I am on my 3rd session of Microneedling with nurse crystal and I have never been this obsessed with my skin! I am wearing no makeup and my skin is so glowy and getting better everyday! I cannot say enough amazing things about Laura and Glow DermSolutions. From the very first appointment, I felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. I came in struggling with hyperpigmentation that had really affected my confidence, and the results speak for themselves. The provider took the time to explain everything, set realistic expectations, and guided me through every step of the process with so much patience and knowledge. Even during the healing phase, they checked in and made sure I was doing okay -- that level of care is rare. My skin has improved more than I ever imagined, and I finally feel confident going makeup-free again. If you're on the fence or feeling discouraged about your skin, trust me -- this office is worth it. I'm beyond grateful and would recommend them 1000% to anyone.

I have been a client at this office since 2015, I've never stopped coming because throughout the years my skin just keeps getting better and better with the GlowDerm treatments I get the micornedeedling with exfo peel. Originally when I came here I selected the skin transformation option which is broken up into a series of sessions. (They sell bundles just to help save money and reduce the cost they are optional but I always get them because I already know how amazing their results are and when I don't do these treatments regularly my skin tends to get congested, looks dull and fine lines start to appear) so yes you can say l am a dedicated committed patient why wouldn't I be my skin looks more youthful now than it did before I started coming here 10 years ago. Just remember skin is an investment and when you follow their protocols you see the most amazing glowing results

I've been here for years. I started with Danielle and she left so I been seeing Laura for the past years. I come to see Laura every 2-4 weeks, and I can confidently say she has transformed my skin. I purchased the BioRejuvenation package, and it was worth every penny--far better value than paying for each session individually. Recently I just purchased a Mother's Day promotional package that offer's unlimited treatments. I love that I can just come in when I feel congested. As of now, I've just started microneedling with stem cells, and I'm so excited to slow the aging process at age 40. Laura is exceptional at tailoring every treatment to exactly what my skin needs. She goes above and beyond every single time. My skin has never been this youthful, clear, and healthy. Being acne-prone, I know that whenever I start purging, I need to see Laura right away--she has an incredible ability to calm breakouts and minimize post-acne scars quickly. I now follow almost exclusively the regimen she recommended, which includes a gentle cleanser, Calecim stem cell serum, Plated serum (growth factors), Osmosis Stem Factor, Osmosis Clarifying Serum, her exfoliator twice a week, and her lightning spot treatment for any hyperpigmentation. My results speak for themselves--at 40, my skin looks more youthful than it did years ago. One of the things I appreciate most is that Laura truly cares about her clients. I 100% recommend Glow DermSolutions because their treatments have moved the needle for me more than any med spa or dermatologist I've ever been to. Laura truly knows skin-- she saved me from cystic acne 10 years ago. I was satisfied when the acne went away and I didn't keep up with treatments, but now I'm back to work on my post-inflammatory pigmentation, sun damage, and improving overall skin texture. We started with the Cosmelan protocol to target hyperpigmentation, and then added microneedling with growth factors for collagen rebuilding and skin rejuvenation. It's an investment, but it's totally worth it and the packages provide some savings. It's only been 7 weeks since I started the Cosmelan protocol, 2 micro-needling sessions, and I already see a major difference. I didn't believe that my skin could ever look this good!

Trust the process!!!! The purging is real but so worth it. I was uncomfortable for a little while, but I kept the faith and that's the only reason I got to the after photos. Trust the process, follow Laura's instructions, and changes will happen

Don't hesitate getting facials at this place- they're soo good! I had really sensitive skin before and was tired of trying numerous over the counter products that irritated my skin even more. I also didn't like having dull scar prone skin so when I found this place they recommended me with the glow package. It really works!! My skin is so glowy and my skin is no longer sensitive, in fact I know my skin barrier has strengthened which is important to having healthy youthful looking skin. My friends and family noticed a difference in my skin after a few sessions! This is the real benefit knowing the products and tools they use are really working. It is definitely worth it!!

