The service was incredible and the food was legit. Let me recommend with the utmost urgency, the BRUSSELS SPROUTS side dish! I literally think you could have that by itself for dinner and be very very happy with your choice. Finally, I must say that we were kindly addressed by the general manager Daniel Ellery, and I was so impressed at his manner and kindness to us. When I arrived for my 5:30pm reservation it was not at all busy. Maybe six other tables. But, service was still very slow. My server was polite but seemed to have a lot of other tables. The shrimp in the "jumbo shrimp cocktail" were tiny. The American Waygu filet was excellent and cooked exactly as I had requested. The creamed corn was also delicious. They have a nice list of wine by the glass. It took a loooong time to get the bill after I had finished eating. My server disappeared for about 20 minutes. Nice guy, but not very attentive. On a recent trip to Las Vegas I had the privledge of dining at Strip House Steakhouse and was very pleased. First the ambiance was very cool, i expected to see someone in a zoot suit. Wonderful atmosphere throughout the restaurant using early 1900's black and white photos of actors and actresses to adorn the walls. Soft candle lighting making for a private ambiance. This experience was the highlight of my trip in Vegas. Started out with a private room for my friends and I. The waiter was knowledgeable and kind. I was having flight troubles and was on hold for a while with my airline and my phone was about to die, the waiter told me he had a charger and would take my phone to charge and periodically check for it on hold so I could enjoy my time there. Just incredible service! All the portions of the appetizers was solid and the steak.... OH the steak was marbleized wonderfully and cooked to perfection. There was plenty of seating and it was full! We came here for the baked Alaska. It was my birthday and this is what I was craving for. Super glad they had it and it tasted amazing! We wanted just the baked Alaska but I saw the oysters on the menu and couldn't resist. The oysters were very tasty with the cheese, garlic, and big pieces inside too. We were also served bread too. The baked Alaska was the moment we were waiting for after. Our waiter came and poured the rum on top with the flames immediately roaring and cool to watch. I ordered a Blood orange Cosmopolitan which was really good and had me buzzing before I finished.,Ordered Ruby mule and it was just as good. Menu was basically set just complete the order. I wanted a steak and thought I would have to leave Planet Hollywood because Cafe Hollywood was less than delicious. However when I looked up good steak, it suggested Strip Club. Great, I won't have to walk. I tried to make a reservation online, to get my Open Table points, but it would not give me a reservation for 4 hours. I tried my luck and walked in a half hour later to a lot of empty tables. THE best crab cake I've tasted in a long while! I won't say the best, only because I lived in Maryland once upon a time. I had the boneless ribeye. I should have gone for the smaller wagyu. They burned it, with me asking for medium well. I had to send it back; it came back perfect. Meanwhile, I ate my perfect baked potato. I was full by the time I finished, or I would have purchased the creme rules or key lime pie. Great service! read more

I was at the Planer Hollywood for the Last Usual Suspect Gathering!! And I was Craving a Steak !!! So I rolled to the Strip House with my Posse !!! We asked for a Table for 4 and got one Immediately!!! Our Server Presented us with Menus and Glasses of Water and Hot Towels!!! I perused the Menu then Ordered a Garden Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing and a Calamari Appetizer!!! For my Main Course I ordered a Tomahawk Steak Medium Rare ! My Garden Salad came out 7 Minutes Later and it was Delicious and well made definitely a Generous Portion!!! Out Next was the Calamari it was a Good Sized Portion and it came with a nice Dipping Sauce !! Delicious!!! Last but not least was the Tomahawk Steak !!! I cut it with my Knife and it was Amazing !!!! Perfectly Cooked!!! I Savored Every Piece!!! That damn Steak was Heaven on Earth!!! Service was Excellent and Attentive!!! We had the opportunity to visit the Strip House Steakhouse. Our food, customer service, and ambiance were PERFECT! Our waiter, Joshua was great. He recommended great cuts of steak to us. We ordered what he suggested. We loved how our steaks were cooked. The steak was so tender we could cut it with a fork. All of our sides were great. My husband ordered the macaroni and cheese. He loved it. I have a food allergy to wheat. Our waiter Joshua took every precaution to make sure my meal was cooked without wheat. The manager called me the next day to see how my meal was. I thought that was very nice of him. This is our third time visiting this great restaurant. We will be returning to Las Vegas in the near future. We had the most lovely experience on our last night in Vegas for my birthday trip. We spontaneously decided to try this amazing steak house in our hotel, planet Hollywood, and we couldn't have picked a better place. We were first greeted by the sweetest hostess. We were there a couple minutes before they opened and she was so sweet asking us if we were celebrating anything and making sure she knew why we were there. She sat us in the perfect corner booth seat. The ambiance was very classy high end Vegas steakhouse with every detail perfect to the T. The butter even had their logo on top of it. The little touches were perfect. Our sweet hostess came out to the table with a handwritten beautiful birthday card for me and set it at the table. Our server Ryan was the best server we've ever had. He was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and we really really enjoyed talking with him and sharing our Vegas experiences thus far. It was absolutely the best dinner to end our trip. Ryan had the bartender make me a custom pineapple mojito and it was wonderful! We will never forget Ryan and we want to go back someday just to have him as our server. What An Amazing Dinner, a hidden gem in our own hotel that we stayed at. The ambiance is amazing,red walls with 1930's style pinups on the walls. But the food, wow what can I say we ordered a 4 course meal and then also ordered an entree on the side which was the lobster and 8oz filet. And wow was all of that beyond amazing ! This is our second visit to the Strip House, but first time bringing our kids with us (13 & 11). They were just as happy with the experience as we were, even though there was not a truly petite option on the steak my youngest did justice to the 8 oz (smallest on menu). It was beautifully cooked and seasoned, the best my husband said he's had at a restaurant in ages. He's actually got a broken arm right now and it was so tender, he could still cut it himself! For the sides, the Strip House potatoes were amazing as usual and the desert was decadent. We will be back next visit to Vegas for sure. read more

Gelato was excellent covered in the meringue that tasted like a toasted marshmallow after they lit the rum poured over the top. OMG! Then the caramel sauce was the perfect topping! Hubby had a New Steak and I had a Ribeye, both steaks cooked to absolute perfection! I will say they are HEAVILY peppered... do know that and all for it to be lightened up if that's your preference. I don't generally mind peppered but this was over the top for me and despite trying to scrape the crust it was just too much. Another steak was quickly brought out and cooked to perfection as well. They handled it so well and it was appreciated, I enjoyed my meal immensely! We ordered a side of corn with pancetta and skipped the panko to make it gluten friendly and the house potatoes as recommended were fantastic along with the corn.
