Adorable drive-up/walk-up coffee shop in Bay Park. My friends and I rented an Airbnb nearby for the July 4th weekend and made multiple trips to Gold Soul Coffee for a hit of morning caffeine. I love a well balanced latte of milk, add-ons, and heavy espresso. Extra points of the milk and syrups are made in house. Gold Soul didn't quite hit the mark for me. Their lattes really lean into the sweetness. I even added in additional milk and espresso once we got home. The girl working the booth was an absolute pleasure and I love their cutesy branding. I wouldn't seek this place out on a return trip to SD, but I truly enjoyed the overall vibes! read more

Cute little coffee cart in a shopping plaza. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. Make sure you ask them about their off menu flavors. The lattes are a little on the pricey side ($8.32 for a 12 ounce), but overall the salted honey latte was a good choice. Not too sweet and a nice flaky sea salt to enhance the flavor. read more

My daughter and I stopped by here last weekend. There were two baristas who were so friendly. A cute and tiny drive-thru coffee shop. White mocha latte 5/5 Pumpkin spice latte 4/5 The workers were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. My white mocha was too sweet for my liking. I told the barista and she said "let me fix it for you". She added another shot and it was perfect. It was creamy and tasty. She reminded me that anytime I wasn't satisfied with my drink, they would gladly fix it for me. This place is a gem. The service was wonderful. They take time to talk to you and make sure you're satisfied with your drink. I will be back to try out other things from the menu. read more

This cute little drive-thru coffee shop is a hidden gem in Bay Park, right on Morena Blvd. I had the iced white mocha (my typical go-to wherever I go) and it was perfect! Not too sweet, well-balanced, smooth strong coffee (but not overly strong) and perfect amount of creaminess. Barista/owner was sweet and had a caring vibe. I had been following Gold Soul Coffee on Instagram for a few months and finally made my way to Bay Park today! I pulled up and Jasmina was SO sweet, I shared that it was my first time and asked for her recommendation and I went with the Honey Salted Latte w soy milk. Jasmina made friendly convo with me while I waited for my drink, which was not a long wait at all. We talked about the walkability of North Park/Normal Heights (where I live), and Jasmina was just the kindest soul. She had my drink out in no time, which was so delicious. I wish it was bottomless, I never wanted to reach the last drop! I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu and the seasonal flavors. Gold Soul Coffee is a drive through kiosk located in a parking lot between a pizza shop and a florist stand in the Bay Park neighborhood. It's across the street from the Clairemont Drive trolley station. Apparently, the business has been in existence for a while, but new owners have taken over and renamed it. The operating hours are limited to 12:30 pm on weekdays and 1:00 pm on weekends. Vehicles can approach from either side of the kiosk to place an order. Espresso, blended drinks, smoothies, and an acai bowl made up the menu. There were also some pre-wrapped baked goods on sale inside a basket on the ledge of the kiosk. Three smoothie flavors were available so I selected a large size of the dragonfruit variety which cost $7.50. The magenta colored product didn't quite reach the top of the cup, but it was still refreshing. The service from the worker was very friendly and welcoming. read more

This place is awesome! The coffee is sooo good. Doesn't have a bitter taste, very smooth yet very caffeinated and actually give me a boost which is hard bc I am a coffee fiend and coffee doesn't really do much to me anymore. Loved this convenient cute drive up shop on our way to the park. It's right off the freeway. They have a menu with all the staple items of any shop, alternative milks and sugar free vanilla syrup! This has been my morning stop for quite a while and I recommend it to anyone. Aside from the natural charm and grace from the owner/operator Jasmina, this little stop is big on flavor! Some notable highlights that I enjoy: 1. Their coffee source from local roasters! Local business supporting local business! And it's terrific! 2. They always have something in case your hungry. Generous acai bowls, pastries, and warm breakfast style burritos always available. 3. Drive though available on both sides making it easy to navigate in and out. 4. Friendliest business owner ever! The coffee was good, the gal running it really sweet. I think i was just a little blown away that a coffee with normal milk (not even almond or oat milk) was $7 before tip. The coffee was good, but just can't rationalize going back when you can get good coffee elsewhere for at least 15% cheaper. Since I prefer my lattes half sweet with just a subtle flavor so I can still taste the coffee, she was super accommodating and made mine with just a little bit of their lucuma syrup/mixture. It was SO good! The flavors were perfectly balanced and I could still taste the coffee, exactly how I like it. Parking is super easy since it's in a strip mall. Definitely coming back to try more of their drinks and food!

For savory, the sun-dried tomato pesto and potato chili are my go-tos. There's plenty of parking in both the front and back, plus a bathroom in the back. Tons of indoor seating and a few outdoor tables, although you're lucky if you snag one because this place is popular! This is my go-to spot and all my friends love it too. The service at this convenient coffee drive through is amazing. Though I am new to the area, the staff knows my usual drink order! I am admittedly picky about espresso blends. I generally order a latte. The blend is smooth and consistent. They also provide great alternatives to coffee. This area has many options for beverages. If you want quality products and service. Situated with small tables as well as bench tops, during my weekend excursion, there was never a time that it was completely packed so you're bound to find a spot to camp. Outlets are also available from certain spots. Ordering is simple which can be done at the register or online. The menu is quite extensive with all things coffee but consider checking their online menus as I found items like their double cappuccino that wasn't advertised on their physical menus. If you do order through their mobile app, you'll automatically get reward points toward free drinks or food.