I started coming here in early September and I recently had my third treatment and let me just say this place is extremely impressive and undeniably amazing. My skin was pretty bad with clogged pores and large pores in T-zone, acne, and acne scarring (box car and ice pick) scars and a lot of build up. After my first treatment, my skin looked and felt absolutely amazing. Skin looked more refined and fresh as though I never had acne or clogged pores. Even the scars appearance reduced substantially. After 2nd and 3rd treatments, I have the confidence to go everywhere without makeup. Been several months since I had around 6 facial peel - 3 deep peel, 1 bio repeel and 2 mild peel treatments and my tired, wornout face is still new and rejuvenated. I was very hesitant as this was a lot of investment. However I must say after so many months, this is the best self care I have done for myself. Hope to treat myself if there is a good package during the holiday season again. Laura and Lexi you are both amazing and I appreciate what you do with such professionalism and care. I've struggled with acne for years. I went to the dermatologist and tried medication and other topical remedies, but it nothing seemed to work. My skin was constantly inflamed and red, which caused a lot of scarring. Then I found out about Glow Derm. It took some time, but after using their products consistently and getting regular facials, my breakouts finally cleared up! My skin is so much smoother now and the scars are much less noticeable. Glow Derm Solutions has to be my top favorite place to get facials. I've had many skin issues my whole life, but recently I have felt completely helpless. When I came in, not only was the aesthetics and design so chic and cute, but Laura was so friendly and welcoming. We addressed my skin complications right away and went to work. Laura educated me on what she could see and what she was going to do, including what I needed to do and the recovery time. When I tell you I saw immediate results, I'm talking same day results. This is my first session with glow Derm solutions using their newest edition, carboxy therapy. I have been struggling with stretch marks ever since I was around 14/15 years old. When I found out carboxy therapy significantly helps reduce scarring and stretch marks I began to do my research online and found that it in fact, does helps reduce them significantly!! I am very excited to see major improvements. My appointment was very smooth. From the moment you walk in you can tell how professional, clean and organized they are. Nurse Danielle helped me and she is AMAZING! She was super gentle and put my nerves at ease. She made sure to ask how I was doing after every poke. After multiple trips around the world, my pigmentation got worse. I went to a few places to see what is the best treatment for my skin but I did not completely trust their explanations . Long overdue, but I wanted to give an honest update. Keep in mind that this review is from me and my mom's experience 5-6 years ago, not recently. In my last review, I was raving about how amazing the treatments were and honestly yes, they were doing great for a couple of months--old skin was shedding and new skin was resurfacing. In general, it seemed like my skin was doing better and was going to get better. However, after some time, the treatments didn't seem to be effective anymore. My acne was not controlled and it was still showing up like crazy. And after each session, my skin would peel to the point where my face felt and was raw. It was so painful to touch and even shower. It was to the point that the only way for me to not be in so much pain when I was washing my face was to wet my hands and slowly and lightly tap on my face. I still had hope and continued, only to end with little to no progress. As for my mom, she had sunspots that she wanted to lightened up, so I convinced her to come with me since I saw great results the first couple of months. And like me, the first few sessions were great, but after some time, there were little to no results. At some point, Laura told my mom that she was done and didn't need any more sessions since her skin was doing great. You can probably guess that my mom's skin obviously did not look that much different and her sunspots were still very visibly there. But she didn't say anything since she didn't want to come back anyways and thought it was a waste of money. I don't know how much we spent total on these facials, but I went there for at least a year while my mom went for maybe less than a year? So just based on my vague memory and the duration of everything, I believe it was a few thousand dollars. Don't get me wrong, Laura was super nice and accommodating, but the results weren't there. She would say our skin was improving a lot when it barely was or wasn't at all. I was told my skin would show huge improvements in less than a year. It was near or hitting that year mark for me and again, barely any results. I was debating about getting more sessions, thinking that my skin was just that bad and that was why it wasn't showing any huge results. But eventually the cost was too much for me, so I stopped going. Side note: I actually ended up using Curology right after I stopped going and my acne cleared up. After a month, my acne was controlled and reduced. After 3 months, my skin was drastically improved by at least 50% in terms of redness, active acne, and dark spots. After 1 year, my acne was cleared and I was only left with deep tissue scars from all those pimple popping days. Now years later, my skin is pretty much clear with light scarring and pimples every now and then. Obviously not sponsored, but just throwing it out there for those who are curious about trying Curology. read more

