We enjoyed our meal. It's been a few years since we've eaten at this location. We had a 5 pm reservation on a Thursday. We arrived early but they couldn't seat us until 5 pm as that's when more servers start working. No worries - returned at 5 and got seated near the kitchen. It was a bit loud here be we're also in a casino, so noise is hard to escape. Our server was pleasant, got us water right away and took our order. The 2 of us shared the French Onion Burger with Fries. We ordered our burger medium rare and it came out perfect! Also, the burger dipped in the Jus was amazing. Expensive burger but very tasty and for us - a perfect size to share.
It was a good burger, not sure if it is worth the price but it may be worth it to give it a try. The server was ok. Barely spoke to us and did not check on us. Someone else brought out our drinks and food. We just saw here when we sat, when we said what we wanted and when we paid. The ambiance was not anything like Hells Kitchen. Staff were not attentive and the site was more rundown. The fire feature was cool. I mentioned it was a special occasion but unlike Hells Kitchen, the staff did not notice or help us feel special in any way. Maybe they were all tired. The staff did seem to enjoy being there all in all though as they seemed to have good relationships with one another. Be sure you have the right Gordon Ramsay Burger location as for some reason there were two within a mile of each other. We just put Gordon Ramsay Burger in our phone and ended up at the other location. They could have offered to move the reservation but they didn't and we speed walked to the correct spot in 10 minutes. On us for not confirming but my guess is that this must happen all the time.
Came here to try the burger sorry I did. Since it has Gordon's name figured would be a decent burger and reviews seemed decent. I got the Wellington burger which isn't in menu and basically comes with mushroom pate. Not sure how they could mess up mushrooms but they did. Very off putting taste. Had to scrape it all off and even then burger just wasn't good. Bun was almost a stale consistency and beef not seasoned well at all. Wife got the burger with jalapeños. She also wasn't impressed. Same bad bun and again burger flavor just off. The only saving grace were the fries and onion rings. This is why not a one star. But the burger was bad. When I say literally any burger would have been better I mean any burger even McDonald's. Upset I wasted a Vegas meal here. Very disappointed.
Came here before last year and got the burger which was great. Got the chicken Caesar salad this time around and it was very meh. Yes, I know why come to a burger place and order a salad. Its 107 out and wanted something light. So yes, mistakes were made. The salad wasn't bad but for 28$ I could have gotten much better. Service was great otherwise appetizers were delicious and it always a good vibe when we do come here. But yeah, lesson learned.
We made a reservation, so we didn't have to wait in line! It was busy as usual, but this time it took a while before our server came to take our order. The burgers were just as amazing as I remembered. It looks like they updated the menu and added some new items, which was nice to see. I always order my fries with no salt because it guarantees a fresh batch. Their regular fries sometimes taste like they've been sitting under the heat lamp for too long and get a little dry. My trick worked--the fries came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The jalapeño poppers were also really good and definitely worth trying. The service was a little slower than my last visit, but the food was still excellent. If you're coming here, I highly recommend making a reservation and giving the jalapeño poppers a try.
Delicious food, just on the pricier side. But then again, you gotta remember that this is a Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Vegas... The place was clean and very organized. Our server was very friendly and approachable. However, service was a little slow so be ready to wait a bit for your food to come out. What we got: Wellington Burger with strawberry shake 24 Hour Burger Sticky Toffee Pudding Ice Cream Sandwich My favorite was the Wellington Burger--it was unique enough that you'd probably not be able to have the same burger anywhere else. I liked that you can still very much taste the beef even with everything else on the burger. It just made the perfect bite. The 24 Hour Burger was okay. The patty got lost in everything that was in the burger and I wasn't a huge fan of that. The bacon was a tad overcooked too, I thought. It wasn't crispy anymore, just hard and tough to bite/chew. One thing of note with the burgers though is that they cooked the patties to perfection. We asked for medium for both the burgers we ordered and they nailed the cook on them. The Sticky Toffee Pudding Ice Cream Sandwich was pure and utter bliss, and one of the best desserts you can have. I've always been a huge fan of GR's sticky toffee pudding and this version of his specialty dessert surely did not disappoint. The brown butter ice cream was heavenly. Make sure to make a reservation if you don't want to line up outside and wait a long time before you can sit down and eat. We made a reservation for our dinner on a weekend and only waited about 5 minutes or so before they had us seated.
