Warranty is useless and the technician didn't follow printed direction to make proper installation of toilet. We had to hire another plumbing company to discover that GoGo Rooter didn't do proper installation resulting in sewer smell in the bathroom. GoGo Rooter technician initially installed rough-in and our Toto toilet. Toilet was rocking and made a much louder flushing sound after that thus the tech came back. He tightened the toilet down and told us the louder flushing sound was because of the new piping. Since then, we kept having sewer smell in the bathroom and informed GoGo Rooter again. Two technicians were sent on the same day and instead of checking for problem, we were told that it was my towels or my bidet causing the sewer smell. I was told to consider buying a new bidet or they can charge me to do a smoke test to see if there's a vent problem. We knew something was not done right during the installation because we didn't have the smell until the tech came back the second time to tighten the toilet to floor. Technician from another company removed the toilet and immediately noted the rough-in was not secured down to the flange and the GoGo Rooter tech had used caulking to glue the rough-in to the flange. The problem, as explained to us by the other plumbing company, is that the front of the rough-in actually rises when the toilet is connected to the back thus causing sewer smell and the flushing sound to escape into the room. The other plumbing tech was able to fix the problem and we no longer get the flushing noise or the sewer smell, but only after we had to pay a couple hundreds of dollars to fix a simple mistake made by GoGo Rooter. UPDATE: Received call from GoGo Rooter apologizing for technician's mistake and offering to reimburse me for the other plumber's fees. Thank you for following up and acknowledging the tech's mistake. Thank you for diagnosing the source of our bathroom leaking that we were able to uncover subfloor damage rather than just replacing the toilet flange and wax ring as suggested by another plumbing company. read more

On Father's day, of all days, we had a sewer backup issue. I first noticed that the downstairs toilet had a low water level and would not fill properly and flush properly. Multiple plunger efforts did not fix it. Then I noticed water on the floor. Sewage water was overflowing from the shower pan onto the floor! I chose AllStar Plumbing /GoGo Rooter (same ownership) and gave them a call. Christian arrived within the hour and started work. Using my detective information and his expertise we correctly surmised that there was an issue with the iron backflow valve between our cleanout port and the street. He dug down, found the issue, and replaced the backflow valve with a more modern serviceable valve and that fixed the problem. Christian was great to work with. We're very thankful that Gogo Rooter was able to come fix an unexpectedly cracked sewer pipe pouring sewage into our basement on a Sunday afternoon. Jesus arrived about 20 minutes after our call, looked at our old cast-iron pipes and quickly assured us that he could replace the section of pipe in a few hours. He also offered to get the camera equipment to investigate why the sewage backed up the lines and he discovered root intrusion just outside the foundation, which we wouldn't have known about otherwise. My water softener malfunctioned and the silica residue inside the water softener got flushed through my pipes and clogged up most of my sinks, toilets and showers. I called Gogo Rooter today after smelling natural gas in my garage. The gentleman I spoke to was very personable, told me who would be coming out, what he would do and when to expect him. Our toilet downstairs was 18 years old. It was leaking constantly. Ricky Nunez and Sam showed up from Gogo Rooter. They found that the foundation below the commode itself was overgrown with fungus and they couldn't fix a new toilet bowl without some foundation repairs. They spent about three hours and got the job done. They were called to fix a dripping bathroom faucet. They found a kink in the service hose and straightened it out in less than one minute. I paid them $250, presumably for the visit because actually they didn't fix anything. The next day the leak was back and in a few more days, the faucet was leaking badly at the base, too. I called them and explained the situation, so they sent another technician. He came but did nothing because they wanted another $250 to diagnose the problem! after that they said they would quote a price to fix the thing. No credit for the first useless visit!