I completely felt like this place was a gimmick. If anything I would say that I had more acne after the micro dermabrasion then before. When concerned about the excess acne I got a lot of attitude from the office. Stay away at all costs. You have been warned. read more

I found Glow Derm Solutions on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I chose a facial with the suction cleaning and a deep peel. I have oily skin with acne scars, some pimples, pigmentation and fine lines. I am 41. Danielle did my treatment and she was so gentle, friendly and knowledgeable. She cleaned my skin, applied different products and did the microdermabration kind of treatment that is called Vortex. Then she applied a chemical peel with a pain medicine in it. I went home wearing the peel for 5 hours and then rinsed it. Danielle gave me lots of home care treatment products and easy instructions. After the peel all my pimples were dry, it made feel so happy! All tiny black heads were dry too! Amazing! After 7 days my skin is still peeling but wow, the pores are minimized, the fine lines are gone and my pigmentation is much lighter. I recommend this place for all your skin needs especially if you have oily skin. They are experts here on how to treat oily skin problems and also rejuvenate any type of skin. I am so happy I found this fantastic place. I will schedule another peel in Spring when I have a free week. read more

I've been using vitamin C serum from Glowderm and only within 2-3 weeks, I saw great result!! By 3rd week, redness on my face faded and the texture of my face smoothed out!! I honestly tried MANY vitamin c serum/cream from all different brands. But I ended up stop using it because they either clogged my pores or made my skin more red! This vitamin C not only simply only made of vitamin c but more Good ingredients added to it to advance my skin even more. This has Vitamin A also, and although I love to use vitamin A products I couldn't because it was too drying for me and strong. But vitamin A in this Vitamin c serum is not strong, but is beneficial. You may feel a little dryness at first due to vitamin A, but as your skin gets used to it, this dry feeling disappears!! I just bought one for my big sister, she always seeks to find good products, I wanted her to know about it, I already know she will love it a lot I even told them don't ever stop making it lol Thank you Glowderm!! read more

Danielle from Glow DermSolutions is AMAZING! Not only is she the coolest girl and so much fun to talk to, but she does a fantastic, thorough job with microneedling. My face doesn't have much acne, but I do have some small scars leftover. Her services have certainly caused them to fade, and my skin is so rejuvenated. I bought a pack of 4 in order to prep for my wedding, and I'm certainly happy I did. The receptionist has been super responsive via text, and they are very flexible too if I needed to change times ect. Also, they are always on time and very professional. 1000% recommend! read more

