I really wanted pho and I've never been to a pho place in Glendale. In the OC, we have tons. So I decided to try this place because it had such high reviews. I ordered the fresh spring rolls and the rare steak pho. The spring rolls were okay, nothing special. The peanut was a bit lack luster and very bland. They put hot chili sauce in it too on the side and it didn't make a big difference. The pho broth was good, decent. There was a certain spice missing, I couldn't tell which one but if you had really good pho like I've had before in the OC you would know what I'm talking about. The noodles and steak was good. It was a good hearty portion for the size, so that wasn't too disappointing. My biggest complaint was the utensils. They're heavy, plastic chopsticks and spoon. The chop sticks were slippery and the spoon was heavy and wasn't enough depth to hold anything. Would rather have wooden chopsticks and a better soup spoon. Overall, it was a let down compared to what the reviews raved about. And the price, 14.95 for everything, & quality not worth it. I wouldn't come here again unless I had a really bad craving or if someone else was buying. I suppose the high reviews are only because this is the only pho place in Glendale. Oh well... read more

Great broth. Great service. My go to dish at any pho establishment is always the chicken pho. I prefer that they rip up and shred the chicken, but this place chops it up. This is a personal preference for how my dish is prepared. Other than that - awesome awesome! Their viet ice coffee is good - strong, delicious. Excellent customer service. Very attentive. I took my elderly aunt and because there was a wait and she eventually needed to sit, they politely brought a chair outside for her. It was her first time having pho and she really enjoyed it. Lots of meat, flavorful and delish! I would Come again. No parking onsite, you need to park on the street. 10.00 minimum charge for credit card. The menu isn't just soup either, they have plenty of other items. I came here with my friends after a service event. It was a chilly day and we were craving something warm. We decided to try this place and I must say, it was very pleasing! I was not disappointed! Haven't been back in a while but today was not a good day. The food was lacking a lot of ingredients. The spring rolls were wrapped with only rice noodles and lettuce (along with the meat), the Bahn mi had very little meat and few veggies, cilantro, etc. I'm sad and hope this was a random occurrence as we felt like they are cutting corners a bit. read more

Finally a good authentic pho place in Glendale. You can smell the soup as soon as you walk into the restaurant, and that's always a good sign. Of cuz I ordered the pho with everything:) and it was what I was looking for since I left San Francisco. The coffee is good also, but it was not the drip type. They mix it for you already, but nonetheless strong and sweet. The spring roll and egg roll are excellent, but the peanut sauce is a little gooey. The price is great also, you will be stuffed and still wanted more. They even have stuffed chicken wings:) this is going to be my canteen from now on. Yes there are other pho places like those two in Atwater village, but none of them is as authentic as this place. read more

Had a great bowl of pho here- lots of quality beef, broth, and noodles, and the sprouts, limes, etc. were noticeably fresh. The interior is welcoming and clean, and the service friendly and fast. Note that metered parking appears to take only coins, no cards. read more

I LOVE Glendale Pho Company! I come here almost every other week. I usually order the Tofu Spring Rolls and the #1 of their Pho list. I forget what the name is, but it has a little bit of everything. The tofu spring rolls are freshly made. You can tell if they're dry if the rice paper is hard. The house made peanut sauce is the best I have had! Very few restaurants crush their own peanuts. Most use peanut butter. My pho is always good. They give you good amounts of bean sprouts and thai basil. A small bowl of pho should fill you up. It has plenty of meat as well. Some Vietnamese restaurants would give you larger portions of noodles and less meat. That is not the case here. The prices are also very low for the quality of food! Great place for a cheap meal. Only downside is parking in Glendale can be a bit challenging. If you go before 6pm on weekdays, you need to pay for street parking. I usually don't even bother and just park on the side street of Jiffy Lube and I walk the block. It's not that far and I would rather do that then risk getting a ticket from Glendale PD. read more

