We had an extremely disappointing experience. Our group placed an order for food that was never served. The waiter offered complimentary drinks, which never arrived either. Throughout the evening, he failed to check on us, and despite repeatedly asking about our orders, nothing was brought to our table. He only returned once to say the kitchen was closing, and by that point, we still hadn't received any of our food or drinks. When we expressed our concerns, he mentioned being occupied with a larger party--making it clear that our table was not a priority. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. I will absolutely not be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

The drinks are consistently watered down and overpriced, which feels more about flash than flavor. The crowd often leans more downtown Miami than true NYC--and as a native New Yorker, trust me, there's a difference. If you're going with friends for the vibes or on someone else's tab, go for it. First of all, the ambience of this location is amazing very chic, but still brings jungle vibes. The service was unmatched and our host was amazing. Not to mention. The food was so delicious. I came here for my 24th birthday although they don't do the birthday treats for small groups They still lit a candle for me which I appreciated after our host helped us take pictures. She let us to a secret lounge/club upstairs and the vibes were amazing. I will definitely be returning. read more

Sunday drag brunch was excellent from start to finish. Our server, Amber, truly elevated the experience with her attentive and friendly service--I highly recommend requesting her section if possible. Came here to celebrate a birthday with a party of 5. Had some issues with parking and ended up arriving outside of the reservation grace period and we had no issue/wait once we did arrive. You can not reach the restaurant directly by phone if you try to call them and give a heads up, but again we had no issues being seated either way. The staff from the hosts, to the table busser and waiter were so kind and friendly. I ordered a "kisses in the car " cocktail from the menu and a customized lemon drop that was not on the menu with no problem. Two cocktails were enough to feel a vibe. For purposes of full transparency there were some issues/hiccups with the order: we ordered all food and sides at the same time, yet one out of two orders of broccolini came to the table before anything else and was cold to the touch, we sent that back and finished our entire meal before it came back so we just asked to cancel it and for it to be taken off the bill, again no issues there. We ordered one desert to the table for the birthday celebration and received a sparkler but when we got up to dance a second order of the desert came to the table lol. None of this overshadowed the kindness of our server or the flavor of the food. We ordered the steak, broccolini, birria tacos, and the potatoes, everything was flavorful. There was no rush for us to clear our table and leave even when we got up to dance. The dj and dance floor was amazing, everyone was dancing together like longtime friends to pop blends of house sounds and nice lights. The decor will not disappoint from the exterior to the entrance to the dining area to the path to the restrooms. I had a wonderful time and would recommend any celebration here. Piece of advice: if you drive expect to use a garage of a weekend night. Otherwise eat well, party hard, and enjoy!! read more

Brought my little sister my mother and my grandmother. It was our first Mother's Day all together as my grandmother lives out of the country. About 40 minutes into the show started blasted music and began a surprise drag show. The entire restaurant turned into a strip club. Fish nets and asses out. In a room full of children. Half the tables cleared and parents were covering their children's eyes. if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting and distasteful. read more

THE WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE ... I came here last night (Saturday) to celebrate my birthday. When I walked in at 8:45, I said I had a reservation for 8:45. I don't mind waiting but communicate that to me. Two hosts didn't say anything to me and were just busy giving each other papers and talking about whatever those were. Finally the host brings us to the table and sprints away. The rest of the night continues to be the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN NYC. We sat down around 9pm, we didn't get our main dishes until 10:30!!!! I was only offered one round of drinks and when my two friends came later, it took over 30 minutes for them to get a drink order in. I barely saw the waiter and saw them just hanging out and even dancing like do your job instead of dancing? When I tell you, NO ONE CAME TO CHECK ON US EVER. No one asked me "how's your night going?" "How was the food?" "How was the $22 cocktail?" Nothing. To top it all off, I put on the reservation that it was my birthday and the staff did nothing for it. I watched other tables get a little dessert. I got nothing from the staff there. I regret choosing this spot as my birthday dinner and will continue to warn my friends to not book here. I understand being busy, but that wasn't even it. Completely mismanaged and hiring the wrong people who don't get hospitality. read more

I had high expectations coming into this restaurant. It was a beautiful place but awful service. It took us almost 30 minutes to place an order for drinks. It was just 4 of us which is even more disappointing. Then took us another hour to place an order for food. THEN took us another hour and a half to get our food. Our waiter was not being attentive and disregarded us. We were also told the dancers would be there, never showed up which was the main reason we came for my best friend's birthday. I attended a birthday event last night where the service and accommodation for the event was awful. They wouldn't allow ordering food outside of the preset package and told us the best option was to go outside the event even after they offered to start a second tab. Things continued to decline when they found out there were cakes present at the birthday event (surprise!) and tried charging $40 per person for a cutting fee...I wonder if there was no cutting fee outside where they told us to go get more food...would not recommend! Everything was such a good experience. we had to sit at the bar bc they weren't taking walkins so I'd suggestion making that reservation. The ambiance felt like I was somewhere tropical away from the city's hustle and bustle. Limited on the food menu for dinner but I'm sure for quality control and operational efficiency given they've only been open 4 months so they're testing the waters but look forward to it expanding overtime. Great atmosphere, live Dj came on around 9:30pm (we came on a Saturday) drinks were delicious! Food was good, however service was extremely slow. Waited for meatballs for 30 minutes and when asking our waitress about it, she responded with excuses instead of just simply offering to check in on them. Bartenders were very kind and attentive. Overall, great vibes for girls night out. People were dancing between tables. Just be prepared for slow service. read more

Went for dinner and the place is absolutely beautiful, drinks are strong and food is tasty. It is one of those places where "influencers" thrive. A lot of finance bros and model types. The only annoying part is that they have these huge industrial floor fans and you literally cannot sit near them and not have your hair blowing all over. I had a bad time last month however as of recently service has changed a bit the drinks arrived on time the server was excellent and understanding water was served in mere moments of us seating the vibe was great over all even had a few drinks before leaving.