I had my facial at Glow DermSolutions last week and could not have been more pleased with my experience or outcome! The office is soo GORGEOUS and CLEAN!! Parking was easy, and the ladies REALLY know what they're doing. I filled out an intake sheet, they took me to the office and did a full skin consultation, and then we went in the room to start the facial. They walked me through each step and explained exactly what the benefits of each step were before and during the process. They started with a cleanse, moved on to a microderm exfoliation (incredible how much dead skin came off!), then a glow peel, a pore detoxer - which was activated by steam, and finished with a corrector. My skin felt AMAZING afterwards, and I felt so comfortable the entire time because they consistently made sure that I was feeling okay and not in any discomfort throughout the process. I could not recommend Glow DermSolutions more! My mom couldn't stop raving about my glowing skin directly after, which is a win in my book! Laura and her chemical peels have saved my skin. I suffer from horrible hyperpigmentation which has just gotten worse over the years as I have entered the peri-menopause stage and have awful hormonal acne and break outs along my chin. After 3 treatments I am already seeing the dark spots and scars fading, and my overall skin tone has vastly improved. Your skin and face are the first things that people see when they meet you - invest in it and take care of it. Laura won't steer you wrong. Very impressed with the quality of my skin! I have always felt the need to cover up my acne scars with loads of makeup. Now I feel I can get up, wash my face and go! I'm literally glowing I had a total of 2 sessions. The first time I went, we went with a chemical peel. By my next appointment my skin was so unclogged and clear we went with the micro needling procedure. It took a full 3 days for my skin to heal, and I am obsessed with my results today. First off, I want to say what a beautiful and gorgeous establishment this business has to offer. They specialize in corrective skincare and skin resurfacing. Which simply means they are removing all the dead skin cell layers that have been built up. My mom and I have been coming here for years and we have absolutely fell in love with their treatments and the people that work here. The owner Laura is so amazing, very skilled, and is an expertise in her work. I struggled with cystic acne and this place definitely cleared up my skin from getting the Glow Exfoderm peel treatments. I have struggled to have clear skin all my life literally!!! I was recommended GlowDerm by a friend from school and I am SOOO Happy and grateful she did!!! First of alll this place is sooo pretty and CLEAN!! Every time I come in their staff is super friendly and welcoming. I was so impressed with how my skin reacted to the first treatment that it gave me hope to come back, boy am I glad I did!! I never expected my skin to look this good. They told me I can have flawless skin, I have to be honest I was not 100% convinced but each session my skin just got more clear. Their products are 100% legit!! When I say it works I don't mean Sephora kind of products we are talking about real ingredients that transform the skin I can't live without them better than what my derm had given me!! MOST IMPORTANTLY is their customer service here! This was my very 1st experience of a suction cleaning and, I was amazed at how soft and smooth the texture of my skin was after my treatment! I would like to explain how calming and relaxing the environment I discovered with Glow Derm Solutions. I just arrived from 2 Little League baseball games, and the energy that empties. As soon as I sat down in the waiting area, I left the excitement of the games on the field, and was instantly placed into a calming and relaxing setting! My esthetician, Alyssa was friendly, and put me at ease as I enetered the room for my facial. During the pasts 3 months I have been suffering with a severe acne that randomly started to pop out on my