MY SUMMARY FOR THOSE WHO DON'T WANT TO READ THE WHOLE THING: I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE - I saw David as I wanted a HARDER/Deeper massage. I would give him 5 stars the place 4 only due to privacy & hearing people meaning customers come in and talk, ask for massage (A LITTLE) GREAT: Well it's $20 for an hour full body - need I say more? It's dimly lit, I like the waterfall sound and light soft music. Hours 10 to 10 7 days Very Clean feeling David (For Deeper Massage) we are talking elbows on back, I woke up a little sore, type of massage :) GOOD: It's pretty quiet and I had the bed closest to the front desk. Easy parking in back Possible things YOU may not like: It's small so if someone walks in talking normal or a little loud you will hear it. A fair amount to a lot of Oil is used and it can be a bit slimy (however it is washed off with a hot towel) :) There is a few times where your muscles may be slapped a few times or hit The guy at the desk is very "you pay first" :P It's not private - each little space has 2 beds in it (depends on how busy it is if you will be alone or not) You can hear the cars on Colorado (personally I was so into my massage I barely noticed) All though I knew that they need their beds so was ready to just get my blouse on (I had just a tank on) and sweater and go - I could feel the rush feeling - again don't care He did unhook my bra from the back to do the back massage at the end - I didn't care. NOTE* as I said I would have tipped him more but I took my tip out right away, Personally the idea of someone NOT tipping is LUDICROUS to me, so no forcing needed :) First off I have gone to another massage place not too far from this one. I went there for about 4 years. Mostly the massages were good, but I did have a few not so great experiences. I always had the viewpoint that I really cannot complain for $25.00 - Usually the person doing the massage was great at usually one MAYBE 2 areas of the body, like amazing with feet but pore with shoulders, or great with arms and hands but not so great feet. So to this location. I get my nails done across the street and was originally told they were there that way, about a year ago and they were totally new. I was told it was $20 for an hour body - I gave it a go that day, the guy was nice did the massage and it was basically EXACTLY done like the other place I went to. I am kind of loyal when I find a place, and this place was farther, and I figured the price would go up to at LEAST $25 which would match my place so why change. Anyway, last night, I called my place and they only had 3 people there and they were all busy and I wasn't a fan of who was there really - one was OKAY but I didn't want to wait an hour. So I decided to drive over to this one & a little fearful I read some of the reviews while in the parking lot of Starbucks :) And I wanted something deep. The Review about David made me hopeful - I tend to ignore bad reviews unless they are the SAME and a lot. So, I called and said do you have someone who can do it hard he said yes and I asked "Is it David"? he said yes, Inside I was jumping for joy but not too much as sometimes you wonder, did David's friend write that review? LOL :) Anyway I went in, it was a nice comfortable mildly lit (so on the darker side) there are basically 2 beds in the same little curtained area. I saw about 8 beds total. There was only 1 customer there getting a massage. I did hope and think they would put me in a bed away from the customer since all the others were empty...but nope - I decided for $20 I didn't care LOL. They guy does have you pay up front, also didn't care. As most places you lay face up, while your feet are put in a hot bucket while they start with your head, neck shoulders and upper back (in this case), your eyes are covered once they get to the neck - you should be WARNED they do use an oil and I can bank on SOME people will not like it, it's VERY slimy , I personally again don't care, I just want a good massage in hopes of everywhere vs just one area. Well I have to say I was quite IMPRESSED by David. The reason being is he did not do one area really better than another. Personally I will never go anywhere else and I doubt that I will ever go unless he is available. I have to say the other person that left a review for David and said that he gave him a $5.00 tip (I have to ASSUME that was a typo) I only have only EVER given a $5.00 tip to someone I didn't like. I Personally while getting the massage gauge my tip on how well it's being done and how I feel at the end. My usual tip is $8.00 to 10.00 the highest I have ever tipped for a massage was $12.00. I did tip David $15 but for me if I had the money I would have tipped him $20 I just didn't have the extra to spare. Anyway this is my longest review ever. Nice people, pretty good massage for the price, but last time I was there, there was major confusion and I got a 30 minute massage when I paid for an hour... They charged me for 30min and added a huge tip instead of the hour with moderate tip that I asked for. They tried to make it right, but after explaining everything it was awkward and they were going to refund me by taking tip money from the masseuses... so needless to say I didn't accept a refund and just left after 30 cuz it was a bit awkward after that lol. The facility smells bad, as well as the massage therapist, they should wash their hands before they start massaging. Very very unhappy.