Finally a great Vietnamese place in Glendale/Burbank area! Glad that we don't have to drive all the way to the OC to get Vietnamese food anymore. Their Pho is great, portions are very big, the prices are great, and the place is very clean. I am a huge Pho fanatic, so when I come here I only order Pho (mostly Pho Tai and Tendon) because I cannot resist it. Today for the first time I have tried the Vermicelli Noodle with Egg Rolls and Grilled Pork here ... the dish was really good, the fish sauce was really great too (not sure why people complain about their fish sauce, it tastes what it supposed to taste like, if you can't handle it, don't have it!). Went for dinner today. Good thing we lived nearby (within less than half a mile) so parking is not a problem for us, we just walk. Food are great tasting and affordable. The only thing they don't have is dessert on their menu. They don't deliver either but you can call ahead for pickup. Overall the experience is great! read more

8 bucks for a large pho. Can't complain about that. I usually get the pho with everything on it, which is A1 or the veggie pho. I like both of them. The sandwiches are good as well, and for 5 bucks that's a win. read more

I unfortunately no longer live in Glendale but when I did, this was my go-to space for delicious pho. I went in so often that they knew my order and always prepared my meals just the way I liked it. I gave it a 3 stars instead of 4 stars because of the parking. Parking is not available for this place. You have to park on meter parking. I came here last night with my husband. He had the vermicelli noodles while I had the pho. The food here is decent, it's not Santa Ana or SGV quality. I would probably stick with the pho in this establishment. I was craving pho & I'm new to Glendale so I yelp this place and seen great reviews umm I'm not sure what they talking about. I order the pho rare steak the broth was bland had no flavor it taste like water. The portion for a small plate is big enough. I kept putting hot sauce lemon anything to give a flavor I did eat it since I was so hungry. The staff were nice. I will stick to my wall in the whole pho place by my school. read more

Amazingly delicious pho and egg rolls! The green leaf lettuce and mint leaves to wrap the egg rolls in were crisp and fresh- a huge plus because I hate soggy lettuce!! Quick and friendly service. The best part of the meal was definitely the banh mi with beef- the bread was perfectly crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, the veggies were crunchy and flavorful and the meat was perfectly seasoned. I might have to start going to work and hour earlier so I can get to GPC before they stop serving the banh mi at 5pm. read more

I've been a regular for years. There aren't a lot of pho places in this area so anything above bad is worthy of visiting. Unfortunately more recently their popularity has increased immensely. Longer waits and their core staff is gone. They're servers used to say a friendly hello, goodbye and remember you. Gone. Any you would think with prices going up they wouldn't change anything with their food. Nope, now you need to request "extra noodles and meat" to get a normal sized bowl which wouldn't be so bad if their broth had become so lackluster. Aside from these negatives they do still use fresh ingredients so at least you know the food is good quality. I just miss the small local restaurant it was and loathe the pho factory it's become. I will be looking for a new spot even if its a longer drive. read more

I ordered takeout. This is only my second time coming here. The first time, it was a curvy Asian woman that took my order. When I got there she was very rude and clearly didn't know what customer service is. So I stayed away from this place. But I wanted Pho and this was the closest one to me so I tried it again tonight. Lucky me, it was a tall guy with really nice hair, he's a Kings fan. Anyway, he was very nice over the phone and when I got there he was all smiles and light banter. It was a totally different experience from the first time. So good job, guy with nice hair that's a kings fan! You deserve a raise. Now onto what I ordered. I got the Strawberry Smoothie with Boba and IT'S SO GOOD! hands down my favorite ever since I have moved to California. I had a spot back in Chicago and it's been a hard time finding actual good Boba place(in the Midwest we call it bubble tea). They don't have many choices but I'm pretty sure this is where I'll be getting mine for a while. I also ordered Chicken Pho. It's great! Not the best I've had hands down but hey, I'm a Chicago Gal, we have amazing food and we are hard to please. I highly recommend these two!