Went to the Gordon Ramsay for a light lunch since we just woke up and started our morning. We order the Farmhouse burger with truffle fries. It was big enough for us to share. It was delicious and it fulfilled our appetite. I always love eating here since the burgers are all tasty. Customer service was quite slow considering it was on a Monday . Besides us, there were only a few of customers there. Our waiter took quite some time to refill our water and to bring our check out to us. I deducted a star for the slow service but overall my food was delish.
Very disappointed in this visit because this is was my regular spot to come in every time I visited Vegas !! since it opened. I was amazed how delicious the food is, but now really disappointed, I think Gordon Ramsay has to visit and see for himself and the restaurant wasn't even busy
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend checking it out, but it falls just short of five stars. The Bloody Mary was the best I've ever had. It's an absolute must-order if you visit. It was packed with flavor and loaded with delicious garnishes. The fish sandwich was unique and surprisingly delicious. It was different from your typical fish sandwich and ended up being one of my favorite things we ordered. The burger was good, but it wasn't anything to rave about. Considering the price, I expected more. The burgers are definitely overpriced for what you get. The onion rings were crispy, well-seasoned, and a great appetizer. The atmosphere was fun, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, I'd absolutely come back for the Bloody Mary, fish sandwich, and onion rings. If you're going for the famous burger, just be prepared to pay a premium for a burger that's good--but not unforgettable.
Overall, a solid experience. I ordered the Pop It Like It's Hot Burger ($36), which comes with pepper jack cheese, a jalapeño popper, bacon, and hot peppers. The flavors were delicious with just the right amount of spice, but the burger was a little dry, the bun wasn't very soft, and the food was served warm instead of hot. The "Oh Bloody Hell" Bloody Mary was the star of the meal. Made with Absolut Peppar vodka, Bloody Mary mix, crispy prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, and basil, it was creative, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. Service was excellent--our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant wasn't very busy, the line moved quickly, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. A few improvements to the food temperature and burger texture would easily make this a 5-star visit, but I'd still come back to try more of the menu.
Located inside Planet Hollywood on the strip. Great menu items and great service. It's one of my regular stops when I'm in Vegas since they serve great appetizers, entrees and delicious milkshakes, so whether a snack, meal, or dessert, it's satisfying! The line can get long, but the vibe is loud and fun so you may not notice. Don't leave without trying the English Toffee Shake!
This was my second trip to Gordon Ramsay Burger. I had friends tell me it had gotten better, so I decided to try it again. The people I went with were just as disappointed as I was on my first trip and so was I. This is not high quality burgers. It is overpriced burgers with a celebrity name on it. The 4 of us in our group went around the table and asked how they would rate the burgers. All around 3 stars. Edible yes, but for $130 for 4 burgers I expect more, including tasty French fries. I recommend going elsewhere for a good burger on the strip. Also note there is no kids menu. So little ones don't have options to for smaller meals.
Probably one of the best burger I had in my life! That is a statement. I had the hell's kitchen burger. It was created simple but packed with flavor! There is something I can't explain but it was very delicious. The fries is so good and very addictive. We also had the footlong hotdog sandwich and it was also good. Also in our order was the idiot sandwich. Oh men very delicious but the burger really stands out the most. Their side salad was so appetizing. Very fresh and clean. Service was excellent. Excellent crew they got there. The place is so clean and classy. It's like a Burger fine dining restaurant. The only thing that threw me off is the price. Believe I got the Stout Burger with Just Fries combo. You are definitely paying for the name. This is one of those one and done places that you have to visit while in Vegas if you're a fan of Gordon Ramsay. We waited quite awhile in line to be seated and then another half an hour for them to grill our burger. Needless to say, the burger was pretty good since I was starving, but I don't think I would put myself through this a second time unless I had money and time to spare while in Vegas. read more