face. I have tried everything from antibiotics to super expensive creams. Works wonders for your skin! I feel more confident clicking pictures without any makeup on :) I would highly recommend Glow DermSolutions for your skin needs. I've completed 6-7 treatments with Glow DermSolutions. Frankly, you start seeing results after the first treatment. Continuing with the treatments will ensure you maintain the results. I had uneven skin tone and some pigmentation. I was always looking for more in-depth solutions than applying correctors and makeup to make it appear even, and Glow DermSolutions and Danielle have made it possible. Danielle has always been very patient and helpful. She understands skin and the issues and suggests the right treatments. I have done Glow Exfoderm treatments. The treatments are a little expensive, but they do work, and I would highly recommend those. I also tried different skin products, but nothing worked as well as the brightening scrub and the brightening serum from Glow DermSolutions. They have excellent pre and post-treatment support. I got my first ever facial here and had the best experience! Danielle was super calming, kind, and made me feel comfortable. I told her what my skin concerns were and she did the suction machine (sorry I forget what this is called lol) and then did a chemical peel, and then a brightening treatment. Immediately after, my face felt tight, bright, and glowy. I facetimed my bf after and his first words were "looking glowy babe!" I had my first appointment today at Glow DermSolutions, Laura was the one who helped me. She was amazing from point A to B. Answering all my questions and and also suggested what's best my skin. I ended up choosing the DERMAL VORTEX. Laura was gentle with my skin and letting me know every steps she did with my skin. My skin looks very refreshed and she gave me some sample of what she puts on my face. Very kind person. had an absolutely amazing vacuum facial, after assessment we did the vortex facial and it was so purifying immediately afterward i swear even some wrinkles lifted out!! (extremely clean feeling) not a luxurious, pampering facial where they massage your declotte - but awesome nonetheless. especially on a very dull-skin-feeling day, my friend recommended this place with the caveat they are expensive but worth it, i did go for it deposit to book and all! after the follow up facial i realized yes, expensive it SURE is. Still i highly recommend the vortex facial to anyone who is older than 38, it just feels like the right thing to do! best deep clean ever i do wish though that for the price tag there could be at least some follow up to see how or when i should plan to return. it's ok-- i get they don't want to be pushy. also, they are not pushy at all in sales. however DO ASK about products bc they are very nice products!!! i am a fan of the spf 50 moisturizer and sunscreen. went back today for more! since they are by appointment only, it's a good idea to call ahead and find out when they are closed for their lunch hour. you wouldn't want to go all that way and find the door locked, however the staff is responsive and again, these products are NICE in protecting the skin. i had a sample of the on-the-spot acne/blemish treatment and wow that stuff works!!! hoping blemishes have now become a thing of the past but trust me if anyone wishes a true pimple corrector existed on the market these guys have it!!! $45 for a small jar, anyway it's an arsenal item. next visit i will pick up the hydrating crème (also 45; sunscreen is also about $45 (43 i think) and their exfoliating scrub is nice too (sad when my sample ran out). as for my next vortex facial just really wish this place would offer a tiny incentive to return, it's just such a huge financial chunk or else i would already have my annual one booked! staff and office/interior is lovely, a nice find, 5 stars just hefty in price tag (we're taking $350 for a facial!) but otherwise everything is 5 stars especially Danielle, the Nurse who did my facial! read more

