In Kingman for Dr. visit, I found this place online! Lucky us, it was open Thursday for lunch. I had the special Cheese Ravioli it was delicious! My husband had the cheesesteak sandwich, he said it was one of the best he ever had! Luigi Jr. was our sever and was very nice. I left my debit card behind and didn't notice until the next day. I called and luckily Luigi was at the restaurant! He was so sweet and met me Saturday to hand me back my card personally. This family restaurant is top notch, great food and service! The spaghetti with meatballs was awesome. The red sauce was excellent. Just enough spice and not salty. I order takeout, but the restaurant was very nice even though it wasn't that big. Combining the incredible marinara sauce with the most amazing meatballs (oh yes, and the cheese and fresh bread!) yields absolute PERFECTION! Philly Cheese Steak: Freaking awesome! I had high hopes for this place. Very disappointed. Food tasted just okay, you can tell it was not high quality food. It's a very small crowed place. They have cheap, almost foldable, tables and chairs. People came with their own coolers to drink alcohol. It was nothing to rave about unfortunately. I would highly recommend Garibaldis for catering. I had them cater my wedding in the Hualaupia in OCTOBER, its now december and people are still talking about how amazing the food was. Garibaldi will work with what you want for your food. At first when I was looking for places to cater, I thought Garbaldi would only do Italian food and I almost did not stop in. I am glad I did. He is amazing chef and can make anything. He made the best brisket I ever had. It was amazing, along with everything else he provided. I cannot believe it took us so long to eat here. I had the shrimp crab ravioli in a Basil pesto cream sauce. If there wasn't other people around, I would have licked the plate. It was served with your choice of fried green beans or bruschetta. I had the bruschetta. The ravioli came with green beans(aldente), and garlic toast. It was so good! Howard had the teriyaki burger. The sauce is homemade and flavorishous and not salty like so many. He had the fried green beans, the sauce was homade and palate pleasing. The restaurant is open from 11 - 2 Monday thru Thursday. If you live in Kingman or are just passing through, you need to stop and try this place. Be there or be square! Run don't walk! read more

There were several things about this visit that annoyed me. I arrived about 20 minutes early, it was a cold night & I waited in my car, because the sign on the door said they opened at 5:30. About 10 minutes later I saw a couple open the door & walk in, so I thought they must be open. I got out of the car & went in the same door. The room was set up with one long table apparently for a large party. A woman saw me standing there looking confused I'm sure & asked if she could help me. I said I need a table for 4. She said this room is set up for a private party & I needed to go next door. (Why not put a sign on the private party room door so people don't have to be confused & embarrassed? ) Ok. So I did. I hadn't been there for a while so I didn't know they had opened a second dining room. I was asked if I had a reservation & I said no. I was seated at a 4 top. Which was fine. The room had lots of candles burning which gave it a nice ambiance. The busboy came over, brought me water, and shortly thereafter the rest of my party showed up. The waiter came over & took our drink order & my friend ordered a glass of wine. The drinks were delivered but no wine. We ordered our food, still no wine, my friend had to get up & ask the woman running the place for her wine. She got half a small glass of wine. We told several people my friend was celebrating her birthday. No response like at most restaurants they maybe sing happy birthday or something. Then the food came. I wasn't very hungry so I just ordered a Caesar salad. Very odd. Whole romaine lettuce leaves laid on the plate. Dressing, Parmesan, croutons on top, 2 or 3 tiny pieces of grape tomatoes. The dressing was good. The lettuce tasted like it was a month old. It wasn't a $9 salad. For that price I would have expected more than 5 old lettuce leaves laid on a salad plate. No bread is offered when you come in so I asked the waiter for a piece of bread. He looked at me like I had 3 heads. He came back a minute later says the bread was delayed. Ok. My friend broke off a piece of hers and gave it to me. It was awful. I guess it was supposed to be focaccia but it tasted like it was old also & warmed up in a greasy frying pan. Then the waiter brought my bread & it was crispy with black edges & tasted even worse. I made a joke about using it for a hockey puck. The final straw for me was when I got up to use the restroom. I headed for the one I had used in the past , which led me past the private party dining room. On my return the waiter rudely informed me that there were restrooms "on this side" like I had violated some kind of social barrier. All in all not a pleasant experience. This place is expensive for our small town, so I would expect that at least the food would live up to the prices. Not even close. I have no problem with upscale prices but customer service & good fresh food is what I would expect. read more

Boy did we get lucky. We stopped here for lunch on our way north. We had the cheese ravioli and spaghetti with marinara sauce. Delicious!! The green beans and focaccia bread were perfectly cooked. We couldn't have asked for a more delicious meal. They gave us a cannoli for dessert which was amazing. They are only open for lunch, Monday through Thursday so plan accordingly! read more

By far - the best place to eat in Kingman. The French dip is better than any other French dip I have eaten. The penne pesto chicken is to die for and the famous meatballs and sauce is amazing! Luigi makes some delicious food! My corporate bosses came in from Vegas and I wanted to try out this new place in Kingman. He's located right on RT 66 near the Sportsmans bar. My wife and I stopped by for lunch at 1:30. They close at 2:00. They were very accommodating and willing for us to eat no matter the time. Paul, our waiter recommended sharing the Philly Sandwich and the Meatball Sandwich. Both were excellent. As we were finishing up, the Chef stopped at our table and thanked us for coming in. We highly recommend both sandwiches. The food was hot and presented nicely on our plates. Started out with stuffed mushrooms, then a spinach salad, followed by a ribeye with green beans and twice baked potato. Dessert was an apple crisp with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Everything was delicious, some of the best food I've ever had. I was also impressed with how all the food was served at the appropriate temperature which is very hard when serving a large group. In all of these instances, the food has been spot on and the service has been nothing but phenomenal. They have been able to meet all of my custom requests with a smile and good attitude. Great food and excellent service, We had lunch and both ordered the pasta with butter lemon sauce and had meatballs on top, was a lot of food, very hot,also received a order of cheesy garlic bread for free and it was excellent. I had such an enjoyable meal here today. I chose the spaghetti and meatballs in red sauce and it was simply the best meatballs I've ever eaten. My wife and I live locally in Kingman, AZ and tried this new eatery for the first time today. Very good food. Great service and extremely reasonable prices. The menu is limited but I suspect the owners are testing the waters a bit. Hours are limited now from 11AM until 2PM. We will go back. Portions are just right. I had linguine topped with chicken and she had penne topped with meatballs. Sauces were tomato and garlic. They do not serve any beer or wine but that is not a big deal for us at lunch.
