So frustrated! I went yesterday and they didn't have the cream needed for my baby's itchy skin and said they will call me after noon today. I called them at 1:30 and they said they will call me back. I called back at 3 and they said it was ready. I asked them to deliver and they said it will be delivered by 6. It's 5:54 and I'm still waiting. Meanwhile my 4 month old is crying and itching. I'm forced to go here by my doctor as a favor even though its like 10 miles from my house.... I don't know what or why.... But they have screwed up my prescriptions several times and I have to spend too much time arguing with them over the phone to get anything sorted out. This is my first time at this pharmacy and this pharmacy is by far the best i've ever been to. Everyone at this pharmacy is extremely friendly and courteous. I had an issue with my new insurance carrier that i got from my new employer. I did not know i had a $1,500 deductible for prescriptions, so when I provided my prescription and insurance card I found out that due to the deductible, I had to pay over $1000 for my medication for this month. And the insurance company was no help to me. They didn't even show empathy. I literally broke down in tears fearing that I wouldn't be able to afford my diabetic medication that I need to stay alive. Adrine as well as everyone else at the pharmacy were so accommodating and told me not to worry, that they would figure out a way to get me my medication that I need. Adrine was on the phone calling the manufacturer as well as doctors offices trying to find ways to get me what i need at a price that i can afford. As I'm writing this, Adrine has so far been able to get me my Humalog insulin and my pill medications at an extremely low cost. She is currently working on the last expensive diabetic medication which is the Lantus insulin that I need. What Adrine and everyone at this pharmacy have done for me is just remarkable! They all went above and beyond to make sure I get my medication. This is what i call "Exceptional Legendary Service!" Very POOR customer service! When calling to order my medication they only get half of it right! There are ten girls working the counter with very poor English and only three that know what they are doing.... You call for your medication and they ask you if they can call you back??? One hour two hours three hours four hours by that time it is 5:30pm and they are closed!!! Call back in the am and they forgot what you ordered... Time to go through it all again! I wish I was able to give zero stars. It is the worst establishment I have ever been to. Please do not go. The only reason I went in the past is because of the convenience to where I live. Though this is the last time I will go. Most of the employees have a hard time with English. They take forever to fill a prescription. Something always goes wrong with every order from them not being able to figure out insurance, messing up delivery, not filling the prescription, and giving out the wrong prescription. I actually knew more than the pharmacist about the product I needed and I knew hardly anything about it. They waste your time and run a completely incompetent business. read more

I went in with my wife to buy a medication, but with the help of the front desk lady, it came out to be free with my insurance and I didn't pay a penny. She coulda just token the money but instead she insisted on helping me...