Every place was booked up on Labor Day weekend, but Glow DermSolutions was able to squeeze me in same day, which I appreciated. When I arrived, Danielle asked about my concerns. I don't have any issues with acne and my skin is pretty good overall, but I just needed a facial treatment after a year without getting anything done. I told her my biggest concerns were some dead skin, a little dryness and my hyperpigmentation and she suggested the Glow Exfoderm and walked me through the entire process. The immediate results were good and I felt like my dead skin was removed with softer skin appearing. She warned me a few times that peeling would happen in 2-3 days, which was fine with me. One thing I'm unsure of is while they do the peel, they show you how much you're "peeling" and it's a lot. I'm always weary of that because there are many products that claim you'll peel, but if you simply rub the product between your fingers, you'll see that it's actually just the product piling, so false advertising. I really didn't believe I actually peeled that much but that my skin looked better from the microdermabrasion, which btw, did not feel like a normal microdermabrasion. It felt more like they were bugging off my skin and didn't feel right like a normal microdermabrasion. Anyway, 5 days later, I contacted them because I had no peeling. I think the owner was the one I talked to. She said it depends on the peel and I said I was told the peel I got would make me peel though. She mentioned she had stronger peels to treat hyperpigmentation and I asked her why that one was not used when that was one of my 3 concerns and she said "because it's $600". That put a bad taste in my mouth because she just assumed I can't afford a $600 treatment. I work in tech for over a decade at Google and at Facebook and own multiple real estate properties. I used to get treatments done weekly before COVID so no doubt I can afford it and I don't appreciate people assuming I can't pay for something just because I look young. I had planned to come back 2-3 weeks later like Danielle advised, but that whole situation turned me off and I personally don't think it's worth it, nor do I want to give them my $600 now for future treatments. The treatment I had was $350 and for $350, I expected more or at least some peeling. If I just wanted to get some dead skin off and hydrate, I could get a microdermabrasion and/or hydrafacial. I think this place is worth it if you have bad acne like the before and after pics they show, but for people with already good skin, it's totally unnecessary to shell out $350 for a treatment that doesn't do anything special compared to a microdermabrasion/hydra facial treatment. read more

