I am finally getting a chance to sit and describe my complete satisfaction with Glenn's. My first service was in Jan 2014. I searched around and decided to take my 1969 Road Runner to Glenn to have power front disc brakes installed. He did an excellent job so I returned in Feb 2015 to have a complete front end rebuild and install power steering. Again excelent work, easy to work with, and honest. Not to many shops can work on classics and in my opioion have the knowledge that Glenn and team have. I will continue to have him do work on my car. read more

Today, I brought my 1967 Triumph GT6 to Glenn's for a 4-wheel alignment. From the moment I arrived to when I pulled my Triumph out of the parking lot after the work was done, I had the perfect experience. I am a venerable car guy. I am not fanatical about my cars, but I am particular. I seek out competent mechanics and service providers because I am particular. I would rather pay a little more to ensure a skilled mechanic or technician gets the job done right. Enough about me. Glenn is a soft spoken gentleman, both polite and thorough. He has a large shop filled with cars covering a wide generational span. Glenn impressed an owner of a Mustang Shelby and word got out. So, lots of classic Mustangs abound. I had the pleasure of having Danny perform the work on my Triumph. Danny was both methodical and precise. This included lowering my car off the lift and taking it for a spin before performing some final adjustments, including centering the steering wheel. Danny removed some shims from the left side to get the front axle aligned. Danny, like Glenn's other mechanics, have experience with cars from the 1930s through current models. Pretty impressive. A thorough job done right with a friendly owner and by a friendly mechanic at a bargain price- $86.00. One word... perfect! PS. These guys are awesome!! I made an afternoon appointment for an allignment on my all-wheel-drive Subaru Outback, they took my car right away, and had it done sooner than promised. Even called a couple days later to be sure everything was okay. These are seasoned mechanics who know what they're doing and care about their customers. We've come here often, and we are always kindly helped and the job is done right. Several members in my extended family also take their cars here. Today I finally stopped to write a review because they went above and beyond what they needed to do! My minivan had a brake issue, and since they had fixed my brakes in the past, I took it back to Glenn's. They listened to my crazy descriptions of what I felt was happening in my car, figured out the problem (which was pretty non-existent), and more than fairly resolved the issue. I'm always anxious when it comes to getting work done on my car, because you just hear so many stories of people being sold up or there just being serious miscommunication... Let me assure you, that's not going to happen here. Today Glenn and his team helped me out with my car, and they went above and beyond making sure my problem (which turned out to go beyond the scope of alignment issues) was solved. Let's just say someone had some really rough tires! They aligned my car, and I replaced my tires, so I now have my easy driving car back. First off I was referred here by a few of my trusted unrelated friends and I was not let down. I have a 1990 Bronco on 35's, my front tires' camber was sloppy and I figured that was the fate of having ibeams, Dan took it for a spin, took the time to check and make sure they would be able to help me before they took my money. I had my car aligned and had the brakes done recently at Glenn's Alignment on the Thursday or Friday recently. The weird part is that one of the guys at the shop called on Monday and asked if the car was okay. Later that day, when I talked to my son about his car he said it was making a strange noise when he backed it up or pulled forward. When I called Glenn's back, the answer was " we'll take a look at it but this sort of stuff happens all the time". In other words, they weren't going to stand behind their work. Given their response, I took the car to a different mechanic who informed me that the motor mount bolts were either loose or missing. I asked if that had anything to do with an alignment or brake job and he said no. In fact, in all of his years of working on this type of car, he had never seen anything like that in his life and that is 40 plus years of experience. He had seen some sheered off but these were loose or missing and hadn't been sheered off. When I asked what could have happened if we hadn't come in the mechanic said that a bolt could have burst a fuel line. CAVEAT EMPTOR!! MY ADVICE TO YOU IS TO RUN FROM GLENN'S AND TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. IT WASN'T A COINCIDENCE THAT THE MOTOR MOUNT BOLTS CAME LOOSE. THEY WERE LOOKING TO GENERATE ADDITIONAL BUSINESS. THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS AND I WOULD'T GO NEAR THAT SHOP IF THEY WERE THE ONLY ONE IN CALIFORNIA. read more

I discovered Glenn's by accident. I had just bought new tires for my wifes car and had them sent to Glenn's for mounting and alignment. The internet note mentioned, "specializes in Shebly Mustangs". My curiosity was peaked since I have a 66 Mustang Fastback Shelby clone. When I brought my wifes car in for the tires I realized I was in car nirvana! This was not just an alignment and brake place, but gasoline alley. There were so many high end cool cars jammed in this large facility that I could not believe it. A mini car show! The cars in this place ran the gamut, from 30's smooth fender classics to muscle cars to hot rods. I figured if the owners of these cars brought them here for repairs, I had really discovered something! The alignment services are the best, but since I have a 66 Mustang Shelby clone I had been searching for a good shop to help sort out the problems that come with old cars. Russ and Craig are the best. They are true Mustang experts and have been able to handle every problem I've brought to them with the minimum of hassle and expense. From horrible alignment problems to shot steering boxes to a broken front suspension, or an incorrect dipstick to a cut valve cover baffle, these guys have kept me on the road with a grin on my face. I chose Glenn's based on the great YELP reviews that I found. I had a vehicle that was vibrating. I spoke to Glenn personally. I was afraid that the expense of the repair would be over 4 figures since it was pretty major and my vehicle is a 2002 model. Usually when repair shops see women coming, they hit us hard. Not with Glenn. He was not only honest about what my options were, but he fixed it quickly and at a more than reasonable price. He was terrific to work with and customer service was superb. I am no dummy when it comes to the operation of my car so I know when a mechanic is trying to rip me off. All of my future work will go the Glenn's. He is quite simply the best! Hands down.
