The food was fresh and so flavorful the service was amazing. The cashier was very kind and informative will definitely visit again when we return to Williams the ambience was relaxed. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was very nice.

Found another gem in Williams! I love me a good sandwich and man did this place blow my mind! It is a cute little sandwich spot in the heart of Williams off Route 66. Has indoor and outdoor seating. The service was great and everyone was very friendly! It appears everything there is made from scratch and love. From their teas, Mac or potato salad to desserts and of course their sandwiches. Simple, plentiful and satisfying! They have coffee and pastries so we could not pass up an opportunity to try that chocolate chip cookie that looked as big as a steering wheel! Well not that big but definitely so good soft and delicious. I went with my work crew and we ordered a Yavapai, Pima and Havasupai sandwiches. I really enjoyed their homemade iced tea and homemade Mac salad. I personally had the Pima which is their pastrami and rye bread. The mustard dressing in the sandwich really gave it that extra uuuummmf you are wanting out of a good pastrami. The bread was nice and toasted too adding a nice crunch contrast with each bite. My co workers sandwiches looked so good as well. Somehow we ended up ordering and extra sandwich and took it back to the cabin. You know it's a good sandwich when we wake up in the morning and one of them was asking whom ate one half of the extra sandwich we had in the fridge last night . I was not the culprit but definitely a little bit of an "awe man moment because I should have eaten it myself after a night out on the town. Will definitely be going back soon!

Driving to the Grand Canyon Railway station and this sweet little Sandwich shoppe came up. It's very fresh and family run! We shared a Avo and turkey sandwich with kettle chips! Loaded and fresh- then walked the town and enjoyed an ice cream cup from across the street!

If I could give this place 100 stars, I absolutely would. It's such a cute spot in Williams right off old Route 66. The staff is super friendly and clearly take pride in what they do. Everything feels clean, cozy, and welcoming--and the sandwiches are seriously amazing. Definitely worth stopping by!

This is our first time here and I have to say my other half is a sandwich lover and their sandwiches are top notch! We enjoyed lunch with my father-in-law and all 3 of us had the Yavapai - Turkey, Bacon, Avocado Sandwich which contains: Sliced turkey, bacon, avocado, Swiss cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, mayo & mustard on white country bread-toasted. Service was great and loved the ambience. We will definitely be back!!!

The sandwiches were fantastic, and we really appreciated multiple vegetarian options. It was really nice sitting on the patio looking out over historic route 66. I even noticed they had gluten free pastries, which I'm sure my celiac friends would appreciate. The bathroom was dirty, but that happens when you have a small staff at a local place. The ladies working were so very nice and made everything fresh. No sandwiches hanging out getting mushy here. I would highly recommend stopping here if you're looking for a quick, light lunch.

Nice little sandwich shop! Don't know if it's always like this, but when we arrived it wasn't super crowded which was really nice since the rest of the town seemed to be. Nice ambiance. Cute patio for outdoor seating as well as plenty of space indoors. Food was very good as was the service. If I had a complaint it would be that the pasta salad was on the small side for the price, but not a huge deal. Next time I'm in Williams I think I'll stop in again!

I asked for coffee and she handed me a menu and she asked if I knew what I wanted to eat. I said I needed some time to look at the menu and she frowned and walked away without saying a word. It was obvious she thought I was going to be there a while and didn't want me sitting at the table long. She returned with the coffee and said "You know if it gets busy...." leaving the sentence hanging. I replied I would leave if it did (the restaurant only had maybe 3 tables full at that point, by the time I left at 640 there were two tables empty). After eating the food, which was quite good, I promptly packed up and left as soon as I could 25 minutes after being seated. I walked down to Brewed Awakenings, got a coffee there and sat down at my computer to do some work. In a small restaurant I totally understand that you need to keep tables moving so there is not a wait, but there is a polite and subtle way to message to a patron that they need to move along so other folks can sit down. You can deliver the check early, ask if you are finished, ask if there is anything else you need. Ways to communicate to a patron that they need the table. This was certainly not it. I eat out often, I tip very well, but I have to say this is the first time I felt unwelcome and rushed at a place in a very, very long time. While the food was good, this was not the way to start off day 2 of my roadtrip. In today's economy, making your customers feel like they need to eat and run, and doing so in a rude way, is a master class in how to make your restaurant fail. I do not recommend this place.

