It was my first time trying Gong Cha and I feel the drinks weren't that good, however I'm open to coming back and trying something different when I'm in the area. I tried 2 different drinks. As a baseline, I always try the regular Black Milk Tea. It didn't have a very strong tea flavor, and was still quite sweet even at 70%. It didn't taste overly milky either, so mostly watery. I'd give it a 2.5/5. Creme Brulee Strawberry Latte -- 4/5 * Tastes kind of like Strawberry Nesquik, but better and more fresh since they use some kind of strawberry purée, and the brûlée topping was nicely caramelized and added some complexity. I don't believe there is any tea in this drink. It was pretty creamy and the layers on the drink were pretty. I'd recommend this drink if you're the mood for strawberry flavor. One good thing is they only charge $1 more to upgrade to a Large size. They also charged 70¢ for no ice which is reasonable since they filled the cup to the top. I ordered my black milk tea no ice, so I could add my own and drink it the next day. The inside was clean and the service was friendly, but there was only one worker when I was there and she seemed a little overwhelmed having to both take orders and make the drinks, but she maintained professionalism and provided good service! read more

Grand Opening of Gong Cha and because we are boba lovers, had to give them a try. Today we tried the lychee smoothie with star jelly 5/5 very refreshing. Lemon Ai-Yu with white pearls and extra ice 4/5, refreshing but on the sweater side. Passion fruit green tea 4/5 too sweet will adjust next time. All our drinks were delicious and yes, we would come back again and try other menu options. They also serve bubble waffles. Brand new, bright and friendly service, no seating inside during grand opening. *Update, came the following week and plenty of seating inside. I went for Mango Boba which was super nice, except boba pearl they had little peaces of mango which was super tasty. I should go for less sweetness than regular, since this was to sweet for me. But texture and taste was super tasty. Medium boba was around 7 dollars. I left my phone number and already received message that I have 2 $ off next purchase. Which is such a nice perk. I am really happy that we have a Gong Cha here now, this is one of my sister's favorite tea shops in OC area. We opted for the peach milk tea which was amazing. I love my teas to taste really fragrant usually opt for jasmine milk green tea, or herbal teas. Gong cha's teas really hit the spot. Service was good, we just used the self service kiosk which was easy to use. I remember they were really friendly when they finished making my drink. I like the interior and ambiance they had a lot of cute knick knacks on display and the place is clean and tidy. Love how we have a aom many awesome options in the SW Area. read more

Welcome Gong Cha to the Southwest of Vegas! Gong Cha originated from Taiwan and has developed an international fanbase. This is their second Vegas location. They celebrated their grand opening this weekend with a BOGO deal on their top 10 drinks as well as various little prizes. What a delicious welcoming. I knew I had to try Gong Cha ever since I first saw it in Asia. So we came to try this newest boba place out today. It was popping with customers. The line was out the door. There was so much commotion there was even a small fender bender right outside the storefront when we arrived. For the BOGO grand opening deal, you have a limit of 2 drinks per customer (so technically 4). Their top 10 drinks include dirty brown milk tea, pearl milk tea, taro milk tea, milk foam green tea, passionfruit green tea, strawberry milk tea, matcha tea latte, lemon ai-yu white pearl, earl grey milk tea with 3 j's (boba, grassy jelly, and pudding), and mango milk slush. We decided to try the earl grey milk tea, taro milk tea, and passionfruit green tea. The drinks were good, but not the BEST as of yet. Maybe they're new and they were overloaded with customers, so they can only get better. But as of now, I still like Brew Tea Bar more. The earl grey was not as good in flavor as other places I've had, but there also aren't many places that offer this unique flavor. The taro milk tea and passionfruit green teas were standard. With every purchase today you also get to spin the wheel for more goodies. We wound up with 2 free slushies! I'm excited to come back and try more drinks. read more

Love Gong Cha and we usually go to the Spring Mountain location, where we always order the same drink with the same sweetness level. For some reason, the drink we got here was noticeably sweeter than what we're used to, even with the adjustment we requested. When we asked if they could fix it, they told us we'd need to purchase a whole new drink instead. That was really disappointing, especially since this location is closer to us.
