I ended up purchasing 3 more for $150 deal after that. I did feel like there was a lot of miscommunication though. One instance I made an appointment and she did not show up (I waited ~20min). She did not reach out until that evening and proceeded to ACCUSE me and made me feel I was at fault for confirming the wrong date. After I screen shot her our previous text showing that she was the one who scheduled that time, she apologized and offered a complimentary facial (which I never got). Overall, she is a good waxer with no cross contamination and has a sterile technique. It appears majority of her clients are happy.
