I've been here twice now and the service is always very fast. It's been pretty quiet both times, though, with only a few people there one of the times I've gone. They have outdoor seating as well as a few seats inside. The gorditas are served well and they don't skimp on the fillings, which is great. I had high hopes for these gorditas after seeing them on social media but was a bit disappointed. The carne asada is kinda bland and not much flavor to it. There are probably other meats that are better but I got two asadas and couldn't finish the second one. I needed to drench it in salsa and wished I had some lemon. I went to this place based on a review done by Mexipapa. I was disappointed that my gorditas did look like the ones he got. His looked stuffed. The Chicharron was meaty and a little spicy, not over the top. The Chorizo was also delicious. We ate there, and sat outside on the picnic tables, the ladies in the truck were really nice, and patient while we decided which gordita to try. We took a Carne Asada and Chile con rajas gordita for the folks who stayed home. Those were good too. My only, and this is minor, drawback was that the meat was heavy on top, so you didn't get the beans or beans and rice (ASADA Gordita) until you got to the bottom. I stopped coming here because its not good. ONLY one id probably ever get again is the rajas. Its not bad but it just needs more flavor. The chicharon and the asada were just gross. If you want the chicharrón, expect soggy and unflavorful. If you get the asada you just made the biggest mistake. Its CHUNKS of unflavored meat that is very undercooked. I had to throw it away, the meat was too pink. I was expecting thinly sliced meat or at least some crispyness, looks like they took those big aa chunks from a water caldo. read more
