Very honest opinion: Not sure if I'm eating the same food as everyone else leaving reviews here,…read morebut I got the signature beef (Lanzhou) noodle soup combo and it was incredibly disappointing~mediocre. Server guy was chill. The food is served in a paper bowl, unlike the nice bowls you see in their pics. Tl;dr: if you're curious, don't waste your time, bafang is open 5min away Preface: I KNOW it's mall food, but for a restaurant that continuously pops up as #1 on Yelp whenever I search for food around the northridge/chatsworth area, I'm going to treat it as if it were a #1 spot. Beef noodle soup: to be very blunt, this was quite flavorless. The beef was dry as bones and looked like it was sliced with a mandoline. The noodles seemed undercooked and it felt like I was eating al dente spaghetti noodles. I got a medium spice level which didn't even seem that spicy, just a lot of cough inducing chili oil with no burn. Pan fried dumplings were ok. It honestly tasted like it was deep fried and not pan fried. Unsweetened black tea: hands down the best of the 3 things in the combo, which is quite telling. Honestly you get a decent amount of food for $15. But to constantly take the top 5 for recommended on Yelp in this area and waste my time to even look at it, it definitely doesn't belong remotely close to top 10.

Everybody was just friendly and ready to take your order. Parking can be a bit tricky (there's a small lot in the back), but it's worth the effort. I ordered my usual -- beef and tendon pho (Pho Xe Lua) along with the chicken egg rolls. Service was quick and on point. The pho? Super flavorful, rich, and comforting. It honestly reminded me of the quality and depth of flavor you'd find in the SGV -- which says a lot. The egg rolls may be small, but don't let that fool you -- they're packed with flavor and perfectly crispy. Easily some of the best Vietnamese egg rolls I've had in the SFV so far. I also noticed they have a solid selection of com tam on the menu, so I'll definitely be back to explore more. This is officially my go-to spot whenever I'm craving pho or Vietnamese food.

Our group ordered a variety of dishes. First time I got a non soup dish. Got the fried rice and pork , very tasty. Good service, will continue to support. We parked on the street , metered. Yes must pay on a Saturday afternoon. I didn't check if they had a backlot parking lot. If you don't want to pay the meter, can park a street or two down.

Their pho is another reason I keep coming back--the broth is clean and light with zero oiliness, yet still full of flavor without that overpowering umami punch. You can really taste how well it's made. The pickled chili is a hidden gem--bright, spicy, and clearly house-prepared--and the prices are refreshingly affordable for the quality and portions. Don't skip the boba in coconut milk for dessert; it's creamy, refreshing, and the perfect sweet ending. Consistently delicious and always satisfying. Also the service is amazing too! The staff are kind and they remember us every time we come to their restaurant.

They have a parking lot out front , and we were greeted warmly by our friendly server immediately upon walking in. I didn't catch her name, but she's from Da Nang and so welcoming! A more diverse menu than some of our other faves... and I kept seeing that they are famous for their "#53 House Special Deep Fried Cornish Game Hen Marinated in Oyster Sauce" (CƠM GÀ NƯỚNG DẦU HÀO). This golden beauty has a crispy exterior, and is plated on a generous bed of rice. Not "broken", but still delicious! Drizzle some of their nuoc cham over the rice and chicken for a little extra magic! Order first because it needs a new extra minutes to prepare. We also ordered the House Special Imperial Egg Rolls (CHẢ GIÒ). True confessions, I'm usually judgy when I see egg rolls with the smooth wonton style wrappers rather than the bubbly, blistery rice paper wraps.. but these noble egg rolls won me over regardless! The shrimp and pork filling was well seasoned and delicious! I couldn't decide between trying their pho or the Vietnamese udon noodles.. since we were feeling adventurous, I went with the BÁNH CANH TÔM, CUA, GIÒ HEO at our server's recommendation. It was tasty, had decent shrimps and even a real crab claw! The broth was a little mild until I added some of the juice from the fresh lime wedges and that awakened the flavor! The udon noodles were perfectly bouncy and we devoured the bowl! For a little something sweet; we ordered a Che 3 Mau to go. Our thoughtful server offered to pack the crushed ice on the side so the dessert wouldn't get too diluted. It was refreshing and hit the spot! Our decision to come here was a spontaneous pivot, and we're so happy to have found this little gem! We will be back!

The star of the show, of course, is their chicken inasal perfectly marinated, incredibly juicy, and grilled to smoky perfection. Every bite was packed with authentic flavor, especially when paired with their garlic rice and dipping sauces. I also have to mention their bangus steak, which was absolutely delicious. It was cooked just right, tender, flavorful, and balanced with that signature tangy-savory profile that makes it so satisfying. It's definitely something I've kept ordering again & again. I actually order from them frequently through DoorDash for home delivery, which is always convenient and tasty, but dining in person is a whole different experience. The restaurant itself is very clean, welcoming, and has a warm, homey feel that really adds to the overall enjoyment of the meal. What really sets this place apart is the authenticity. You can tell they stay true to traditional Filipino cooking methods, and it shows in both the taste and presentation. The portions are generous, and everything came out fresh and hot. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome the entire time. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, making it a great spot whether you're grabbing a quick meal or sitting down with family and friends. If you're craving real Filipino comfort food, this place is a must visit. I'll definitely be coming back for more! 10/10
