised to email a detailed quote within a day or two. After a full week with no word, I had to follow up. She responded several hours later with an estimate. The product pricing stayed within what we discussed, but the labor portion was estimated, but listed as "variable," with no fixed amount or not-to-exceed" number. Additionally, she couldn't even guarantee the final cost or confirm they could complete the job. As a contractor myself (in IT), I'm accustomed to providing customers with clear, capped pricing and a promise we will complete the work before they commit, especially on installation work. Its not as if I was hiding anything from her. She had full access to the home for her assessment. If she lacked expertise to properly evaluate the job, they should have sent a more qualified person. This lack of clarity made it impossible to move forward with confidence. After sending the quote, she never followed up and I haven't spoken to her since. Overall, Francine came across as inattentive, inexperienced and unreliable. We ended up purchasing our flooring elsewhere, and based on this experience, I would recommend doing the same.