The setup is counter-service, and one thing that caught me off guard was being asked to choose whether we wanted to sit upstairs or downstairs before we'd even seen either area. I picked upstairs, but after getting up there, I probably would have preferred downstairs. The upstairs bar was closed, which made the space feel a little empty. Food-wise, everything was just... mid. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger with fries. The burger itself was fine, but there wasn't much flavor. The pulled pork on top was absolutely drenched in BBQ sauce that tasted like it came straight from a grocery store bottle, and it completely overpowered everything else. The fries arrived room temperature and bland. I ended up covering them in salt and dipping them in ketchup, which I rarely do. My boyfriend ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese. The mac and cheese didn't taste fresh, wasn't very hot, and was lacking flavor. The chicken was decent, and the bread on the side was okay, but nothing stood out. The one thing I really did enjoy was the theming. The restaurant fits the Bearizona atmosphere well, and I appreciated the rustic lodge feel. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the setting. The ingredients felt low quality, and there wasn't any exceptional service to make up for it. If we visit Bearizona again, we'll probably eat in town before heading to the park. I'm glad we tried it once, but once was enough.

We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

The space still has that nice rustic charm with plenty of seating inside and outside on their nice patio. Ordering, however, has changed. Beers, cocktails, nonalcoholic beverages, cans to-go, and food is all ordered up at the bar. There was 1 lone employee working the bar; taking orders, pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and closing people out at the register. This was so incredibly inefficient, particularly on such a busy day. I stood in line 3 separate times (once to initially order two pints, a second time to order a flight of other beers we wanted to taste, and a final time to purchase two cans to-go and close out my tab); each time in line took between 15-25 minutes. The girl behind the bar was very friendly and she was working as quickly as possible while maintaining a relatively happy attitude, but boy did I feel bad for her. Management really messed this up; someone needed to step in and help. With such a big celebration in town that day, there needed to be a minimum of 3 employees manning the bar to take orders and get drinks. As for the beer itself, as usual it's just average. Great if you're looking for something cold to enjoy, but not memorable if you're a craft beer nerd. We went in knowing what the quality would be, but still wanted to try all the new beers since we hadn't been in a couple of years. We didn't eat while there, but in the past when we have, the food is good. The knock of two stars was simply for the horrible management of orders. I don't know when they decided to get rid of waiters and put all the pressure onto the bartender, but geez what an awful decision that was.

We also tried to order mac and cheese as a side and were told they were out... at 5pm. Odd, but whatever. Then we sat down and watched multiple other tables get mac and cheese with their meals, so that was frustrating. We ordered the partner platter with ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. All three meats came out cold. Even if they had been hot, the flavor was pretty meh. We went back for another round of drinks and ordered the watermelon margarita special for Memorial Day and another beer. The guy at the register rang the margarita up as $12 even though the sign right next to him clearly said $8. He corrected it when I pointed it out, but it felt shady. The gem mining and outdoor games were fun and the space itself has potential, but between the service issues, the cold food, and the weird pricing moment, it's hard to justify coming back.

The big fireplace and water stream make it feel so cozy. As we usually do, we saddled up at the bar. Service was okay; bartender seemed tired and wasn't overly friendly. He was fairly attentive though which was nice. We each ordered 2 pints of beer; Sacred Saguaro Mexican Lager, Haute Lager, Beach Camp Honey Kolsch, and the Prickly Pear IPA. If you're a craft beer enthusiast like my husband and I, you'll find their beers to be about average quality, but still hits the spot after a long day outside. For dinner, I ordered the Caprese Chicken Sandwich ($15) which was quite good with a large piece of grilled chicken and a soft bun; I'd order this again! My husband had the Beast Brat ($15) and thoroughly enjoyed it. We then ordered a basket of tater tots to share ($5) and it was a huge portion; we almost needed a 3rd person to help haha. We then ordered dessert to go - Sweet Fry Bread ($10) which curbed our sweet craving when we got back to the hotel. Overall, everything we ate was honestly very good; however, I will say for the price, the sandwiches and brats should automatically come with a side of fries or tots. For a la carte handhelds, I feel the price should have been $12 each. The sweet fry bread was also a very small portion for the price which also left us feeling a price point of $6 would've been more appropriate. Despite our small issue with the price point and so-so service, we'll be back. Can't go to Grand Canyon NP without stopping into Grand Canyon Brewing for an ice cold beer and maybe some food too.