Made a reservation for 5 online for a Friday night. We got there early since we know it's at planet Hollywood but not exactly where. The entrance to the restaurant is next to the entrance of the hotel. There was a long line to the side but with reservation I was able to walk straight to the hostess and get seated at my reservation time. Our food took 30 minutes to come which our server did warn us about. The burgers were about $30-$50. The food and fries were very very filling and they were the best burgers I've ever had! The truffle burger which has blue cheese and mushrooms was so good even though I normally don't like those ingredients. The meat in all of the burgers was so soft and juicy. Definitely recommend this restaurant even if you don't care much about celebrity restaurants and just looking for a good kinda expensive burger. read more

Our first stop after landing in Vegas. It did not disappoint!! Long lines and wait staff indicated an hour long wait for those without reservations; however, waited less than an hour. Restaurant spacious and full of customers. Our waiter was pleasant and updated us on the status of our order. Food took longer than usual and the burger, while cooked to our liking, was not hot, temperature wise. We think it must have been sitting on the counter for a while. My Truffle Burger was savory and the truffle not too overpowering. Enhanced the flavor of the meat. Portion size was perfect; however, Truffle fries and onion rings small. Gordon Ramsey is one of my favorite celebrities & so, I was sooooooo excited to visit his restaurants in Vegas. This was also my very first Gordon Ramsey restaurant.... and unfortunately... really disappointing , which kind of breaks my heart to say!!! Fries were oily and not crispy, onion rings were literally stuck together in an oily glob (legit you pick up 1 and the whole thing is stuck), and the burgers were just... ok. The best part of the meal were the wings which definitely were some of the better wings we had. Bill came out to over $100 for 2 burgers, 2 sides, and wings... left underwhelmed and really sad. We've eaten here on other occasions, but this late February '26 visit topped them ALL! Two individuals went all out to ensure an unforgettable dining experience! Victoria, hostess, was the sweetest, most genuinely personable hostess on the Strip. Paul Bauer was an exquisite server all the way around. My second time here and it was a good experience as it was the first time came. I was with some business friends who were visiting and they chose this place and I was all good for this choice. I like the vibe of this place it has a very lively charm about it. Kristen was our waitress- she took care of us and made sure to check in every so often to make sure we had everything we needed. Two of us had the backyard burger with fries. Very good and nicely seasoned and cooked the way I like it. I'm a fan of the Gordon Ramsay restaurants here in Vegas and been to every one of them. Loved everything about this place. Went on a Friday night with a couple of friends and it was busy. Wait time wasn't long at all . Ambiance was great music was good. Long time viewer, first time eater. I've had Gordon Ramsay Burger Las Vegas and its prior name on my Yelp bookmarks for ages, and I finally decided to stop in today to check something off the proverbial bucket list. Still located at the closest entrance when walking from Bellagio into Planet Hollywood, this is one of the longstanding and relatively more budget-friendly spots to get your angry celebrity chef food on. Although I was really tempted to order an Idiot Sandwich (yes, it's a real menu item), I had to order a burger instead. I went with the Blue Cheeseburger ($26.99) since it sounded the most interesting, although I may have accidentally ignored the Specialty Burgers section. Regardless, it was a great choice. The brioche bun was soft but sturdy. The patty was a loose but not-fall-aparty grind, and it was cooked medium-rare as requested. The arugula was fresh, and the combination of cheeses, fig jam, and vinegar reduction added a lot of flavor without being too overpowering. It ended up being one of the best burgers I've had in a while. My Truffle Parmesan Fries ($12.99 standalone, or +$4.99 to upgrade from Just Fries with burgers / other entrees) were actually also quite good. They don't have as hard a crispy exterior as I usually prefer, but it did keep a light crispy texture for a long time without even being floured. The freshly shaved cheese was fun too. The truffle aioli actually had bits of black truffle floating around in it, while the regular ketchup was useful for adding a touch of sweetness to the mouthful. I got a Fresh Brewed Iced Tea ($6.99) to enjoy with my meal. It was on the light side but they did provide a small lemon wedge, a selection of sweeteners to use as you'd like, and a second full glass when my first one was getting empty. The atmosphere is loud but not super loud. The lighting is decent, and I picked the counter to sit at specifically because I could tell that there was overhead lighting to help with my food pics. It wasn't too crowded to get a seat in the late afternoon, thankfully. Despite the Strip location and pricing, I have to say that I'm kinda looking forward to returning to Gordon Ramsay Burger to try something else. You can find some local restaurant burgers that are cheaper, but I can't shy away from rating a delicious burger appropriately. read more

