Staff are overall very friendly and professional both. A handful clearly wanted to be somewhere else, but most were great. They were stationed at specific areas and kept them safe (for example, only one jumper per "square" of trampoline) and fun. If you join in, be ready to sweat. It's a lot of fun, and it'll wear you out, especially the foam pits. Those things are hard to move through! If you are in the foam pits much, expect some of the orange and black fuzz from the cubes to rub off on you. Not a ton, but some. Depending on when you go, other jumpers can make the experience less fun, but that's not the staff's fault, and they're doing the best they can to make it fun. Didn't try the food, but it was available with plenty of seating. Facilities were all clean. They had benches for those who didn't want to jump. Fun place, all things considered. It's a worthwhile way to have some fun with your kids. Update as of January 2026: took a group here and rented a room. Good experience. Very friendly staff; made our time a great experience. Food was good (not fantastic, but good); they worked with us well in setting up party, etc. Recommended.

I don't think the birthday kid should be counted with the number of guest but other than that it was all lined out very well. There is no designated playground for children 5 and under , so if you have little ones that it something to be mindful of. All you had to do was check in and hand over your goods. They set up the everything,we enjoyed the complimentary cotton candy. The pizza could be cooked a few mins longer . And the fried food not so long but other than that. I would do it again. I compare Jumping World to Altitude, which is where I normally go in my neighborhood. Altitude in East Cobb has similar concepts but focuses on primarily jumping on one level. Jumping World, tries to do a number of additional activities including, video games, go carting, bull riding, water weasel wheeling, ninja course, and kids must navigate them on their extensive carpets. Water fountain and bathrooms are centrally located. There is a snack bar with sweets, drinks, and some fast food choices. For birthday parties the pizza was the choice. If you need your kids to release some energy this is a good local option.

While some rules were posted, additional nagging activities were made up as we went along so we couldn't enjoy our time. We had to leave early. Don't recommend. If any of the nagging had merit with our well behaved kids - we recommend writing the rules down and presenting them initially instead of the constant raised voice badgering we experienced.

I came back today because of the price and that last time we were here, I was allowed to bring outside snacks in for my children. I don't know about your kids, but mine usually like a snack when expelling large amounts of energy (such as trampoline jumping). A small selection of chips, granola bars, juice, or even vending machines with non-sugary snacks (that work) would be helpful. I was not allowed to bring snacks in this time unless I paid a $50 surcharge for outside food. I'm sure this is because some jerk didn't clean up after themselves, but because of this we will not be back unless something changes. You're losing business from the responsible many because you were inconvenienced by the few. So, a good dusting, some way to get snacks for kids, and/or a different outside food policy would earn back out business.

I will not be returning due to the lack of management and supervision…read more First, I purchased the Platinum Pass, which is the most expensive option available. However, I noticed several children without Platinum Passes being allowed into areas that should have been exclusive to Platinum guests. This made it feel like I paid extra for benefits that were not being enforced. Second, many of the staff members appeared disengaged. Several were on their phones or chatting with one another instead of supervising the children. My child wanted to complete the obstacle course, and the employee assisting my child, whom I believe was named Isabella, simply put the harness on, attached my child to a course, and walked away without explaining how to safely navigate it. Third, there needs to be better staff coverage throughout the facility. I witnessed other children behaving aggressively toward my child, and there were no employees nearby to intervene or ensure a safe environment. Proper supervision could have prevented these situations. (Luckily I keep eyes on my child the entire time) Lastly, the food service was extremely slow, with long wait times that added to the overall frustration. For the price I paid, I expected a well-managed facility where my child would feel safe, welcomed, and properly supervised. I left disappointed with the overall experience and do not feel the value matched the cost.
