A higher-end brand/franchise/chain of Greek frozen yogurt just recently opened in the Noho neighborhood two months ago. Its blue-and-white mosaic ambiance ~ the summery, instaworthy vibes are 100% on point. Creating the sense/feeling of you and a couple of friends sitting under a tree to enjoy a cup of delicious froyo together on a sunny day. Coincidentally speaking, there is actually a huge tree in the middle of the space as decoration. There're some tables and seats inside. Most froyo spots are usually tight-spaced in Manhattan. Friendly vibes and fast service from staff working there. Now, comes the fun part. Rather than telling the staff what flavor(s) you want, you would just go ahead and grab a cup to fill your own frozen yogurt instead. Since everything is self-serve, the service really depends on how slow or fast you happen to be. Even the toppings you would scoop them up yourself. Easy peasy! The original in-house flavors are greek honey + chocolate + plain tart. Rotating seasonal flavors are mango + passion fruit + strawberry + coconut + pineapple + rose and etc. 1) Small Size: $11 + tax 2) Medium Size: $14 + tax 3) Big Size: $26 + tax Regular toppings are 75¢ each and premium toppings are $1.29 each (quite expensive imo). I know it's Manhattan but still.... All the dairy is imported straight from Greece, that's why it's expensive even the toppings too. Everything gets weighed on a digital scale and so you pay by the weight. Basically, how much froyo and toppings you add to the cup is all up to you. The only service you'll get from staff is when you pay at the counter and when you get handed a disposable wooden spoon. Go Greek Yogurt in Noho is a cashless business, so it's best to leave all your cash in your wallet at home. I have tried the pineapple and chocolate froyo. The pineapple is tart and not that sweet which I really appreciate. The chocolate isn't as chocolatey as I would've hoped and more on the icy side. It's fine, just probably won't get that flavor again. Only knocked a star off because of how pricey it is even though it's imported from Greece and it's located in Noho/Manhattan. I was actually headed to Mimi's (review posted!), but that line was around the block and I hate waiting (who doesn't?). I kept walking and ended up here. There was a small line as well, but it only took a few minutes. It's a large and bright shop that's self service and has both sitting areas and standing tables. You grab the one-size cup and get whatever you want. The toppings are plentiful and it has more topping options compared to Mimi's. The original flavor is more tart and tastes more like yogurt (which I prefer). You can also get regular yogurt with toppings as well. The place is large enough to stay and eat, and is comfortably decorated. I didn't feel cramped and the layout makes sense. Some other places are very small and can feel quite claustrophobic. Go Greek is much more spacious than the other froyo locations I've been to and they also have a good amount of seating inside. Go Greek has self-serve stations with some of their house specials (tart and Greek honey) as well as rotating specials. I tried their tart, Greek honey, chocolate, and (vegan) wildberry. I loved all the flavors except for chocolate. I also liked how the toppings bar was also self-serve and that the whole process was pay-by-weight (instead of paying per topping). I was so excited when I heard Go Greek was opening in NYC. I lived in LA for many years, and this was my go-to fro-yo spot. We came on a Sunday around 4:30pm and there was probably around a 10-15 min line (crazy concept, but seems like this is how fro-yo places will be this summer). The inside of the store is pretty spacious, has nice high ceilings, feels super clean and polished with the white and dark blue motifs. There are self serve stations for the frozen yogurt with 6ish flavors. I instantly went for what I already know to be my favorite which is the Greek honey and also the tart-- stellar combination, 11/10 recommend. They have a toppings bar as well with fresh fruits, cacao nibs, chia seeds, nuts, some pretzels, other less healthy items but generally pretty healthy toppings. Pricing came out to be around $27 for two which is a hefty price tag. The flavors were exactly how I remember from LA! The yogurt is so creamy, and actually tastes like yogurt. The tart is not sweet at all, which is why the Greek honey pairing adds a bit of that natural sweetness. I think most underrated in this place is their actual regular yogurt (which they do let you sample!). We got a small container of their hazelnut yogurt which may be the best thing I tried here and what I would ultimately come back for exclusively. Their regular yogurt is so thick and creamy, it also does not feel as sweet as the ones you buy in the store and I felt like the hazelnut flavor was just right. We did not get toppings with it but you certainly could and it would be such a delicious, healthy, and nourishing dessert! I only wish the prices were a bit less high but that is a big ask in this economy/City. Froyo is booming again... Go Greek seems to have a large following before they opened in NYC this weekend. I was lucky enough to fill my cup with their tangy and tart Greek yogurt flavors, which are self serve the day before their official opening day by downloading their app (I got a mix of chocolate, honey and wild berry... they also had coconut, banana and tart)... chocolate usually tends to be my favorite, but wild berry really stood out to me! They have a lot of toppings, but not as unique as some other new froyo places... I appreciate that they are staying true to their model with lots of fruits, seeds/nuts, and some chocolate or gummy choices. Froyo is back! Happy to hear that another place has opened up in such a prime location. Their grand opening is apparently on the 12th, but my friend and I went on the 11th. Helpful staff all around, all happy to greet you and answer questions. Pro tip: sign up for their rewards and you get $7 off your first order. I personally was not a fan of the tartness of any of the flavors I got. If you are not a fan of tart froyo, then this is not the place for you! Hard take but I don't consider the product they sold to be frozen yogurt. I think this place crossed the fine line between frozen yogurt and just plain greek yogurt, so I won't be back for this reason, but thought that they had a pretty decent selection of flavors (6 rotating at all time) and fun toppings. I was excited to come try this frozen yogurt place out. It was a warm day so perfect day to cool off a bit with this treat. When you walk in it is a self serve place but the staff are all behind the counter so If you have any questions like I did you need ti wait in line where everyone pays which is a little annoying. They should have someone standing by the wall where the fro yo is. There is also, no way to taste a flavor before getting a cup of it. I heard a few people ask. I told them I have a nut allergy so wanted to see which flavor I could have. They told me everything was fine but that they didn't know what was in the biscuit flavor. I went with the honey yogurt. And for toppings I got chocolate chips and cacao nibs. I asked if they could take it from the back so there would be no possible cross contamination from where the general public put on their toppings. They did and they were fine with doing that, which I was happy about. So excited for Greek yogurt! This place serves imported Greek yogurt from Greece (the yogurt in the big bowls behind the glass counter) and yogurt soft-serve from the machines. The ones from the machine is for soft-serve or smoothies. I prefer the Greek bowls made from the yogurt from the bowls which is only accessible by Go Greek staff. Staff are super friendly and helpful! I met the owner, Mitch, of this location. He was happy to talk to me about this new location, which opened in April and the Newport Beach, CA location, which opened in October 2025. Many more locations to open in the near future. Can't wait! Shop is brightly lit and clean! Welcoming atmosphere! Has some limiting seating inside and a sitting bench outside. My Greek protein bowl was delicious! It seems a little silly to have to do it yourself with only 6 flavors, the whole point of that is to mix a bunch and the variety just isn't there for that, the toppings bar was good and high quality though which I appreciated. The price for what you get as well is insane, me and my girlfriend spent almost $40 on two ice creams and a water. For that price I should get a premium experience, at least somebody else assembling my dessert but that is a table service price point. The employee looked me dead in the eye and said, "I don't know," and just stood there- no effort to check, no attempt to help. When I pushed for an answer, she brought over another staff member, who also said they didn't know. Again, zero effort to look at a label or find out. Instead, I got blank stares, as if I were asking for something outrageous. For a place operating in NYC, this level of ignorance around allergens is honestly embarrassing.
