I wish I had more time in Vegas to order a parfait here but we had so many other places to hit on my short visit. You basically wait until each customer group has tried and tested all the flavors they want until they move on to the next customer. I think that multiple customer groups can be testing flavors at once, with some making quicker decisions than others. One thing I noticed the entire time I was there was that there was constantly a line, which honestly says a lot about how popular this place is.
