There's a Hispanic woman who looks in her 20's...I was in line waiting 15 minutes, it was a lot of cars, and as soon as it turns 10:00 they then turn all the lights and microphones off. This is only for the food as I have not set foot in the restaurant. I was over at my friend's house getting Blu-Ray demos on the big screen when his wife announces she going to order and pick up dinner. They ask if I wanted dinner too..... "Oh sure, twist my arm!" In 20 minutes or so she was back and handing out the teriyaki chicken bowls she ordered.... ok, it was a regular, square take-out container rather than a "bowl", but you get the idea. Unfortunately last time I went I found a really nasty looking hair or maybe a cockaroach antenna because it was kind of thick, in my chicken bowl . I'd have to say that this is probably my go-to place now that I work in the area. I heard so many things about Golden Bowl I thought I'd give it a shot. I came here and service is extremely fast and most of the time it is a pretty fast paced environment which is a plus since I'm always in a hurry to get my food and head back to work. I would say for the quality/price/flavor factor it is an A+. The only deduction is the fact that there is a LOT of rice but to me all in all it is a place where I can continue having lunch. She charged me a large bowl plus a side of veggies, 12.XX Dollars! Whatever, i arrive home only to discover they had given me a medium bowl with mostly sliced squash. This place has lost a star for their in-house service. They close at 10pm. We walked in at 9pm and were told they were only doing TO GO orders, because they had to start cleaning up. After we ordered and paid, we were then told that they didn't have any defrosted patties for the burger we ordered. We were handed back the menu price of the burger (not tax), the remainder of our order and we left to go buy a burger across the street. We've never had this many problems when we drive thru. I order a small chicken bowl with a large coke or a large chicken bowl with a large coke and the food is cooked and hot and the soda is fresh and cold and every serving comes with ALOT to last for days and I can even let it sit in my fridge for 3 days and not eat it and it's still good after three days.