When I went to my appointment, they told me they didn't have Dysport and only had Daxxify. I ended up getting Daxxify twice and paid $500, which was almost double what I usually pay for my forehead treatment. It didn't work at all--no results. (I personally recommend not wasting your money on Daxxify.) I called them several times and asked for a refund. Eventually, they gave me another appointment for a Dysport treatment at no cost. But even after that, I still didn't get satisfying results. After all these injections and spending $500 just for my forehead, I personally do not recommend Ava Rejuvenation. I will definitely contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience. Please do your research before choosing where to go for your treatment.

When I privately shared my concerns, the response was dismissive and suggested I find another salon. I appreciate that they allowed us to return, but the poor communication, aggressive extraction, and lack of a final check made the experience disappointing. This is the first time I've felt compelled to recommend a service formally with an online review. It's always mattered to me how my skin or complexion looked but I didn't have the knowledge or information I needed to properly care for it which, of course, caught with me as I've gotten older. When I finally got more serious about taking care of my skin I invested way too much money and time trying to find THE esthetician, or THE dermatologist to help me get my skin "in shape". I've tried TCA peels, including the very expensive Obagi Blue Peel, the Silk Peel. I've tried expensive prescription skin care products. I've tried the cheap products. The list of what I tried is extensive and mind-numbing. My results were mediocre at best. Then I found Laura. I knew she had a great reputation as a skincare guru, but when I went in for my first session, given my history, I was more "open" to what she had to offer than "hopeful". I highly recommend Laura for these reasons: 1) she is highly professional 2) she is extremely intelligent and has spent years acquiring the knowledge and experience required to achieve amazing results with her clients 3) her assessment of the health of your skin, in my experience, will be honest and forthright. (When I walked into Laura's office she said her immediate impression was that my skin needed healing and she devised a plan of action to help me achieve this). Most importantly, 4) Laura delivers phenomenal results! Truly, I was astounded by the transformation of my skin after just one session. In fact, a friend was complimenting me on my skin a few weeks after my first session and I was surprised when she used the word "healthy". Firstly; it's convenient for me as it is right off the 101 and the place is by appointment only suiting my busy schedule. Now onto the treatments: this place offers upscale treatments so I was expecting excellent and great customer service and I was not disapointed. I have a rather dull and fragile skin so I am always a bit worried before a treatment which may be too strong for my skin. Upon my consultation the nurse listened to me and reassured me. I have been suffering from hormonal acne and deep scars for the past 15 years. I tried so many things for acne and for the acne scars. I tried lunch pixel laser as well, but nothing worked. Until, I came here which was recommended by one of my friend. I did my own research online, I was little bit hesitated first because sometime pictures on website can be photoshopped, but I pushed myself to give it a last try. First two treatments were very light on my skin compared to my friend, but my third and fourth treatment was little deep, which I was so happy with because I was finally seeing results on my face. Now, my deep scars are feeling more smoother and my acne is lessen and I will continue with the treatment. Both of the nurses are very nice and they educated their client while applying the treatment on the face step by step. I LOVE GlowDerm! They have an amazing team! I normally do my treatment with Josephine, she is awesome, she will explain every single step and always happy to answer any question that you might have. Laura is also great, they make you feel very comfortable! When I got to their office I was very insecure, specially cause of the unhealthy look of my skin. I was very sad that I left it get to that point, and they help me feel confident in my own skin. The price is totally worth it! I came here because my friend told me about this place. I didn't think it would work but I came anyways thinking I have nothing to lose. I had acne and severe acne scarring. I got the Glow Exfoderm Facial skin Treatment. It suctions out ALL the trapped debris (dermal vortex machine) in the pores that causes acne & then the Exfoderm chemical Peel. I'm starting off by saying how knowledgeable Laura is about what she's doing. It made me feel comfortable because I was nervous about getting a microdermabrasion and a chemical peel for the first time ever. I found Laura through Yelp while searching for a place to get a microdermabrasion. I have clear skin but I just had a lot of build up that was bothering me. As I walked in for my skin consultation I was stunned by how elegant and neat her office looked. She talked me through the steps and what would be best for my skin. I received the Level 1 treatment. My mom is a fan of this place and swears by it. Now, I am too. I've tried everything from different facial treatments to medical grade prescriptions from my dermatologist at Kaiser. This is the only place that made a difference and completely changed my skin for the better. I booked a $120 acne treatment online, expecting a normal acne/facial treatment. Within the first few minutes of arriving, the staff started talking about how their treatment works best only if I also use their own products. When I asked about the price, I was told the products were over $300, which already made me feel uncomfortable. What bothered me even more was that they said the treatment would include a TCA 5% peel, and that I basically had to purchase their sunscreen for $50 because other sunscreens would not be good enough. This felt like a forced upsell before the actual service even started. The treatment itself was very rushed and underwhelming. The process was basically a quick cleanse, applying the TCA 5% peel, some extractions with a comedone/extraction tool, and then about 10 minutes under an LED light. The extractions were not thorough at all, and honestly did not feel professionally done. I also did not see a clear sterilization process for the tool, and at one point the tool seemed to touch the treatment bed/linen area, which made me concerned about hygiene. The entire treatment was only around 20 minutes from start to finish. For a $120 acne treatment, this felt extremely rushed, careless, and not worth the price. I have been getting facials and acne treatments for years, and I know my own skin well. This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. I would not recommend this place, especially if you are uncomfortable with aggressive product upselling, unclear hygiene practices, or very short and rushed services.

