    Cheesesteak

Food was decent, got the cheesesteak. Service was quick and friendly, not much more I can ask for. Was not a fan of the "self-checkout" that I had to scan to pay on my menu, otherwise a nice place.

Went here with friends for New Year's Day breakfast. They recommended it to me to try out. When we went inside, the place was very clean, and everyone was very professional there. Me and my fiancée both got omelettes, and they all were cooked just right. Everything was very delicious. I would definitely go back next time I'm visiting the area.

Golden Eagle is what the Jersey Diner breakfast experience should be. This was probably our 4th or 5th visit. They have friendly, prompt service and an enormous menu with many omelettes and skillets to choose from. My favorite is the Athenian omelette with gyro meat, tomatoes and feta. It was Served with home fried and choice of toast. My husband had the scrapple skillet which is including in my photos. Coffee refills were offered readily. The bill for two before tip was $42.01 The Christmas spirit was immediately evident when we arrived on this December morning. The whole restaurant was decorated. It really brightened my day (photo included). If you are near Ringoes, this place is a great spot. It's only a short drive from Flemington or from New Hope, PA on US 202.

My new favorite diner in the area. I've lived in Hunterdon county for 25 years and I recently came here for the very first time! It's a little out of my way but, what drew me in was how they decorate for the holidays. I felt like I was inside a beautifully wrapped present! The food here was above average as far as diners go and the portions are huge. My friend took half of her Greek salad to go! My waiter was extremely friendly and funny and asked me if I wanted my hash browns with sautéed onions and peppers, as if he was reading my mind! Can't wait to bring the whole family back.

The perfect place for a meal! Breakfast was amazing, huge variety and everything is delicious. The service was excellent!! I would totally recommend going especially during the holidays, the decor is so cute and festive. Love this place and will be back for sure!

HORRIBLE OWNER WITH NO PEOPLE SKILLS!!! DO NOT GO!!

There was a line outside the door, but it moved quickly as they had a nice process put in place. The staff was friendly and accommodating as we were ordering. I will describe what I had below. Personal Rosemary Focaccia ($16) - This was very large. I had this with homemade pasta, and it did the job. It was very light and cooked appropriately. The rosemary was definitely tasted on the outer edges. Pistachio Chocolate Almond Croissant ($7.75) - This was solid. It was very flaky and buttery with plenty of the chocolate filling. The chocolate was smooth and not overly heavy. I was hoping for a little better balance with the pistachio but did not taste much even though it was clearly there. B&C Turkey Club ($19) - This sandwich had turkey, thick-cut bacon, mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on their country bread. This was made to order. The sandwich was well constructed with great layers. There was just enough mayo where the sandwich was not overly wet or dry. Everything went together nicely, but the country bread was the key. Will I go back? No doubt.

But it's either closed or parking is impossible or the street is overrun with police. Or worse yet - all 3. Last week however, it was open, bumping with people, and there were available spaces. Federales were still patrolling but I was locked in on carbohydrate comfort and thus unbothered. I dipped in for a couple coffees and sweets. It was about 1030 and we were headed to lunch afterwards so I kept it simple. I really wanted the malted latte but called an audible at the last second for a Paloma refresher. I also grabbed a rye (!) chocolate chunk cookie and an apple cake muffin. If we weren't going to lunch I would have ordered the avocado toast. It sounded delicious and while I was there a customer got one and it looked incredible! I really liked the food here - it was understated. I feel like a lot of bakeries hit you with cloying sweetness because bakery but anyone can dump a bunch of sugar in something - AND I ADORE SUGAR. But the restraint shone here really allowed the flavors to shine through and the food didn't sit like bricks in our tums. Very lively space with ample seating inside and out - I'd really like to come back on a day I'm playing hooky from work. Which given the state of my mental health could be as early as tomorrow. They're closed on Mondays though so let me pull myself together ;)

First off, the service by Emily was exceptional. She greeted us with a smile each time and was so kind and patient all while offering up helpful suggestions. We ordered a bunch of items and some of the favorites were the Italian supreme sandwich, chicken Caesar wrap, NJ sloppy Joe, rice balls & Calabrian Chicken Cutlet (had as both a wrap and sandwich and both were amazing - love when a sandwich is served on semolina). I LOVE how the chicken cutlets are crispy and fresh unlike a lot of other places that heat up old cutlets and have that soft, rubbery texture. These were PERFECT. I also ordered the oolong iced tea with lavender 2x and loved it. There's a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating, but this place fills up (and for good reason). It's part deli / part Italian specialty market and such a lovely addition to the beautiful Stockton area. 10/10 in my book and will absolutely be back.

It's such a great local spot, and I don't think enough people realize what it is or how good it's become. My mom and I stopped in for lunch and sat outside on Main Street, which was honestly so lovely. It felt really special to just sit, enjoy a great meal, and be part of the community. We met Mo, who took such great care of us and made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. We started with the hummus, which was incredibly fresh and smooth, and you could tell everything was made with care. For our mains, we had the lamb chops and the lemon chicken, both of which were delicious. The lamb was tender and perfectly cooked, and the lemon chicken had such a bright, balanced flavor. The potatoes were a standout, roasted and finished in a lemon butter that made them unforgettable. If you haven't been in a while, or didn't realize there's been a change, it's definitely worth stopping in. Main Street businesses could really use the support, and this place is one that deserves it. Go say hi to Mo and give it a try.
