Came on my lunch break and was greeted by the friendly cashier. Lots of options to choose from, hot and cold sandos. Went with the Italian option and was not disappointed. Got the "XL" option and it's true to the name. Fell in love with the "Dutch Crunch" bread! Will definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu. I order a lot of catering and the sandwiches here are unique and much more enjoyable to bring versus the standard sandwich. Their Customer Service is exceptional and I would like to give a shout out to Cynthia who is extremely helpful. I ordered the Phoenix and uncle Niki using their Bogo deal that I found on Uber Eats. Customer service seems OK. Honestly, just wish I went to Bay Cities instead. The quality of the meat and produce is good. It's just I can't get over the bread. it looks really good online but in reality you get if you get a cold sandwich it's really hard to eat. Texture of the bread is like a giant sponge. I also think that they make the bread with honey so there is a slight faint sweet aftertaste, which is akin to eating a Montreal style bagel, which is not what I want when I am eating a deli style sandwich. So I've never been here and I told the lady that when I checked in, I picked a sandwich that had ham and turkey and bacon and cheese, but it also had pepper Cheaneys and onions and I said I just wanted to meat and cheese and I said for the mayo, I asked her what was in it and she said it was peppers and I said I don't eat any kind of peppers so I don't want the mayo on it This is a picture of my sandwich with the pepperonchinis on it now if I don't like peppers now I've got pepper Cheney juice all over my bread. I had to pick the entire inside of the bread of my sandwich. Disgusting. The sandwich would've been good, but it's dry and every mayo that they had every sauce they had was either spicy or had pepper in it or herbs in it they didn't have any kind of regular mayo just something generic I could put on the sandwich. The sandwich actually would've been good with maybe a barbecue sauce. Overall, I wish I hadn't drive way out of the way to get it but I love Ike's love and sandwich's so I thought this would be good but Ike's is better than this one was. read more

I saw a reel on Instagram and knew I had to try this new spot in El Segundo. We went before the lunch crowd,so it wasn't crowded and they had plenty staff working. We ended up ordering a breakfast sandwich and a cold sandwich. Both were very tasty and full of flavor.I especially like the bread and dressing on the Nikki sando. I'll definitely go back to try other sandwiches in the near feature. The service was great and there's plenty of tables inside as well as outside. Fountain sodas are available even though it doesn't give you the option when you order on the app. read more

The 6 inch sandwich was $15. All I had on it was mayo, lettuce, provolone cheese, Italian seasoning and turkey. It didn't come with chips or a drink. Anyway, the sandwich itself was average. Nothing for me to rave about or even a reason for me to go back. I did want to try it and thought I came across something spectacular with the reviews but not really. This sandwich shop does have a lot of different sauces you can get and various style sandwiches so may not be for the basic sandwich eater. Man I had super high expectations after this spot was recommended to me by a friend but unfortunately it left a lot to be desired. I'll start with the positives - the bread is delicious and the portions are plentiful! The tuna sandwich was also very good in my opinion. I always appreciate a place that can ensure the tuna itself isn't over seasoned so kudos on that. Here is where they lost me though. One of the two other sandwiches was very underwhelming (Uncle Nikki) and the other was extremely overwhelming (Tornado). The tornado coupled with its sweet bread practically puts you into a food coma - that's how rich it is and unfortunately the uncle Nikki makes you wish you had something more, - that's how underwhelming it is. While I would probably come back for a tuna sandwich - I'm not sure I'd be back for anything else sadly. read more

I had an awesome lunch today at Vhost Sando Shop! I ordered the tuna sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! The sandwich was immense!! The contents were incredible and the toppings were fresh and delicious! They have a quaint patio area where you can enjoy your sandwiches outdoors, which is what I did. They do have inside seating, however, I did not use it. The staff was really helpful with reviewing some questions I had off the menu. They offered deli style potato chips and delicious. We often order lunch for our office, and we needed a new place to try so we tried this place, and it was AWESOME! The sandwiches are delicious and huge, even the shortie is big enough to have half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Their chips are not the usual chips most sandwich shops offer, which sets them further apart from other sandwich shops. They also have the really great drink instead of just soda, that are soooooo tasty! Highly recommend this place! read more
