He even liked my cat so he obviously has good taste! Pricing was competitive and everything went as planned. my only suggestion would be they obtain financing options as this is a very expensive replacement and difficult to come up with that money quickly. Alex said they're working on that which would be very good for their customers. Wasn't even sure they would service my neighborhood but they did so don't let that deter you from contacting them.

They offer discounts too for military or first responders. The people that came to replace our heater came on time and did it pretty quickly. They went over everything before they left and also respected our floors by putting a cloth on the surface to prevent denting or dirt from tracking.

They wanted to charge us twice for an estimate that should have been completed during their first visit. The initial diagnosis was left incomplete due to their own oversight, yet they demanded a second fee just to return and finish what they should have done the first time. To make matters worse, after servicing our AC, it began leaking shortly after, and when we contacted them to come back under warranty, they blocked both of our phone numbers--completely cutting off communication instead of standing by their work. Terrible service, poor accountability, and zero professionalism. BEWARE--do not trust this company with your property or your money.

So this review is coming from my heating panel, which was fixed by KLH months ago…read more Recently my air stopped working. I tried calling KLH again to come out and repair, but they never returned my phone calls, which I thought was weird. So, I ended up going with another company and he assessed that KLH had done the wiring wrong on my system when fixing the panel, causing the fan and the compressor not to work properly. This also caused my electric bill to be a lot higher than normal (I didn't pick up on this because I thought peco was just being peco; but I did note that the bill was higher). Anyway, so this other company was able to fix everything and get it back working again. I am so disappointed in the service of KLH, and the fact that this guy had screwed up my system and the way air was being pumped in. This could have done a lot more damage on my entire system if it had continued to run, costing me thousands of dollars.

They were on time, checked out the AC, added coolant and then took a quick peek at the furnace. They said both look good for the age (17 years) and should be good for a while. I had questions about rebates for heat pumps and he had answers about rebates, rough costs and advantages of the new heat pumps. He reiterated that we didn't need to change out our current equipment but if we feel it's important for environmental reasons there are good options. We'll definitely be using them going forward, and have a fall furnace checkup scheduled.

On the first cold day this winter he claims the heater is all rusted out in the exchanger and has to be replaced, along with the entire system because a new heater can't work with an old air conditioner. Our neighbor suggested we call their guy. He's been in business for 30 years. Needless to say, the heater was not rusted he showed me the unit was very dirty, the fan motor and wheel were clogged with dirt and there were two dead birds in the chimney. The outside air conditioner was only 10 years old. I'm convinced SK had never done anything other than collect their fee and try to sell stuff we didn't want or need.

Thus, I have been using them for years and they are the best! They are honest, do a fantastic job and are very easy to work with. Their entire team starting with Kelly who does the scheduling, Erion, Mirim and Leo are absolutely the greatest! I had a hard job for them and "pestered" Kelly, whom I never met, for quite a while. She was always gracious and helpful. Today, Mirim and Leo did the job that I doubt is anyone's favorite. They never complained and did it expertly and efficiently in about two and a half hours. Sometimes they are late, but they are more than worth waiting for. Thanks to the entire Green Heating team! Marianna
