The vibes were good so I decided to go in. Initially I was just going to get a gel pedicure but as soon as I sat down and one of the ladies helped me adjust the massage chair I decided to get a mani too. Jen did my pedicure and Y did my manicure. Both had very nice attention to detail and at some point between a flow state and sensory experience I think I fell asleep. It was very relaxing! Jen has very strong hands and I upgraded to an extra 10 minute massage. I would have paid for an hour if that was available! I asked Y for super short nails and she accommodated me with finesse. I particularly loved the scrub and the steaming hot towels they used. I chose a very subtle natural pink and it looks so pretty in the sun. Also, it should be noted that their massage chairs are excellent! She took her time and made sure to check in with me to make sure I was happy with my nails. She's also just the sweetest person. Highly recommend her! She is the only nail tech I will be seeing in SF from here on out. Additionally, her salon space is very relaxing. I was comfortable the whole time. They gave me a small bottle of water before the nail session started which was nice. The nail tech was gentle and careful when removing the hard gel with the nail drill. She also shaped my nails carefully. I was happy with the service for the price and they didn't try to upsell me or get me to add on more services. I gave a $5 tip. Will definitely be coming back if I need to get my nails done!

The nail sets can last for 4-5 weeks and I have never had a nail chip, break or peel. My nails are the healthiest they have ever been and I love love love getting my nails done here. The service is incredible and the technicians are so kind as well as talented! Lily usually does my nails and she is so lovely to work with. Vincy owns the salon and does incredible work herself. These women are artists, truly! I've brought my friends, family, and boyfriend here and I'll continue to do so as long as I live in this city (which will be a long time). On one visit, I expressed concern that the builder gel color did not match my skin tone. I was told it would look good despite my concerns, but I was unhappy with the final result. Even so, I tipped 20%. More recently, I had a confirmed appointment, arrived on time, and no nail technician showed up. My calls and messages initially went unanswered. The business eventually apologized and refunded my deposit. They also offered a discount on a future visit, but when I recently tried to schedule another appointment, my messages were read and not answered. The inconsistent communication and reliability issues make it difficult for me to recommend booking appointments here.
