Andy told me then that he was leaving on vacation the next day, but Mario would finish the installation. The furnace shows up the next day and its a different manufacturer than the air conditioner. I'm told not to worry - it's just as good or better than what was quoted me. Mario struggled a bit to finish the installation by himself. The seaming of the ductwork looked sloppy. When Andy returned from vacation, I asked him to come out and he cleaned it up. I will say I have no complaints about the equipment. Andy said since it's new, it won't need any service for the first two years. So, three months ago I call to schedule my routine service. I get their recording. No problem, I leave a message. Don't hear back. Two months ago, I call and leave another message. Still no word. A week ago, I call and leave a third message. No word. OK, I'm a patient person, but I'm moving on. I'm not surprised - it's sort the way of the (non) service industry today and especially in this area with its incredible wealth and overpopulated area - there's always more customers so there is not much effort to keep customers or even treat very long term customers with respect. In any case, I'm loyal but when I'm mistreated m, I'll shift my loyalty. I know D&D doesn't care.
