4 stars for decor and esthetics. Nice staff and attentive. Good dj for brunch. Huge restaurant with full bar; good for groups and events. Nice bathroom. My friend and I came for brunch on a Pulsd for 90min. I ordered the steak n eggs which was good but waiter didn't tell me there was an uncharge for the steak; it came with fried eggs, potatoes, and greens. My friend had the Baklava Pancakes which she said, was good. It came with an ice cream coneon top and about 4 layers thick. Sh also had sausage on the side. The dj was rocking. Mimosa was good and white sangria was good but no alcohol just sugar. I would reccomend it for a special event.

I went to Skinos to Celebrate my sister's birthday. We were a party of 7. When you first walk up to the restaurant, the front door is inviting with a neon sign and flowers hanging. There are flowers hanging from the ceiling and the wall all throughout the restaurant. Itsa great place to take photos. With that being said, the wait staff seemed a little impatient with people taking photos in the DESIGNATED photo area which is near the kitchen. I think they should be a little friendlier and understanding when it comes to that. Otherwise, rhe wait staff provided great service and was very accommodating. I will be the first to say that the group that I was with can be very particular about things, but they accommodated each of us! The food was great! I had the the sirloin steak. All together we ordered, the Chilean Sea Bass, The Branzino, The Lamb Chops, The Salmon, and The Prawns. Everyone enjoyed their food thoroughly. The salmon was deemed just basic. The chimichurri was delicious! All in all Skinos was a great experience. I'd definitely visit again! Oh yes, they also had a live DJ which was nice! I rate the experience an 9/10.

Skinos NYC is absolutely incredible, every single thing we ate was amazing. From the moment we sat down, we were treated to free bread, hummus and olives, which were delicious and such a great touch. This place is extra special to us because we got engaged here, and the servers made the experience even more memorable by being genuinely kind, attentive, and celebratory. For appetizers, we tried the octopus, grilled calamari, spreads platter, veggie chips, meatballs, and sausage. The octopus and grilled calamari were perfectly cooked, the veggie chips were nice and crispy, the meatballs were incredibly flavorful, and the sausage was well made and super yummy. The only thing we would skip next time is the spreads platter, it is delicious but since you already get bread and hummus for free, it felt a bit unnecessary. For our mains, we have had the burger, lamb chops, steak, grilled chicken, chicken skewers, Chilean sea bass and branzino. Every dish was outstanding every time we've come to visit. The chicken was cooked beautifully with rainbow carrots , the steak was excellent with cheeses mashed potatoes, the burger was satisfying with fries, and both the chicken skewers and the fish with risotto were packed with flavor. Truly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. To top it all off, their drinks are delicious and well crafted. Skinos is a perfect spot for a special occasion or just an amazing meal. They have fantastic food, wonderful service, and unforgettable memories. The vibes are also super cute for pics if you're into that! We can't wait to come back and we've already been here 3 times! Dessert is the only thing I've never been big on here but that might be bc we're so full it's hard to enjoy sweets after lol

Skinos is a beautiful restaurant. From the exterior decor, to the dining room and even the ladies restroom upstairs are all so beautifully decorated ! We had a party brunch in a private room upstairs fit for about 30 persons. It was a beautiful room. Skinos is such a popular restaurant that there was a wedding party AND a birthday all in the upstairs area. However it did not feel busy or crowded. We had a pre-fixe brunch menu with starters that included a mezze spread, saganaki and watermelon feta salad (perfect for that hot summer day). I opted for the chilean sea bass. It was absolutely delicious! It was a large piece of bass on top of mushroom risotto. I would definitely return to Skinos on a regular night!

Absolutely beautiful!!!! Enjoyed this amazingly designed restaurant for my DAD birthday, and I must say... what a beautiful experience!! A party of 8 With 2 toddlers The food was just amazing The drinks are strong!! And the ambiance is just so breathtaking So many instagram worthy pictures! The celebration cake that they got for my father was so beautiful and he enjoyed it so much, the service was amazing andwe loved our waiter! He was so friendly and attentive My fav part is definitely the fish under the stairs The only down fall is that the food is a lil pricey

The birthday dessert!!! Yummy lava cake and Ice cream with a flame fire to add pizzazz.

The service and music set the tone for the birthday celebration. The food was delicious. The lamb chops and Bronzino fish were amazing. The Miami night drink was a little grapefruit juice flavored pretty drink. The beatification of the entire restaurant left it remarkable.

Came here for a private party on the second floor. The interior decor is gorgeous-- floral forward, blue and purple hues and very "Instagram worthy." We started off with authentic Greek Salad, then a choice of entree (I got the salmon) and ended with a dessert tray. Everything was fine and fresh, but I've definitely had better Greek food in the city! Service was friendly both at the bar as well as our table service. Worth trying once and experiencing the vibe, but I don't think I'll be back before trying some other Greek spots in town!

What a beautifully designed restaurant with incredible food. It was the perfect spot for a birthday celebration with so many pictures worthy areas, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended to make a reservation instead of showing up for guaranteed seating. Service was quick and efficient, and the food did not disappoint. Everything was flavorful with generous portions. I rarely finish my plate, but this time I happily did!

