Also included in our order was a diet coke for the lady and a Mythos beer for me. The gyros arrived hot with an abundance of meat freshly sliced off the rotisserie grill and heated further on a horizontal grill before being enveloped, along with tomatoes, lettuce, red onion and tzatziki sauce, in a heated pita.
