    Bone Marrow Pho
    Kathleen B.

The pho here is honestly one of the best in Salt Lake City. rich broth, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked noodles. I did order the bone marrow, but it was a bit disappointing since it was mostly beef knuckle with barely a teaspoon of actual marrow. Still, the house pho itself completely made up for it. Definitely worth coming back for!

    Mango Tropical

First time. I ordered the mango tropical with boba. It tasted good, though I wish it had a bit more flavor and a more chewy boba. The staff was kind and suggested some drinks to us. There was plenty of seating - bench style. All seating is inside. There's also plenty of parking as this place located in a plaza. Also, yes, there is a bathroom at this location.

It's been a minute since I've came here. Lots of things have changed on their menu! One of my favorite drinks is the pistachio boba! I love how creamy it is! The boba is always nice and chewy! Like that their smoothies aren't as icy anymore and are creamy!

Love gossip, one of my favorite places to get pho because the bowls are so large haha. but my favorite are their appetizers-- especially the rice cake!!! the servers are always working hard to make sure our food is good and our waters are filled. the clean the tables quickly when people are waiting for a table. and the restaurant itself is usually pretty lively and it's fun to go there with friends!

    Mango delight blended was amazing!!!

The food as always was amazing! And absolutely loved the boba. Service is quick and the atmosphere is quaint!

Never disappoints as usual! I was greeted quickly and politely and I got my smoothie fast! I went to try boba elsewhere, and the flavors were so limited.

Tons of boba and milk tea flavors and combos to choose from!!!

Best boba drinks around!!! I have heard this statement before and after visiting and trying various flavors I agree it is the best. They have so many flavors to choose from and even have creative combinations that isn't typically seen elsewhere. The smoothies are blended well (no ice chunks) and they aren't super sweet so or have a fake taste which has me coming back. They also serve up Vietnamese food and rate well in my book. I like their spring rolls too, they use both pork chashu and shrimp in theirs. Beef pho has a really nice flavor to it. One star deduction because sometimes their service can be slow. Once called I'm a take out order and was quoted 30 mins, showed up and still waited another 45 mins for my food.

My last few visits at Gossip have been excellent, so here's a well deserved five stars! If you're just coming in for a drink, they've got a counter to order at with a couple tables on the right side of the restaurant and a dining section with waiter service on the left side of the restaurant. My two favorite boba drinks are the White Chocolate Banana Coconut and the Tropical Mix. I also sometimes add coconut jelly for an extra 25 cents since it's so good. These drinks are perfect for dessert. When I'm dining in, I'm obsessed with the Catfish in a Claypot dish when it's available and when I'm not in a hurry since it takes 15 minutes longer to make than everything else. The catfish is marinated in this sweet and salty sauce and it's served with steamed white rice. Definitely give it a try if you like catfish, just be careful with the bones. I also really like their egg rolls, egg noodle soup, pho, and rice dishes! I honestly haven't had a bad meal here in as long as I can remember.

    Taro and strawberry mango boba

They've got the best boba in town. They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from. You can get milk teas and refreshing fruit flavors. You get to choose if you want the ice blended (so the drink is the consistency of a slushie) or uncrushed. I really enjoy the peach tropical, but unfortunately, they're oftentimes out of peach. I like opting for any of the drinks with some type of berry, such as the strawberry mango. It's got a nice blend of sweetness and a tart zing. I mainly drop by for a boba drink as a dessert and dine in less often. They've got some of my favorite restaurant fried eggrolls! They're really crunchy and a guilty pleasure. The fish sauce that comes with as a dip is also always good. They've got a full menu of Vietnamese and Chinese dishes. Their pho is a good pick, so is the vermicelli with bbq pork. Always large portions, you may have to take some home, and you'll definitely feel full.

The filet mignon pho is now officially over $20 :,(. Still a decent deal, but I used to love to brag about that price tag to friends. They have a large menu, and you can't go wrong. We recently tried the new special Lychee Lemonade. It was delicious. The broth is on par with SoCal Pho from home. The entire restaurant is filled with those comforting, slightly spicy aromatics that make Pho broth so irresistible. Service was always been really friendly and warm, without being overbearing. You might need to wait 15-20 minutes for a table in the weekend. It's worth it.

I liked both rolls and loved the peanut dipping sauce that accompanied the spring rolls. We all ordered Pho which came out quickly. Their soup is excellent and being able to order you meats of choice makes it perfect. We've been here several times and we enjoy their Pho but also enjoy their Bun noodle and rice dishes. One of these days we will work ourselves to the back of the menu where they offer other fried rice and noodle dishes!

I have been to Pho Bien Hoa twice now and while their Pho is not my most favorite in the Valley, it does hit the spot. The flavor is fair. It's served piping hot and has a fair amount of proteins and noodles. Of course it came with the side of bean sprouts, Thai basil, and jalapeño with condiments set on the table. I order the regular size and it's just enough for me to finish and feel satisfied. I've tried their wings. It had a garlicky, sweet and sour type sauce. They were fried crispy and I enjoyed them a lot. I've tried their lychee on lychee tea. It was a bit too sweet for me. My better half finished it up for me and ordered the shaking beef for himself. It was tender and flavorful. Pho Bien Hoa is close to my area when I don't feel like traveling far. It's affordable. The dining area and restrooms have always been clean on both visits and the service has been great both times. There's usually a small steady stream of people who dine in or take out. We were stopping in SLC for a few days on our way to and from CO and I cannot go anywhere without getting some sort of Asian fix, and while I was looking for Vietnamese food/drinks, I came across Salt City Che and it was highly recommended. Well let me tell you the viet coffee and matcha is legit. I'm a big fan of ube, and both times I got drinks with ube foam, which was so smooth and decadent without overpowering the drinks. Both times my husband got viet lattes and those were also delicious. I also tried their banh cuon (steamed rice rolls) and the friendly staff member asked me if I wanted it heated up, which I did. It was the perfect light on-the-road lunch. They even have banh mi and various desserts too. Generally, on a trip I try to go to as many local spots as I can, so when I make a repeat visit, it means a place is extra special to me.