Skinos has a great lunch menu. Based in the WTC area, for $40 you can get an appetizer, entree and dessert! Can't beat that! I came here for a birthday brunch at I really enjoyed. I will say the cocktails here pricey $19 and up. If you want a photo worthy backdrops and good service this is the place. NAVAGIO Vanilla vodka, passion fruit liquor, fresh lime juice, passion fruit juice, pineapple juice 5/5 STRAWBERRY KISS 818 Blanco Tequila, St Germaine, Strawberry purée, Lime, Orange Juice Top with Prosecco 4.4/5 EKMEK FRENCH TOAST Greek Tsoureki Bread with Cream Patisserie and Kataifi Dough with Caramel Sauce and berries STEAK & EGGS 12oz Angus steak, 2 eggs any style, homemade fries and a mixed green salad SIGNATURE BURGER Homemade fries, mixed greens, tomato, onion, and spicy feta 4/5 CREME BRULEE 4.5/5 LAVA CAKE 3.5/5 BOTTOMLESS RED SANGRIA, WHITE SANGRIA AND MIMOSA Everything was delicious that pineapple crème brûlée was very unique but very delicious. The burger was good, especially with the home fries. They had a DJ there, we enjoyed our cocktails and the vibes will definitely come back to try their dinner.

    Chicken skewers pre fixe lunch.

Went to Skinos this afternoon for Happy Hour and lunch. Superb place. Bartender was serving up fantasticly crafted cocktails. The Happy Hour deals are very nicely priced and the ambiance is very refreshing and relaxing. The food was top notch and the pre fixe lunch 3 piece has generous portions, the food is just delicious. All in all, Skinos provides a great vibe and keeps food and drink cravings very satiated.

Went on a Saturday evening with a 3 person party. Was seated within 20 minutes of check in. Menu is on an iPad and there are good drink options. Music was loud but not loud enough to repeat things 3 times. The grilled calamari and dolmades were good. The Chilean sea bass was great. Servers were attentive. One thing to note, the check has a cash total and a card total ( couple dollars more).

Ambiance: This place has a nice ambiance, definitely very "New York" -- dark (you can't see how dirty the floor is) and loud music (maybe too loud). We sat upstairs (we had a reservation) and of all the people on the top there was a party of 4 (us), a party of 8 (all dudes celebrating something) and the rest of the tables were on a DATE - which I thought was funny. Service: We were served by Ann-Marie who was so delightful. She was kind, super nice, and took the time to speak to us (which is basically how we figured out she wasn't a native New York City person). She gave us good food suggestions and we were very happy with our selection. Food: Here is what we ordered * Steak Frites: My two boys got the steak frites and I have to say the steak was awesome! I had a bite of each of theirs and they each ordered it differently (one Medium Rare/Medium and one Medium) and they both were prepared PERFECTLY. The fries were overflowing. * Caeser Salad with Salmon: My wife got the salad with Salmon (they only have a few salad options) and she enjoyed it. * Prawn and Crab Risotto: I got this and I have to say it was VERY bland. I wouldn't get this if you are looking for taste. I had to put salt and pepper on it to make it have any semblance of taste. Value/Price: I would say this is not over priced but it is not cheap either...bill is attached. I would recommend it to folks who are looking for a good place to either go out on a date or a family type meal.

It's better than it needs to be, which in this neighborhood counts for a lot. The room is the star. Brass, smoked mirrors, marble, wallpaper with burlesque dancers, very Gatsby cosplay but done with actual money. Think the Campbell at Grand Central, minus the $28 martini attitude. It's also LOUD downstairs. Ask for upstairs if you want to hear your date. Gin is the program here and they take it seriously, house-infused bottles paired with specific tonics, not an afterthought. My G&T was legitimately well built. Food from chef JC Colón is better than cocktail-bar standard: truffle fries in duck fat are worth it, the lobster mac at $31 is rich and fine but you've had it before. Skip dessert. The steak frites at $48 is where I'd tap out, that's real-restaurant money for bar food execution. Here's the move though: weekday happy hour, 4 to 7. Dollar oysters and $13 cocktails in a room this pretty is one of the best deals in Midtown, full stop. Service was warm and fast even slammed. Not a destination, but if you're near Bryant Park or seeing a show, this beats everything else within five blocks. Book ahead, walk-ins were getting turned away by 5:30.

He did not even acknowledge it and it was very clear that he noticed he did it. My wife, quite restrained, let our waitress know what happened. Her response: "What do you want me to do about it?" My wife said that he should not serving water if he doesn't know how to pour it properly. The waitress, moments later, told him what we had said, merely inches from our tables. Beyond awkward. The waitress had an attitude with us since we sat down - no idea what we could have done - unsure what was going on - but it was beyond unpleasant. Most of our "table conversation" was about how lousy the staff were acting and how uncomfortable we felt along with how much we couldn't wait to leave. We had shared an appetizer and had no interest in ordering anything else after that. We paid. We left. I feel stupid for tipping them.
