Our first time at this location. A tad industrial, open ceilings, no sound deadening. Tons of seating, so big improvement. Our food was mostly a miss though. The wife ordered the 2-2-2 breakfast. Which was around $10. It came 4 or so no,it's a before mine. Supposed to come with 2 eggs. They must've been quail eggs. No way was that regular eggs. 1(singular) slice of bacon. The menu says Bisquits, plural, she got one..which was hard and cold. Hash browns were more child size..and you guessed it..cold. The say first impressions are lasting. They're right, not going to forget this any time soon. Mine was just fine, but that just made things a bit worse. At least in my wife's opinion. Wow! This place really surprised me! I've driven by it ever since it opened and it just looks like NOTHING on the outside. Inside is quite a different story. Very cutesy and country with friendly wait staff and great food. The specifics: Seating nearlty 100 people and offering breakfast all the time (they're open 7-2 Mon-Sun) this place should be a big weekend brucnh spot. I can never get in to the Uptown Cafe on the Square for weekend brunch because they have so few tables and virtually no space to wait. But Ginger's can host a bigger crowd and there's room to wait. The staff tells me that they are busy on the weekends but waiting isn't a huge issue. Service is VERY fast. The eager-to-please staff had answers for all my questions about preparations, portion sizes and seasonings. When I didn't love the pie I had ordered at the server's encouragement, she brought me a piece of a differernt pie. LOTS of pies. Toll House, Peanut Butter, Cherry, the list goes on for about 15 pies at a time. Bread pudding, too. The food is hearty comfort food. The first time I went I had to luscious pot roast sandwich with a large portion of melted provolone on top in addition to the chiple mayo. Loved the grilled swirl rye playing host to this large sandwich. I was sad they had already run out of the baked mac and cheese by the time I sauntered in. Another time, I'm sure. All portions are server either full for $7.95 or half for $5.59 Went back two days later and got a carry out order of their special of the day: meatloaf. It traveled home well and had a sweet, tangy, almost-barbeque sauce while the mashed potatoes had the usual brown gravy. Excellent roll served with the meal. The meatloaf was the perfect texture -- on the edge of being firm but soft enough to melt in your mouth. I'm going to be a regular here. It sure beats the McDonalds it sits behind! read more

A quick, easy standard breakfast in a strip mall in the Noblesville area. Nothing crazy or unique, pretty typical and solid breakfast food. We did have a slice of peanut butter pie that was quite yummy. The portions were fairly large and reasonably priced. Ginger's Cafe is a cute yet windowless joint north of the McDonald's on Conner Street in Noblesville. In a non-descript strip mall, it tries to overcome it's lack of external charm with a homey interior: only dining tables inside (no booths) with touches of your grandmother's kitchen. On to the food: Ginger's serves breakfast all-day (well, until 2 pm when they close) and a lunch menu; I came in for lunch on this day. They have a daily special, but I passed on the grilled pork tenderloin and opted for a chicken salad sandwich. The sandwich was good, and the baked mac-and-cheese side was equally tasty--you have to love the required decision between fork and spoon (I chose the latter). The service was superb as well, as the waitresses kept on top of everyone in the room, not just their own tables. I'll definitely be back another day to try their other offerings, and probably even dabble in a little breakfast-for-lunch mayhem. For the price and the service, it's a pretty good deal. read more

We usually come here for breakfast. It's always busy with just a couple of empty tables. They have a wide variety on the breakfast menu and the prices are reasonable. I usually order the breakfast burrito with salsa and sour cream. My son get the pancakes and a side of eggs. The burrito is full of eggs sausage and cheese. It's a big serving of food and you could easily split it into two servings. My sons pancakes are soft and fluffy and the eggs are full of flavor and are fluffy . The sweet tea is always good, full of flavor and not overly sweet. The servers are friendly and quick to bring refills on drinks and anything else we might need. One time when we were here, the server brought me the wrong food, I ordered a burrito and she brought me a quesadilla instead. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to wait and eat later than the other people. I recommend trying Gingers I'm sure you will be happy! read more

Our fave. We are in twice a week. Pancakes are super fluffy and sweet, biscuits and gravy is terrific, bacon is the best around. Like, I don't know where they get their bacon but it is super thick and has a wonderful flavor. Serving staff is really great and the whole place is super family friendly. Where do I begin... let's start with the service. Sophia is the best server at any restaurant I can remember. I dine out quite a bit. I've been in some great places, but she provided the best service experience I have ever received. She greeted me promptly, offered me drink options (not just asked what I wanted to drink), told me about one of the specials, which I ordered... my drink was in my table before I knew it. When she delivered my food, the smothered burrito, she made mention that it didn't take long at all. That may not seem like a big deal to some, but I look at processes and customer reactions all day...her mention of the quick turn on my order really made my day! I should mention that I wasn't her only table and I observed her providing the same excellent service to each table. I understand that she works as part of a team and couldn't be that efficient without the the teamwork I witnessed. The food was delicious. It probably tasted better because I was overwhelmed with the customer service that was being dished out by all the employees there. read more

Angry about whatever and took it out on me because my card didnt run after 2 tries (3rd times always a charm). Proclaimed she had tables and didn't have time for this. This was pretty bad. Husband and I stopped in. I so appreciate that they were local. But prices were high for quality of food. My biscuit was microwaved....the hash browns were preprepared and soaked in grease. Probably had been re cooked. They were awful. I feel bad I wanted to like this place. I meant to post this sooner, I had my first and last visit in September. My waitress was excellent! She was friendly, fast, and very funny! My mother and I love the Golden Girls and she happened to be wearing a GG shirt! I noticed some of the other servers had their names on their aprons but this one did not. She was very sweet though! Staff seems pretty friendly except kitchen staff, they were cursing pretty loudly in fact that another server told them to quiet down because they were heard out in the dining, I think her name was Kirsten? I am not sure but was glad she said something! I ordered the biscuits and gravy, a full order with a side of bacon, coffee and a large OJ. My mother ordered the early bird, ( 1 egg scrambled, 1 link and 1 piece of dry white toast) a decaf coffee and a small apple juice. We split once slice of strawberry peach rhubarb pie and I must say that it was heavenly, I found out it was made from a woman that owns the Goodie Basket in Sheridan! No wonder it was delicious! My total bill was atrocious! Around $40.00 for two people! My biscuits and gravy were bland, bacon was stale tasting Scrambled egg was brown on both sides, Toast was wheat and not white and was buttered. Link was great Coffee was great OJ is from concentrate :/ but still pretty good, not going to lie! Apple juice is good, its apple juice. on a serious note, why on earth is a Large OJ 3.19?? definitely was NOT worth the price and we sadly won't be back! read more

Food was just ok. I got pot roast sammi open face and deviled eggs. My bread was hard and the eggs were really sweet(ugh). My friend got cheeseburger pickle soup(odd but good) and spinach melt. Both sandwiches didn't have enough filling for price. There was no sign when we came in to seat ourselves so it was a bit confusing. It has a very large open dining room and it was VERY loud at lunch time. So loud we couldn't hear each other to have a conversation. We had a great waitress.
