    Masala Dosa

AMBIANCE/SERVICE: - Plenty of parking - Attentive waiters - Cute interior of the restaurant FOOD: - Chili chicken: amazing flavor and very crunchy, my favorite dish we ordered! - Butter chicken: very tasty, but could improve their sauce to meat ratio - Dosa: good flavor, but a bit thicker and wasn't super crispy - Mutton Biryani: the flavor was okay, the rice to meat ratio could be improved OVERALL: - Good food, but I think the meat ratio could be improved with a few of their dishes. I would go back again!

Tried the buffet . Some items were outstanding- the rice palav, vada pav , paneer tikka masala and desserts. The meat items were a bit disappointing. The chicken and goat pieces were chewy/ hard - :hard to eat. Still, for the rice / biryani dishes , the buffet was worth it. And yes - they need to start using actual cutlery - not plastic spoons / and not styrofoam cups for desserts . Especially since they charge $20 for the buffet.

Kadai paneer - epic fail! This is not how kadai paneer should look or taste.

Paneer dosa was delicious. Naans are good. Ambience and cleanliness is both good. They mean spicccy when they say a dish is spicy. If I had to take a guess, would say their South Indian dishes are probably good. Can't say the same for the sad thing (North Indian dish) we got in the name of kadai paneer.

    "Raju Gari" Special Chicken Biryani

Ordered through doordash and the food was really disappointing. We ordered gongura chicken curry and raju gari chicken biryani . The biryani was just some spiced rice with few old chicken pieces thrown in. On top of that, the gongura chicken was undercooked, the meat was still pink in the middle. Their quality has gone down a lot compared to before and its honestly concerning. This is a health concern.

Came here for the lunch buffets on Wednesday and it was pretty solid. I tried all the meat options and skipped most of the vegetarian options. The curry options were pretty good and the South Indian street food that was included with the buffet was yummy. The attendants came by regularly to take away dirty plates. Even though it's a bit out of the way, I would definitely come back for the buffet since it was a pretty enjoyable experience.

We have not had Indian food since moving to Austin 6 months ago, had to try this place out Walking in very clean and open! Friendly staff greeted us with a smile They have all you can eat buffet from 11-2:30 I had everything from butter egg, goat curry, kurma, cutlet, naan and so much more I couldn't keep tract, we must of tried 4 dishes we have never had. I had to take 3 trips and we left with a happy full belly Indian food is the most complicated to make/cook due to the extensive spices they use and this place has hit the mark from spice level and taste. We will definitely be coming during dinner time to try even more food. The menu is intense but will definitely have to try everything Yelpers!! Come and try this place out you will thank me

The service is helpful, the restaurant is charming, and the food is delicious. If you don't know what to order, start with the butter chicken or chicken drumsticks, and get some garlic naan. If you're feeling more adventurous let the server suggest some options based on the protein and spice levels you prefer. They do sometimes have a bartender who can make you a cocktail, and my kids love the mango lassi shakes.

Also had a Fresa Paloma with Socorro Reposado Tequila, Contratto, strawberry, lime, grapefruit, five-spice that was very sweet and garnished with a flower. You are given a card where you can mark your dim sum selections. I ordered the Shrimp Pancake, Snow Crab Ball and Chinese Sausage Sticky Rice. The standout was the shrimp pancake that had a really great texture and flavor. The snow crab ball had a strange texture with shrimp surrounding the snow crab claw. The Chinese Sticky Rice is always a favorite. Also ordered the Truffle Egg Fried rice and Birds Nest with Seasonal Vegetable. The Truffle rice is so flavorful like a flavor explosion in your mouth. The Birds Nest is made with fried potato shreds which contain the a variety of vegetables including cauliflower, peppers, mushrooms and asparagus. The nest is also edible and has a crunchy texture. The presentation of the food is amazing and everything came out hot and fresh. The flavors were on point, and you can tell there's attention to detail in the preparation. Service was attentive outdoors and the pacing of dishes felt just right for a relaxed brunch. This restaurant is truly a gem whether you come for brunch or dinner service. Will definitely be back.

The flavors were spot on and delicious. The only challenge we had was that they would not allow split checks or at least partially split checks - so we spend a huge amount of time figuring out what everyone owed. I wouldn't do a large group here in the future, but I'd definitely come back for a date or small group.

Got the Khuroos E Tursh - would recommend! The cream sauce was sweet and delicious. I LOVED the rice that came with the dishes - it already had some flavor and the texture was similar to Thai broken rice. Naan is a great value - 4 pieces for $5. Ordered the Jalapeño cream cheese naan and it had a generous portion of cream cheese inside. However it wasn't spicy which I was expecting - the jalapeño pieces just tasted like bell peppers but it needed a kick of spice. I would try the palak paneer naan next time instead. Lent is a 40-day period of spiritual preparation for Easter, beginning on Ash Wednesday (symbolizing the need for repentance) and ending before Easter. Its main goals are reflection, repentance, and renewal. After observing Lent, our treat was brunch at Ciclo (Four Seasons Hotel). Ciclo hosted Easter Brunch and an Easter Egg hunt including the hotel's lake-level ballroom. The celebration included live music and lawn activities for hotel and brunch guests. The brunch included a cold buffet, hot buffet, carving station, benedict station, and dessert buffet. You also could order customized omelets from your table. Ciclo's brunch features gluten-free and vegetarian choices. OMG...the Four Season's Hotel and Ciclo restaurant looked as though a lush bright flowered garden had been quietly grown there. Flowers spilled over every surface from the hotel's entrance to the Ciclo restaurant out onto the patio. The floral arrangements were stunning. They also served as a beautiful backdrop for photos. I always heard great praise for the brisket from Franklin's and am happy to be able to admit that they have some of the best. As someone who doesn't typically enjoy lean cuts, their leans came out juicier than some place's fattiest cuts. On the fatty cuts, the meat was very well rendered, and it remained succulent! I will say I was expecting more flavoring from bark, but it was very much a "taste the essence of the quality of craftsmanship of this meat" rather than an emphasis of seasoning. While very well prepared, I did need some bbq sauce to make it hit. I enjoy ribs from a couple other spots more than I did from Franklin's, but ya can't do it all. As for the sides, I was sadly disappointed. The pickles were incredibly salty and the beans were a flavor and textural miss. The potato salad was okay, but I would call it not far off from what you'd get in a bucket from HEB. Had me missing the quality sides from Interstellar 100%! We did pickup to split with friends and skip the line. In ordering ahead, you're not allowed to eat there. Unfortunately, they didn't provide any utensils or napkins for our BBQ picnic.