I discovered GMO Spa about 3 weeks ago. The first time I was there, I got the half body massage half foot combo that they have. 10 minutes after the lady started the body massage, I was in heaven!!! I was intrigued that the lady was using her whole body, knees rested on my calves (awesome feeling!), using her elbows and forearms on my upper back. I've gotten massages from mostly everyone that works there and they are always consistent and relaxed, even when they are super busy! I love love love this place so much I introduced one of my close friends and my cousin to this place and I am there at least once a week. I love that they are open from 10am to 10pm seven days a week, meaning me and my busy schedule can stop by practically any time I have an hour for my much needed relaxation time! read more

Amazing place. You walk in and it's a mellow vibe. Apparently my mom is a regular here and wanted to get a massage. We requested three guys since we all tend to require the stronger side. Since we are all stressed. Lol although, mine was a girl. She was good a little rough but anyways the place is nice. There is a $1 charge for every $20 if you pay with credit card. We paid the $20 massage. It was amazing for the price, the location. Next time I'll make sure not to wear a bra since it got in the way. I did not like being next to the door because everytime someone walked in, the light would shine in. Other than the light and clearly ignoring my request for a guy it was an amazing experience. Do not come here. The service was slow when they said they had an opening in 15 minutes, it ended up being an hour wait. I was injured multiple times and after I told the woman that it hurt she proceeded to injure me in the same spot. The price was way to high for such an aggressive job done. She also charged me the wrong amount. What should have been a relaxing experience ended up being a painful anxiety filled one. I do not recommend and I will never come back again. read more

I have been coming to this place. I will have some situations that somerimes makes me feel uncomfortable like I will specifically would tell the person at the desk that I want a woman masseuse, she'll give me a woman but in the middle she'll trick me and change it to A man masseuse. But that didn't make me write a review. Until this incident, that the lady at the front desk wants me to share a spqce with a guy who's also one of their customer. I told her I don't want to do that, but she keeps on insisting and talking in her language under her breath All they think about is business but never listen to the customer and never thought of the customer's comfort. They even (masseuse) talk in whatever language they're from loudly. I would never recommend this place cause if you are looking for a place to relax and will take away your stress. I come here once a week, everyone is a great. They are very consistent. They are so focused on taking care of you. They massage your back with lotion and then use hot towels to remove excess lotion. Not your typical foot massage place. Definitely a level above. read more

What's the point of making an appointment if they can't honor it? I'm sitting here waiting for my 6:30pm massage, and it is now 7:20pm. I understand they're busy because their massages are so cheap, but maybe they should create a better system with their appointments or they shouldn't accept appointments and just take walk ins. I've been waiting for 50 minutes now, why exactly did I even make an appointment?? To add the cherry on top, I just looked inside the massage area and I see 4 empty beds when earlier all beds were occupied... I do feel bad for the employees and know they deserve a break, but come on management, do something to treat your employees better and provide better customer service! I'm literally waiting ONE HOUR for a massage I made an appointment for. ------addition to my original review------- 5 minutes after I wrote my review some woman came in who I assumed was the manager. I asked if she was the manager and she said, "what do you want?" So I said, "ok, so you are the manager. What is the point of making an appointment if you can't honor it?" Told her how long I've been waiting and all she said was sorry. And I said you say you're sorry but you should probably do something about it so you guys don't keep doing this to customers. Welcome to the massage FROM HELL! I only tried this place because my mom's friends suggested and she had a gift card. I don't even understand why Yelp has the 1 star review, this place deserves none. After waiting for almost 35 minutes (and no apology), the lady guided us to an open area where everyone sees and hears each other! Moreover, they make up pay up front without even seeing the place nor have tried the massage (which is more shady!) my masseuse was rude and inattentive: when I asked her to provide me with a softer massage since the pressure was "too much" she started laughing at me repeatedly with another colleague speaking in another language!! Seriously? What type of a customer service is this?! Wait till the worst part where she unhooked my bra without giving a prior notice to lift my shirt and rub oil in front of everyone! Such a horrible frightening experience!! And at the end, the rude manager lady comes asking me to tip the masseuse! Even after I told her that tips are optional and that her employee was laughing at me with another coworker, she didn't care and started laughing herself with the guy at the front. This spa has become our go-to spot for cheap and amazing massage. They have male and female therapists and all of them are strong and thorough. For $20, you can get a very relaxing foot massage and a bottle of water after. Free parking at the back is a major plus. read more

WATCH YOUR TIME!! I'm so bummed to have to give this place only 1 star. Been here many times but tonight was a big problem. My issue wasn't with the masseuse I had... she was great. My problem was/is with the woman at the front who flat out lied about what time we started & stopped... and overcharging me for it. I made an appointment at 2:45pm for 2 massages at 8:30... for 2 women masseuses only (men tend to be too rough) Got there at 8:30 and she said "not ready... need 15 min more". I said okay for 2 women right. "No you said 1 man 1 woman on phone." "No I specifically said 2 women only". "Okay 20-30 min more for other woman". So at 8:45 I laid down for my massage. At 9pm my husband laid down for his. At 8:40 I asked my masseuse if I could do 15min more to end the same time as my husband. The woman from front came and said it would be $10 more for 15more min. I agreed. At 9:52 both women finished with us. Not only did my husband not get a full hour, I paid $10 for only 7 more min. When I enquired about this, the woman at the front blew a gasket. Yelling (other customers were still there btw) and being super defensive. I figured it was a language barrier so I calmly tried to resolve the issue but she kept getting more and more righteous and explosive on me. Either the clocks are significantly different from the front desk to the massage area or she got busted for jipping customers out of the time they've paid for. Either way... it's a terrible way to run a business. With massage spas on almost every corner, you'd think they'd want to keep the loyal customers that they have. Apparently not. read more
