This probably would have been a 5 star review if they hadn't bungled up the payment method. I wanted to purchase maid service to clean an empty house for a client of mine. They showed up as promised and cleaned well. They also were fair with pricing. The only issue was I made sure twice ahead of time that they could just charge my credit card (I told them I didn't even care the cost, it was for a gift for a client!) that when done, just charge me! - no problem. Anyway as you might figure, time came to get paid, and they asked my client for payment, even though they had my card on file and ready to charge. They did apologize for the mixup, but it's just awkward at that point, I don't even want my client to know the price because it was a gift. I just didn't want my client to be asked for Payment. Oh well, at least they did a good job. I would still use them again. read more

Just had my first cleaning and it was great! Customer service was very prompt and friendly. Loyla (I think?) and Maria helped me clean up the floor (which was full of dog hair), the kitchen (from 4 people cooking carelessly for half a year) including the stove, microwave, and oven, as well as the bathroom. They were super friendly and very efficient. It took them slightly over 2 hours. Cost me $130. They brought their own equipment and all I did was being there, minding my own business. I have used their housecleaning services a couple of times now and am very impressed with their customer service and cleaning services. The first time we used them we were SO impressed with their thoroughness. The second time we noticed several areas that were missed and wasn't as happy. Denelle has been to my house to clean a few times now. She is FABULOUS! She takes care of everything and my house looks and smells so clean when she leaves. I have a sick cat who makes messes all over my home an Denelle jumps on it and takes care of everything. She is always professional, thorough, and quick. Kiran is great also! Brooke informed me that my shower needed a lot of attention and asked if I wanted to prioritize that for my 2 hour cleaning. She did an outstanding job getting my shower really clean. Then Stephanie kept me informed half way through to determine other priority areas. I appreciated that they worked with me to get the most out of their time with me. Raquel and Elizabeth did such a great job. I just needed a bit of help with cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms with the extra grime build-up. They did an awesome job and my cabinet faces are back to being clean and white. They did a thorough job on my bathrooms and I am super happy. DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS PLACE!!! HELP THE WOMEN WHO ARE ABUSED BY THE OWNER AND A WOMAN WHO TREATS HER CUSTOMERS HORRIBLY. I Had booked two cleanings one for Wednesday & one for them to finish on Friday since they could only come for 3hrs on WED. Two women came Wednesday & I overheard Felicia talking about "well do we even have to do this since they're coming Friday too, just leave it for them." Felicia would just stand there in doorways doing nothing staring off into space. While she was standing in my office doorway she threw her vacuum on the floor super aggressively chipping paint on my doorway when she noticed me she kind of nervously laughed, apologized, picked the vacuum up & began cleaning. She also stole two crystals from my upstairs guest room. Police have been notified. When Felicia walked in first I explained what needed to be done & she told me to tell the other girl. She was TOTALLY out of it. The other woman had a horrible cough & 3days later I had to have my 10mo old rushed to the ER & it turned out he had pneumonia. After speaking with some of her other cleaners they told me Karen (the owner)makes them work when they're sick; one of them had bronchitis & a Drs note & was fired for not being able to work. When the cleaning team came Friday they were surprised a cleaning team had even been there. One of the women called Karen to relay how bad of a job they had done. I could hear her yelling at her employee over the phone for having been honest with me. All that should have been left to do was the downstairs & a basic cleaning of the kitchen since they didn't get to it. The new cleaners informed me they have a guarantee that they'll do a free cleaning if the last one was done badly. After I realized how little the two had done on Wednesday I called back & Karen began YELLING AT ME for "already having been satisfied with the free 30min." I proceeded to explain to her I hadn't realized how badly the first team had done since the new team had to completely redo every room and bathroom, something I'd already paid for and should have already been done. It was a basic cleaning: sweeping, vacuuming, surface wipe down, clean bathrooms. I keep my home pretty clean but with a 10mo old sometimes you need a little help & a good general cleaning to stay on top of things since I have a 5bedrooms, 5 bathroom, 5,323sqft home. Karen then had the audacity to say it's probably the condition of my home & told me I needed to report this within 24hrs I told her her business was closed on the 4th & I already knew I would be speaking to her on Friday when the new crew came out & she then became extremely hostile towards me raising her voice and unbelievably, condescendingly saying "well honey maybe you haven't heard there's a new technology called voicemail these days, (saying again to me) it's probably the condition of your house then if they have to clean that much." I replied with, "yes the condition her last two maids had left it in because they didn't do anything. You have a guarantee about your cleaning that you will do your next cleaning for free if it's done badly." She told me "sweetie nothing in this world is for free. I already handled your situation I'm here with my family trying to enjoy my holiday now having to deal with you again." ( But I need to call on the 4th of July an actual holiday which I'm spending with my family to have to tell her how bad of a job her team had done which I never should have had to do in the first place if they had just done their job right in the first place.) JUST WOW. I told her I had never dealt with worse customer service and was shocked by how rude she was and how she was handling things with a customer. Again raising her voice at me she told me," it was very clear we just shouldn't do any business in the future and to never contact her again and hung up on me." I told her team what happened and they apologized to me knowing it was a habit she has with customers. Karen then called them & told them to stop cleaning immediately and leave my house. They were in the middle of cleaning out my oven and floors so they left my oven racks & stove racks in my sink soaking, all my furniture moved since they were about to start vacuuming-my house was 10xs worse once again after she had them stop in the middle and leave. NEVER HIRE this place as she treats her customers and employees horribly and clearly has no sense on how to conduct business and zero respect for the customers. read more

