Early grey milk tea
Germainne T.

I used to be obsessed with their early grey milk tea and would drive out to spring mountain all the time. Glad they opened a location in the southwest area! The taste is a little bit off, can't point my finger on it. Boba is soft and plenty of options on the menu!

Grand Opening of Gong Cha and because we are boba lovers, had to give them a try. Today we tried the lychee smoothie with star jelly 5/5 very refreshing. Lemon Ai-Yu with white pearls and extra ice 4/5, refreshing but on the sweater side. Passion fruit green tea 4/5 too sweet will adjust next time. All our drinks were delicious and yes, we would come back again and try other menu options. They also serve bubble waffles. Brand new, bright and friendly service, no seating inside during grand opening. *Update, came the following week and plenty of seating inside. We tried the Dirty brown sugar milk foam with boba, very caramelly if that's a word 5/5.

Loved this spot! The drinks were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The staff was super friendly and the vibe is bright and welcoming. Definitely coming back for more. We ordered the strawberry milk tea, brown sugar boba and lychee oolong, all were delicious!

They have my favorite oolong milk tea. And the XL size is a must! Very friendly staff.

New places but very nice. I am glad I found this place. Staff were super nice and helpful. I went for Mango Boba which was super nice, except boba pearl they had little peaces of mango which was super tasty. I should go for less sweetness than regular, since this was to sweet for me. But texture and taste was super tasty. Medium boba was around 7 dollars. I left my phone number and already received message that I have 2 $ off next purchase. Which is such a nice perk. Definitely coming back. They have couple tables inside and everything was super clean and nice. They also have ordering machine

I am really happy that we have a Gong Cha here now, this is one of my sister's favorite tea shops in OC area. We opted for the peach milk tea which was amazing. I love my teas to taste really fragrant usually opt for jasmine milk green tea, or herbal teas. Gong cha's teas really hit the spot. Service was good, we just used the self service kiosk which was easy to use. I remember they were really friendly when they finished making my drink. I like the interior and ambiance they had a lot of cute knick knacks on display and the place is clean and tidy. Love how we have a aom many awesome options in the SW Area.

6/27 Friday...awaiting food from Ohana BBQ and spotted this place. Yelped it and it was another boba place. We ordered peach green tea and a mango slush. Too bad they didn't have aloe toppings. Drinks were okay and refreshing. Staff is nice and place is clean. Happy drinky drinky!

Welcome Gong Cha to the Southwest of Vegas! Gong Cha originated from Taiwan and has developed an international fanbase. This is their second Vegas location. They celebrated their grand opening this weekend with a BOGO deal on their top 10 drinks as well as various little prizes. What a delicious welcoming. I knew I had to try Gong Cha ever since I first saw it in Asia. So we came to try this newest boba place out today. It was popping with customers. The line was out the door. There was so much commotion there was even a small fender bender right outside the storefront when we arrived. For the BOGO grand opening deal, you have a limit of 2 drinks per customer (so technically 4). Their top 10 drinks include dirty brown milk tea, pearl milk tea, taro milk tea, milk foam green tea, passionfruit green tea, strawberry milk tea, matcha tea latte, lemon ai-yu white pearl, earl grey milk tea with 3 j's (boba, grassy jelly, and pudding), and mango milk slush. We decided to try the earl grey milk tea, taro milk tea, and passionfruit green tea. The drinks were good, but not the BEST as of yet. Maybe they're new and they were overloaded with customers, so they can only get better. But as of now, I still like Brew Tea Bar more. The earl grey was not as good in flavor as other places I've had, but there also aren't many places that offer this unique flavor. The taro milk tea and passionfruit green teas were standard. With every purchase today you also get to spin the wheel for more goodies. We wound up with 2 free slushies! I'm excited to come back and try more drinks.

Love Gong Cha and we usually go to the Spring Mountain location, where we always order the same drink with the same sweetness level. For some reason, the drink we got here was noticeably sweeter than what we're used to, even with the adjustment we requested. When we asked if they could fix it, they told us we'd need to purchase a whole new drink instead. That was really disappointing, especially since this location is closer to us. Sadly, we won't be coming back. Also regret tipping.

Trying out this new Tea. I'm not sure if I like the teas though. It tasted different even my son agreed with me. The place was clean and neat. Service is good.

10/10 Once again this place is great ! I tried the one in Cali and it didn't disappoint. Glad to have found the Vegas location down the street from my home . Staff were very friendly. Place nice and clean

Gong Cha is really good! My go-to boba flavors are the pearl milk tea and Thai tea -- both are super tasty and I like that I can get them not overly sweet. The boba is always soft and fresh. I also really like their bubble waffles. They're crispy and fun to eat, especially with a drink on the side. Definitely one of my fave spots for boba! Also the workers are really nice :)

Great new boba shop. It has a small seating area. But offer medium, large and even XL drinks. The boba drinks and egg waffles are delicious.

