Very good healthy eats! The service was excellent as Andy was very helpful to guide through all the steps! There are plenty of seating within the restaurant. The restaurant might smell a bit more oily so would recommend to do take out if you don't want the oil smell to yuor clothes

When we got there we were told right away to go the screen and order from there, we were the only people. Later I saw other people who were able to order at the front, not sure why the staff didn't want to take our order. Ordered the AAA angus beef and was hoping the meat to be tender but it was very chewy. Not sure I would come back.

    New Superfoods rice option!

This organic purple rice option is impressive on my vegan bowl. I opted for organic hemp seeds to be sprinkled at the end instead of organic tofu. Was not an option however they did accommodate. *Ensure to ask for vegan side of the grill or you could taste the meat grilled before you.

When we want "fast-food" that feels more like restaurant quality, this is where we go. Similar in concept to a lot of "choose your own ingredients with rice or noodles" that you'd typically see in a food court, this place just goes the extra mile with fresh ingredients, a large variety of sauces, and freshly cooked in front of you on a large teppanyaki grill. With generous portions, I'm full on a regular or large bowl (the only real difference being that you get 50% more protein with the large) Last visit 8/30/2023 Regular bowl with tofu on noodles, Mongolian curry: milder for those averse to extreme spice, 4.25 stars Regular bowl with pork, on Jasmine rice: I normally get brown rice, but just wanted to try how Jasmine worked with the curry sauce. I get Big Shaun's mix (Thai Red Curry, Hunan, Coconut Lime Leaf), be warned it's a touch spicy. I tried the Korean Spicy sauce once, and that was too hot). But the Jasmine rice allowed for more of the curry flavour to show through. The pork in particular is really suited to Teppanyaki grilling. 4.5 stars Good Berry smoothie: basically a mix of berry slush and oj. Delicious, if not a bit pricy for such a small drink, but the $6 coupon (which actually came up at $6.70) made it much more palatable than the $9 price tag. 4.5 stars Overall 9/10, 4.5 stars Recommended: Everything we order Definitely cleaner tasting than fast food!

Loved the vibes the moment I walked in. It was bright, clean, and easy to order as the instructions were clear! Got 2 regular bowls, one with A.J's Mix (Teriyaki, Chipotle Coconut, And Hunan) and another with Young Savage Mix (Thai Red Curry, Hunan, And Spicy Korean). I loved how everything was super fresh, but I was unfortunately not a fan of the sauces. It didn't seem to mesh well and I think I'd likely try the basic flavours instead of the pre-built sauce mixes! Really enjoyed the two smoothies that we got, Good Berry and Mango Magic - super refreshing! I think this would be a great place for a post workout meal as everything they have is fresh, natural and highly nutritious!

Do you want to eat healthy and look SIZZLING HOT? Good Bowl in Richmond serves up a flavourful customizable healthy bowl of high quality proteins and fresh cut vegetables stir fried on a super sizzling hot flat grill with home made sauces. Add a smoothie or juice and an energy bite to create a full meal that will keep you satisfied throughout the day. The food in the bowl stayed extremely hot even after all the picture taking. We had friendly staff to answer our questions if you are unsure of how to order. The restaurant was very clean and modern looking. There is also free "street" parking. On the table: Regular Goodbowl - AAA Certified Angus beef. Kale, spinach, baby bok choy, cabbage, pineapple, bean sprouts, red onion, mushroom, carrots, corn, green beans, red pepper, cauliflower, zucchini, celery, broccoli, egg noodles. AJ's Mix (Teriyaki, chipotle coconut and hunan) Sesame seeds. Fresh squeezed juice 16 oz regular - Apple, carrot, orange, celery, pineapple.

Goodbowl is a great option for customizable bowls if you are looking for a healthier bite. The space is clean and spacious, the ingredients are visibly fresh, and the staff are incredibly polite (especially their store manager Gurpreet!). I had such a wonderful time dining here (been here on multiple occasions now) and would recommend: 1. Adding a fried egg to your bowl 2. Trying their smoothies, I prefer these over their juices! 3. Ordering their energy bites Love feeling good after having a good meal :)

Horrible, near inedible. Long 35-40 min. wait after paying/ordering. Complete disorganization. The vegies were past soggy over cooked. Out of green beans. Too much lemon grass ginger sauce, rice was saturated. (very sour after taste) Burnt taste of all the mushy vegs. (spinach, cauliflower, broccoli visibly burnt too) Worst bitter tasting dish, didn't have soya sauce when asked. Waste of $15 times 2 (companion's wasn't much better) Just gawd awful, never again.

Feels extremely healthy and there are vegetarian options for vegetarian lovers out there this definitely is an amazing spot. Although do ask for some salt so you can add on top. Taste extra delicious with that. The price is reasonable. Love the proportions of the meal. Customer service was amazing as well :).

Beef with wild rice. Two citrus sauces. Egg on top. Yummy.

Been twice. Fabulous service. Delicious. A great variety of options. Had veggie first time. Second time was the beef. Both cooked perfectly. Our new fave was place. Five stars.

Hei Hei Rice Roll is legit good, totally recommend, even my daughter too, I thought of her ( since she LOVES rice roll and couldn't make it on this trip with me) while enjoying these roll but when I shared with her the photos and mention that we will go back here with her- she already visited. She said it was so good! Hei Hei Rice Roll is located at the Richmond Public Market, oh wow - this place is really popular, on the 2nd visit I was the first in line then the line wasn't so long but while waiting for our order, the line got super long. I was lucky I didn't wait long in line. Best to arrive early. I am not sure what the secret to the rice roll but Wow, it's so thin, silky, smooth texture with the toppings, so great together. The last 2 times we had rice roll with my daughter at Portland and Seattle- followed per Instagram reels- those did not even compare to these rolls. My first visit I got the combo which is the best deals, starts at $15.50 but depends on what you select for the selection for rice rolls and congee. I got the pork & preserved egg congee, shrimp, mushroom, pork rice roll. The 2nd visit I got the combo again, with liver & preserved egg congee, scallop and shrimp rice rolls, but I got my order wrong for the roll- they missed the shrimp. fyi-I found out that bean sprout, corn, toppings are free! Both combo came out to $17. super cheap! Cash only, they take USD but its the same dollar $ value. I wish they take credit cards, hehe. & the Verdict: Yummy, the congee hits the spot for comfort food, loved how it is cooked and they add peanuts too. Love the packet of sauce for the rice rolls, the umami-ness, so good. Best to eat it hot and fresh! Don't forget to ask for chili sauce, to add that extra spicy kick! For now, I am not sure I'll ever find a spot that is closest to Hei Hei for my congee and rice roll fix until I get to visit Richmond, BC again.

Both liangpis which are cold chewy noodles were flavourful and had a great texture (I think I'd recommend classic if it's your first time!) What blew me away was the biang biang soup, the pork pieces were generous and the vinegarness of the soup was very unique.