This place is within planet Hollywood. I made a reservation and came here a bit early with kids to catch the O show across the street. But we came in a bit too early. Though the restaurant was not filled and we were 30 min to our time, they didn't let us in. No worries. We shopped around and came back in time for our reserved time. We sat pretty close to the kitchen. So I can watch the kitchen. The menu that evening was somehow different from their menu online. I can't exactly recall what we ordered. I got the deluxe version of the burger and they accommodated my request to replace my bread with lettuce wrap. I got a side salad to go with my 'burger'. Ordered their truffle fries and nachos. Then we waited.... And waited.... The kitchen got quiet. 40 min... no food... Actually no food ever came out of the kitchen. At one point, all waiters and waitresses were in the kitchen.... Then the manager dropped by apologizing their kitchen was changing shifts. I guess somehow the transition was not going alright. Once the new crew were in, they pushed out the food super fast. My burger and fries showed up first.... Nachos went out the last. Food was good though. We all enjoyed the food. People are okay too. Just that at the back of mind I could hear Gordon Ramsay yelling... it was very unusual to wait about 45 min for what we ordered.. not sure if we would revisit again. read more

Its a Gordon Ramsey restaurant in Miracle Mile so my expectations were high. The street corn dip is quite good. Served with blue corn chips it is lightly spicy and nice. I decided to try his backyard burger. The burger was a typical burger but a bit under base seasoned for me. Parmesaen Truffle fries were okay. Service was really good. Never ate at a Ramsay restaurant before and had somewhat high hopes. A burger sounded a little heavy at the moment, so went for one of my go-to's whenever I see it on a menu: the fish sandwich. The presentation was beautiful, the bread and fixings were tasty, but I have to say it was one of the blandest pieces of fish I've ever had. I was actually kind of shocked considering this was a $30+ sandwich with a celebrity name attached to it. Also, when I was leaving, the staff all seemed to be enjoying talking to eachother, cuz not one person thanked me as i was leaving, including the multiple at the host stand i walked right past to exit. Hopefully the burgers here and his fish and chips spot are better, cuz for the price I'd honestly get the fish filet from McDonald's over this one. read more

I had Gordon Ramsay burger twice while I was in Vegas. The first time was Sunday night. It was about an hour wait until we got into the restaurant. Once we were seated we were notified that it would take an additional 30 mins for the food to come out. Honestly the time went by really fast. Our server Brittney was super attentive and nice. She constantly checked up on us and provided great recommendations. The portion size is really good, my burger was huge! The second time I ordered for food to be delivered to my room. It's a bit pricy to have it delivered but it was worth it. I got a fried fish sandwich and couldn't finish the whole thing. I definitely recommend this place if you are craving a burger. read more

Fries were done well. I loved those. Burger was good and a pretty good size. However, $27 for one burger is pretty steep. I did eat it over 2 meals, but still. That is very expensive and I understand why. It was cool to experience but I wouldn't go back. Don't get me wrong. The burger is delicious, just pricey. The toffee shake was okay. The 24-Hour Burger and Farmhouse Burger? Absolutely nailed it. The flavors were on point--juicy, perfectly cooked patties with just the right toppings that made each bite better than the last. The fries were crispy and golden, exactly what you hope for when you order fries, and trust me, they did not disappoint. Overall, the food was fabulous and lived up to the Gordon Ramsay name. Our waiter? Super friendly and attentive at the start. He knew his stuff and made great recommendations. But as the place started getting busier, he pulled a disappearing act and left us hanging for a bit. No harm done--we've all been in busy spots before--but it did leave us wondering if we'd been temporarily forgotten in burger bliss. Thankfully, the food made up for it! Now, let's talk about the biggest issue besides the volume: the air quality. Despite the restaurant having a no-smoking policy, the smell of smoke was inescapable. It's like the casino decided to join us for dinner. There's smoke wafting in from the casino floor, turning the restaurant into a low-key smoking area without the ashtrays. I get that it's hard to control that with the open layout, but it's a huge turnoff for anyone trying to enjoy a meal without feeling like they're sitting the middle of a smoked filled hookah lounge, however to each is own. Would I come back? Not for dine-in, that's for sure. As amazing as the food was, the smoky atmosphere and extremely loud environment kind of killed the vibe. But for takeout? Absolutely. I'd grab those burgers to-go in a heartbeat. Great food, just better enjoyed away from the secondhand casino experience. read more

No - They want you to tip. Service is great
