The ribs were very good and served on a piece of white bread (BBQ bread ain't fancy, yo!). The sides were much better than some of the more recent BBQ pop-ups post-COVID. Additionally, despite the website saying this: "All BBQ comes with Chowder Express Java Rice, Island Slaw, and Curried Pickled Cucumber & Carrots" The combos did not come with curried pickled cucumbers and carrots. The food was OK. The portions were absolutely MASSIVE. The combo could easily feed two people. Worth trying, just make sure you order from the truck so you can see the prices first.