It was ok in a sense that they worked exactly as the hours although I wouldn't have minded if they stayed longer as long as the place was really clean. The guy did a good job in cleaning the bathroom and the lady who did the bathroom didn't. I mopped the floor right after they are gone coz i've Noticed my sole to be dirty when I get inside the house. I was surprised that it was still "black". Like I had to mop it 4x more to make my mop a "little bit" cleaner. Even the bathroom floors was still filthy when I mopped it. I had to scrub it again. I wouldn't mind them staying longer as long as they get the job better. The house was empty and that would make you think easier to clean. I would have done a better job really if I did it. And I would do it if only I was feeling better that week. They were trained to clean so I was expecting a better outcome. So it was just OK. I wasn't impressed at all but I am thankful for the little help. UPDATE: Great great great customer service. I was contacted twice by the owners offering me a free 2 hour service. Really appreciate it! They really are patient in contacting me although I haven't answered them back yet coz I am still too busy to schedule the free service. So we'll see.. I hired Got It Made to come do routine home cleaning for me and got quite less than my money's worth. The good: All the mirrors were spotless and the bathrooms (very important) were mostly well done except for the master bathroom shower which I found the next day had dirty water residue all over the tile shower walls. Not good: Floors were left with crumbs and dirt in the corners. Counter tops that were done were fine, but they missed several areas. Two tables were still dusty. Sofas were not vacuumed and vinyl dining room chairs went uncleaned. Basic stuff simply not done. There was no evidence that they used bleach or other cleaners in places that it should be used like the kitchen and bathrooms. Insult to injury, they were done and on their way in an hour and a half, charging me for two full hours - acceptable if the work is stellar, not acceptable when things went undone. Unfortunately, and my mistake, I didn't inspect closely enough until after they'd gone and I started noticing all the things that didn't get done. The next day I spent a couple hours cleaning basic things that I'd paid them to do the day before. Further insult, their rates are going up. Not for me, though. I won't bring them back. read more

The pricing is fair but not the cheapest out there. They charge 70/hr for two people and minimum of 2 hours. Office is responsive and they have appointments on weekends. The reason why they get a 4 is because it really depends on who you get to come. My first experience was excellent but my second experience wasn't as great. Our house is cleaner than before, but many easy details were overlooked - corners of tables and cabinets remain dirty, reachable upper shelves not touched, kitchen sink faucet showed gunk, floors swept but pile of debris forgotten in the middle. I pointed out some missed spots at the end, which they cleaned at no extra charge, but then I noticed more after they left. This requires me to spend time re-cleaning several areas. Cleaning products also left a strong chemical odor, almost like a pest spray. Rating 3 stars because scheduling was very easy, and maids arrived on time. We wanted to give them a try after our regular cleaners had some staff turnover, but small details discourage me from using this company again. read more

I found Got It Maid on Yelp with great reviews and messaged them. Kiran was very responsive. They charge $70/hr for a minimum of two hours. We set up an appointment for an arrival window between 3-5pm on a Saturday. They showed up right around 3pm. My team of two were Selena and Selena (2), both were really cheerful and pleasant. I told them what I needed done and they got to work. My shower stall was always a pain to clean. Selena really got in there and took out the build up. I haven't seen both my bathrooms so sparkling clean in a while, I was super impressed. My patio was absolutely covered in dust and they not only cleaned it up well and also polished the outside of the grill. Now we can enjoy our patio again. Worst house cleaning service ever! I called and told them that we just got finished with construction and needed a deep clean! Everything was picked up in all the rooms just needed the floors washed, dusting, mirrors cleaned, stainless steal cleaned, my kitchen cabinets wiped down and base boards cleaned. No appliance cleaning no making or changing linen no picking up needed just washing and dusting! The showers had been cleaned just needed the toilets scrubbed. They assured me that they would stay until the job was completed! They started at 2:20 and out the door at 5:20! With nothing accomplished. I would fire the crew if I was the owner. They brought nothing, no trash bags, no step stool, no broom, no mop ect ect. Unbelievable!! My whole house is porcelain planks, all 1487 sq ft! Supper small house all one story! I had no time for this shenanigans so I simply excused myself as we were packing for a 3 week vacation and need to run errands! When I came back it looked like I left it. Floors dirty house dusty mirrors in every bathroom and bedroom a mess, they swept everything under all the beds instead of cleaning it up. Disgusting!! All the stainless steal a train wreck! My cabinets never got dusted! Not sure if they just sat around or what?? I do know that they talk on the cell phone for the time that I was is the house! Very unprofessional!! My poor mom who is 70 and house sitting spent the next day cleaning the house as we had to catch a flight!! Now why did I pay 185.00?? U should give that 185 to my mom!! Don't ever use this company! They are on time, very communicative, and their team always does a great job. The people that show up are professional and really make the house look great. The people in the front office are helpful with any questions. The email reminders are fantastic and they have been very understanding the rare times I have had to cancel. Excellent service, fast cleaning with two maids but didn't miss the details. I found it difficult to get our usual housekeeper out since she works alone and I have to book her far in advance. In addition it usually takes about 5 hours for her to clean our house.