I just realized I've been gatekeeping this place…read more This place out of the 100's of coffee shops in town, is the best coffee no one is coming close. My greedy self thought people are finding out, and parking sucks already there - therefore shut up and don't spread if. Well now thinking about it, I can't do it anymore I got too much love for this place. We come at least once a week, parking can still suck but just be patient (don't even think about parking at AMPM), lines inside can be intimidating but they do a good job pushing through while delivering the nicest possible service..like who ask each customer "have you tried this before? If you haven't they let you try it and remake it if you don't like it" like whaaaat?! And the drinks every single one a knock out. My ranking from favoritest: Coconut Coffee - blended, creamy strong coffee and the perfect about of sweetness. Javacado - very creamy avocado mixing it with Phin coffee is insanely addicting. Cafe Brûlée- Phin coffee with egg, ridiculously good also ridiculously strong. Vanilla Cold Brew - Simple but not plan, when you want no frills but still want the finest. Banana coffee - this is the OG drink that brought me to Phin and made me a monster. The balance of coffee and banana is beautifully done (I'd suggest adding shot). Just go..they deserve all the hype and love.

It didn't appear to be that busy from the outside, but there was a long line inside. Luckily, the line moved by quickly. It's interesting that you inform a staff member what you would like to order, wait for them to get your order out to you and then pay. It was nice as the employee helping us wanted to ensure we liked our drink before we paid for it. So, once our drinks were made, she let us try it and asked if any changes needed to be made before we decided to pay. I ordered the Lavender Matcha Latte, and my boyfriend got the Caphe Sua Da Phin Style. Both drinks were pretty solid. No complaints. I would come back again to try more of their drinks if I was in Las Vegas again. The inside is pretty spacious. Lots of different forms of seating available. There were a few people inside doing work or studying. I imagine it is a good spot to be at when it's not super busy like how it was during EDC week.

You can get sandwiches, rice plates with, tonkatsu and chicken katsu and sukiyaki. Miso soup and salads and much more. But if you want sweet they have soft serve, parfaits and frappes to satisfy your sweet tooth! My friend and I came here for breakfast and I wanted something not too heavy so I went with a Hojicha float with vanilla soft serve and their shrimp avocado sando. I usually just get the Hojicha parfait with mochi but it was kinda too early for that. My friend ordered a matcha latte with the sukiyaki don with soup. My Hojicha float was loaded with vanilla soft serve and the regular size was pretty big. The soft serve was smooth and creamy and paired well with the Hojicha latte. Couldn't go wrong with that, but I felt guilty for having something sweet like that in the morning lol. The shrimp sandwich wasn't that good for the price they were charging. It was almost $10. The avocado spread didn't taste fresh and was browning and the shrimp was mainly on top of sandwich. I should've ordered a more savory bowl instead bc damn! That sandwich was disappointing. My friend enjoyed her order of the matcha latte with the sukiyaki don. She had mentioned it's her go-to order, since she's a LV local. I wish I had more time in Vegas to order a parfait here but we had so many other places to hit on my short visit. This shop is pretty big and spacious, a good place to study and hang out with friends. Plenty of seating and they have a restroom in the back. We went on a Monday so it wasn't busy at all. Ordered took a bit to come out tho. Overall, love nana's! Extra brownie points here because they serve food, but think before getting their shrimp sandwich. They know how to whip up some good matcha and Hojicha lattes and soft serves! Service was decent here, and prices are reasonable. The prices have been pretty consistent with all the other nana shops I've been to. Check them out if you love Hojicha and matcha!

I didn't even bother reading reviews beforehand, I just went and honestly I'm so glad I did because this ended up being one of the biggest surprises of the trip. The parking lot itself was pretty quiet, but there was a steady flow of people going in and out which is usually a good sign. Inside there's plenty of seating and it definitely felt like one of those cafes that could easily become a study/work spotor casual hangout place. I was also really impressed by how big their menu was. They had acai bowls, sandwiches, burritos, toast, milk teas, espresso drinks, and even a jasmine mule that immediately caught my attention. Their mint mojito latte sounded really good too, but I ended up deciding to try a couple drinks from the seasonal menu instead. We got the tiramisu matcha latte and the banana foster latte. The employees were super friendly and checked in to see if we needed help deciding, which honestly felt extra appreciated after being in the car for that long. Our drinks came out pretty quickly and the very first thing I noticed was the cream-to-drink ratio. When I say these drinks were loaded with cream top. I mean loaded. My tiramisu matcha was probably like 20% cream and the banana foster looked almost half cream at first glance. The cream itself is super thick too, not one of those light cold foams that disappears after two sips. But honestly? That tiramisu matcha latte might've just blown a lot of the matcha spots I've tried in San Diego out of the water. The matcha itself was bold, earthy, and very matcha forward, but that thick tiramisu cream on top cut through it perfectly. It made the drink taste rich without becoming overwhelmingly heavy. I literally kept thinking about this drink for the rest of the trip. The banana foster latte was good too, but definitely more of what you'd expect flavor wise. Caramel banana vibes, smooth espresso, solid overall, but the tiramisu matcha completely stole the spotlight for me. My only complaint is honestly just how thick the cream tops are. They're so dense that you kind of have to stir everything together. I'm usually someone who likes to sip both the foam and drink together at the same time, but that wasn't really possible here because the cream barely moves. Still delicious though. I genuinely wish I grabbed another drink on the drive back home because I have not stopped thinking about that tiramisu matcha since. Next time I'm back in Vegas, this is absolutely a spot I'm returning to.
