I have ordered pizzas from this location before and have been super happy. Today my order was completely wrong. The Taco pizza I had ordered with the toppings in the side... weren't included and my hubby was told that I had ordered it without them. I ordered the super taco with sour cream and olives. Not included. I also ordered the streusel topped dessert pizza... not what I got. After seeing the receipt, I can COMPLETELY understand why everything was wrong. You can't READ IT. I looked at my order confirmation just to make sure that I placed it correctly. Now I will say that they asked why I didn't order toppings and made a little side for us.... Walked in today and waited several minutes with nobody around to take my order. There was only one other table of people, place was empty. Male finally came through the kitchen door and acted seriously bothered. No greeting, no smile, nothing. It was our first time here and probably our last. Rude customer service is not appreciated. Worse experience ever!!! Ordered delivery, but it never arrived after an hour (suppose to arrive within 45 min.). Called the place, and they said you could pick it up yourself since delivery services never came through to deliver it. After the fact that I paid delivery and tip! So I drove there, and they were no help at all since it was now on the rode for delivery. I called my house and it was not delivered but after 10 minutes, it finally was delivered after 1 hour and 45 minutes later! To start things off, me and my family are from New York. I can eat chain pizza as long as the price matches what arrives. Little ceasers for instance it is cheap and so is the pizza, bread sticks are good though. For Godfather's pizza it really isn't worth the price. I paid 25.50 plus 3 in delivery plus tip, for an 18" you know a reasonable size. I open it up and it looks like I got something from papa johns or pizza hut. We have a very thick layer of cheese that is burnt in many spots, we have thick dough that isn't cooked all the way through. I ordered thin crust so I wasn't expecting this at all. The sauce was light in flavor. This is the only time I can think of that I have thrown out a pizza and said I cannot eat this. If I am going to spend this kind of money I might as well drive out to Broomfield and pick up from Original Pizza, they might be busy, it might be a schlep, but it is very good pizza. I order pizza for conveyance but of the places in this area, I just keep getting disappointed. I was pretty happy with Capri pizza for a while but now there is just no way to order directly from them and their hours change every day. Im writing this review a few weeks after the fact. Not really sure what to say. The pie we got was indeed good but not great. That could have been partly because we ordered traditional crust instead of the deep dish (pan) that we've all become accustomed to. I must say the last Godfathers Pizza I knew of was in Northglenn and closed in the late 80's-early 90's. I understand that it's brand new to alot of ppl but I cant say that it was worth the hour wait. When we did return to pick up our pizza we overheard that the wait had grown to an hour and a half. From what I saw of the interior I cant say I was that impressed. If you can remember, this location was previously a Conoco gas station, and then a bakery outlet. Will we try it again ? Sure. But we will wait until the excitement has calmed down and we are able to place our order over the phone. read more

Only thing I wish they would do is give fresh hot marinara sauce with the calzones instead of packed mass production sauce it don't taste as good. I have always loved Godfather's . We ordered a pizza and wings for pick up. The employees were all laughing and having a great time. Couldn't care less about their customers. The pizza was below average. And the wings were a pathetic excuse for wings. The sorriest wings I have ever seen. And dry. No sauce. Looked like they had been sitting forever, in a styrofoam box. We were going to throw them away but I decided to bring them back and tell the manager this is what your staff is putting out. She handled it kind of well, but said, "well, you did order them an hour ago"! I showed her a pic of how they looked when we got home. She didn't take accountability, but that is ok.
