I have deal with this company often on many many times we and I'm having to sue them to fix a…read moreproblem that they caused mostly because they didn't send a supervisor to check out the guy doing the work and after about a month of work, they finally get it fixed . A service tech showed up stayed in his truck on his phone while we're looking at him and said that he came and knocked on the door. Nobody came to the door said he called nobody called. I had no missed calls the other the other number that he had was my recently passed wife, but there was no reason for me to call that number. You had my contact number and he never called it so we had to call the office to get the to tell the guy to bring his butt back here. Mind you we're standing in the kitchen, watching this guy who said he came up and knock the door was full of it cause I have a green camera ring did not go off. There's no video of him showing up to the damn door. He never got out of the truck fortunately he did fix the problem, but this is example of their customer service cause they're not supervised properly .

He was so professional and very patient explaining everything to me for all the questions and show and tell.. he checked out my tankless water heater and descaled it for me, that was minor compared to the big job that he had to do on the valve that had to be replaced on our outside water pipe, 3 inch valve. As we move into summer, our 11 year old AC unit started having days where it would stop blowing…read morecold air. We'd turn it off for a bit, turn it back on and it would work just fine for a few more days. Didn't seem to be a problem with electric, refrigerant, etc. We'd had the unit serviced recently so not much dirt on the unit.. I guess we're lucky because in the few years we've been here both our units have functioned great. Wasn't sure who to call, but we'd had a great experience with the plumbing side of Hansen, so we reached out. Scheduling was very easy. You can do so online, or a real person answers the phone. They offered to have someone out within a few hours! Our problem wasn't that urgent, but it's comforting to know. Benjamin was our technician, and he was great with communication. He diagnosed the problem (leaking fan motor) very quickly, and gave us options for repair. At no time was he pushy about anything, just factual. We were on the fence with repair vs replace, but decided the unit had enough life in it to repair. Ben also gave us figures on replacing with an eye towards the future. He wrote it all up even knowing that we weren't going to buy anything in the short term. This is really excellent customer service, and you can bet when we're ready we will remember. The repairs were done quickly, we got an email with the invoice and pictures of all the areas worked on. The property was left tidy, and it was an overall excellent experience. That was a week ago, and our AC is working better than it has in the past two years.

Scam artists…read more George Brazil's goal is to find customers naive enough to pay their ridiculously absurd high estimates. The tech quoted me a work estimate of 5000 to replace a straight shot main water line. I immediately declined and ended up getting a well reviewed plumber to do the job for half that amount. The sales tactics used while providing me the quote were pathetic. I suspect they take advantage of older folks that don't know better. Shameful. I encourage all the techs working for George Brazil to reflect on this immoral practice and take a different direction. Shame.

The plumbers reconfigured the entire shutoff valve and PRV set up with copper piping to take tension off the pex pipe. I will use Flush King for all my future plumbing needs.
