The lack of communication, urgency, and basic customer service was extremely frustrating. Mistakes happen, but being ignored and having to chase down an order that should have been handled is not acceptable. I hope the team can improve their service and attention to customers.

Inside the shop, it is small and there is very limited seating. But you can take your bowl with you and eat it around doco, which I think is the better option unless it's hot. The bowl itself was great. It tasted fresh and the fruit was good. I like the crunch from the granola and nuts and the scoop of a almond butter added great texture and flavor. The banana was good as well. Acai fresh in Davis is still my #1 bowl, but this is still a great alternative. I'll make time to come back, maybe after another gym session.