It's a clean, quiet, and tranquil environment. She's evaluates your skin and lets you know what she will be doing. Each time I get something a little bit different, but based on what my skin needs. Her prices are very reasonable compared to whats out there lately. She doesnt pressure you to re-book, just call/text her when you need (she'll make recommendations). For me, she says my skin isn't bad and it's more maintenance, so every 6-12 months. Time to make another appointment.

I've been coming to her for around 4-5 months, and I try out different facials each time (coupled with her back facial, which helps with exfoliating and moisturizing those hard-to-get spots!). Each of them has been really enjoyable, she offers you a hairbrush, hair tie, water bottle, and small chocolate/candy at the very end. It's also so easy to book appointments with her and communicate with her. She has a $30 nonrefundable deposit that comes with every booking! There have been times where the facials have been so relaxing that I just fall asleep. I prefer her more comfortable, private facials, as opposed to the larger-scale facial businesses that I have been to.

Jessi fixed what my dermatologist couldn't…read more I went from hiding my face to DAILY comments on my "glass skin" and "clear skin". People want to know what my skincare routine is - so let me tell you all the great things about Ms Jessi James and her skills. Look - when I met Jessi. I was clueless when it came to skincare. I've struggled with rosacea for as long as I can remember. My face was constantly in pain, burning, and fiery red. It was embarrassing to walk out the house without makeup because my skin was constantly commented on in public - concerning comments asking if my skin always looked like this. The dermatologist's treatment plan was to try a prescription topical but warned me it could cause rebound redness meaning not only would it not work but it would make my rosacea worse. Sure enough, second application and I was in pain and looked like I had a chemical burn. The derm said my only option was $5,000.00 laser treatment that I'd have to get annually. Feeling completely defeated by my experience with the dermatologist, I switched my face wash and moisturizer to get back to basics and when the redness started to lift a bit and I could see sun damage and acne scars, I got on Yelp to look for an esthetician. I'd only ever had two facials before so didn't know what to expect. I reached out to Jessi and straight up said I wanted a chemical peel. Oh how naive I was. LOL Jessi booked me for a consultation. I was a bit nervous, embarrassed, and out of my element but the minute I met Jessi I relaxed. She is so sweet and kind and I could tell she really cared about this consultation. My experience with my facials in the past have been prebooking a service that I wanted, walk in, and get the service, leave. But Jessi had me lay down, turned on her light, moved a magnifying lamp over my face, and performed a skin analysis. You could almost hear the gears turning inside her head. She came up with the ultimate treatment plan to get me to my goal of a chemical peel but first there was a lot of work to do to treat my inflammation and repair my skin barrier. This is the main benefit of working with a solo esthetician - customized plans. I kept all my appointments with Jessi and I eventually got my chemical peel! Several to be exact! She cleared up my skin so well that I was completely shocked to find that I had a cute mole on my cheek. I go to Jessi frequently for many treatments now. Sometimes, I just book an appointment and tell her to do whatever she thinks I need. I regularly get dermaplaning and Hydrafacials. You must try her oxygen face mask. Because Jessi has worked such a miracle on my face, I now bring my tween in every two weeks for a tween facial. My kid gets horrible acne and blackheads. I didn't want my kid to end up with acne scars like her father and I and when I could no longer manage it at home, I knew what I had to do and texted Jessi right away. Like clockwork, my tween sees Jessi every 2 weeks, sometimes sooner if needed during a flare up. Not a single scar on my kid's face and that's thanks to Jessi! My kid is a picker so that is very impressive! Also, she will text you after treatments to check in. You aren't alone during your skincare journey - she's right there to help you. That's not something you will get at a medspa. Environment: the treatment room is clean and cozy. The lights are low. THE BED!! The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever laid in and it heats. The sheets are so soft and tucked so tightly in. The perfect cocoon. The comforter that tops it is a great weight. If you need a nap and want great skin - you know where to go. Pricing: Jessi's prices are in line with other facial treatments except you get the added bonus of a customized treatment. If you book a facial but she thinks your skin could benefit from a little extra TLC, then you are in for a treat. Products: Okay, I knew NOTHING when I first came to her but after spending a year doing research on products and joining multiple groups, I can confidently say that she stocks the best products for her treatments and for retail sales. I don't even bother buying skincare on Amazon, Sephora, or Ulta. I just text Jessi and ask her if she has a product in mind that I'm looking for and would you know that many times she has special ordered a product for me? BUY THE LIP OIL. Equipment: I ask a lot of questions, always absorbing information, and can claim that she uses the best equipment in her spa. The bed, lights, LED red light therapy device, and that beautiful Hydrafacial machine. Many places offer generic hydro facials but Jessi has the Hydrafacial machine itself and is certified - everything else is imitation. Atmosphere: Very relaxing and she is just the sweetest. I never feel any negative energy in the room. It's always good vibes. Parking: Lots of parking in the plaza. I have no trouble finding a spot right outside the door usually. Do be careful to watch out for cars backing out while you are driving.

On my wedding day, after 2 days of full makeup during pre events, I ended up with a large whitehead on my cheek. Jessi took the time to help me manage and get rid of it right before my makeup artist showed up. My MUA said my skin looked smooth and there were no breaks in the skin, so my makeup was absolutely flawless due to Jessi's care and support. I am so grateful to have found her as she is so caring, gentle, and kind. I cannot recommend her enough!

She consulted me with me about what she felt would work and allowed me to decide how to move forward with her suggestions after seeing results. She said she wanted to help me and after hearing her suggestions, I knew she wasn't upselling me. She shared the long list of services that she offered at her business and I was really surprised she had so much to offer! I happily scheduled a 2nd appt and looking forward to seeing Hue again. Parking was easy! Plenty of spots in the large shopping center. Mathew was great with customer service and helping me schedule and explaining the procedure. They have a membership you can join if you are looking for multiple treatments and want to be smart about it
